Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming

Although we were supposed to have a park view, we actually had a view of a rooftop. I liked the hotel’s pools and beach

I found it inappropriate that we weren’t informed that dinner costs 49 leva per person, and that drinks such as juice and still water were charged separately

We stayed for two days and enjoyed the hotel, nice beach and surrounding of Albena very much. The hotel manager was a great help in answering all our questions and fulfilling all our wishes. Very recommendable!!!

The waitress, who didn’t seem very friendly, came to ask for payment right after we finished eating. I didn’t really like the ladies at the reception either—they seemed bored and not at all cheerful

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

I stayed in this hotel June 2024. The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around. Food a bit boring,not big choice. The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too

The accommodation was clean with all mod cons, food was delicious, beach front bar, geat entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, reasonably priced and fantastic WIFI

We had the best experience with my wife and two kids! Amazing staff, clean room, great food and the beach was literally under our room terrace! We are coming back here for sure!!! Thank you all for the great time!

If I pay for 4 stars hotel,I expect to pick up a bin every day n make the bed n sweep floors,instead they told me they dont do it. The staff wasnt friendly n very rude too

We don’t have any problems usually. !!! I don’t know wether this is managed by the hotel or not, but the woman who took care of the sunbeds at the hotel’s private beach was really really rude to us

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort

I've seen couples or small families stuffing a complete table with tons of food which, that physically is impossible to eat otherwise their belly would literally expolde so plenty of food ends up as waste

If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel

Decent but a little dated rooms, nice staff. Luckily the poolarea at the adjacent Flamingo Grand is accessible if you stay here. Very easy to find sunbeds.

Good: -Brilliant animation team - Nice swimming pool - Walking distance to beach and 2 sunbeds included in stay. - Nice breakfast and dinner food, also chefs very nice. -One housekeeping (blond hair) lady nice

We liked the SPA and the connection to the 25-meter swimming pool in Dobrudja hotel

The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is due to the fact that even though we stayed in an apartment we were allowed to have for free only one umbrella with two sunbeds at the beach

The guy who checks the room passports there is not friendly at all, only half of the umbrellas were used but he will not allow you to take an extra sunbed

Food: tasty and lots of options available Service: friendly, cleaning could've happened a bit more frequently and towels could've been changed more Location: Albena is a big resort with nice beaches

Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. However the room cleaners where smiley and room was cleaned everyday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

Only downside was the swimming pools were too cold to swimming and the sea too, but we still sunbed on the beach which was fantastic

We hired a car which was easy parking was right outside the front of the hotel for free the whole Hotel experience was a pleasure And fantastic value for money if you’re looking for a last-minute holiday, we got way more than what we expected

The outside was nicely kept, we often had the pool to ourselves. It was a bit too cool to use the pool but the sea was lovely - apart from the jelly fish. Staff were great particularly the bar and restaurant staff

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly

Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange)

Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

I will recommend this hotel to everyone

Great food except dessert selection. The rooms are old but clean, air conditioner is always leaking, the beds are comfortable, sturdy and clean. The shower is mediocre at best. Swimming pool is clean and decent size

The meal was good, the distance to the beach is very short and the fact that you can choose your sunbed without the additional fee is a big plus

The pool is average size and not to crowded, except for week-ends. But pieces of the ceramic is peeling away, children dived and colected the pieces as "sunken treasures" :)

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu

The rooms are not high class but it was clean, clean bedding, staff very friendly and helpful. Food well prepared, diversified, fresh. We didn't have any health problems. Thank you!

I don't know what they understand under ultra all inclusive, but the aoft drinks like coca cola and normal beers were not free, only from the drink machines the cheap and watered soft drinks

We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel is very close to the beach and it also has swimming pools. The staff is professional and friendly, there’s a big variety of tasty food and many types of drinks

The all inclusive food it has a wide variety and tastes good. The upper rooms have beautiful view but the lower ones not, view to swimming pool or to other hotel buildings, like the restaurant

Room cleaning you had to ask for it, and they gave new towels and water. To my opinion the allocated stars are not the real ones, the location might help on that

We have been in Kaliakra Beach in May 2025 again. Clean and nice room (Superior) with a great view. A very nice location, direct at the black sea. Good and tasty food and drinks at the bar

Most of them are not trained and does not know anything you would like to know. All the bar personnel seems to be half asleeped, stillvsome of the are simpatic, some seems that their face does not know how to smile

But if you run after cleaning lady or you complain to manager, they resolve at least the simple tasks. Mediocre: medium food quality, but at least you have choice so you can find something you like

Great: position - just next to the beach. Manager speaks English perfectly and is very helpful. Animation services are just great and available almost all the day for kids and for adults, too

And if not, there is always fresh salad selection. Bar open all the day, but with limited drink menu. Personal mostly does not speak English, or very badly, but most of them are kind

Horrible smell, bad hygien, bad cleaning, almost everything should be change for new. No towel change and toalet paper replacement, previous guests hair in the shower,

You will never get bored and kids will be occupied and happy. Thank you very much ❣️ There is a lady with hair salon and few cosmetic services in the hotel

Amazing place - nice staff and clean rooms. The sea view is stunning in the morning at sunrise. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel. I'm glad we stayed here, we had an amazing holiday!

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken

Stayed in this hotel for about a week. The pool was great, very beautiful. Great location, was very close to the beach. Food was delicious and bar was good too. Fun animation, the kids had a great time

Very close in the center there is a spring with mineral water, on the embankment there are small fountains with the same water everywhere. The heat does not bother, as there are trees, greenery, well-groomed everywhere
