Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

Also a change in menius combined with a savings policy made the all inclusive vacation a run for your life affair 3 times a day

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

Spent 2 weeks here in September with my family. It was almost end of season so very quiet and not much to do except explore. This was to our liking tho as we wanted a very relaxing holiday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

We hired a car which was easy parking was right outside the front of the hotel for free the whole Hotel experience was a pleasure And fantastic value for money if you’re looking for a last-minute holiday, we got way more than what we expected

The food was varied and delicious, offering options for all tastes, and the drinks were always available, fresh, and of good quality. However, what truly made our stay special was the animation team

They were fantastic! Every day, they organized games and activities that captivated both children and adults. They provided us with moments of fun and relaxation, and our kids were always excited to participate

I enjoyed it, clean beaches and nice pools. In the balcon the view is amazing. The food is good and the place for games is really fun

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly

Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet

I will recommend this hotel to everyone

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

This is definitely not a 5 star ultra all inclusive experience, especially considering the quality of the food and drinks! The animation program is also mediocre

The outdoor bar is to be avoided as everything served is of poor quality. On the positive- great beach!

The all inclusive option is fantastic but there are some nice restaurants nearby if you want to eat outside

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest

Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be

Very bad organization of the personal staff - they don't have any professionalism, only the serving girls in the restaurants were very kind. 4-star hotel without an espresso machine - shame! The offered coffee is awful

COVID-19 measurements - total ZERO! Nobody of the guests and the staff was with a face mask - even in the inside buffet, nobody cared about that. The disinfectant tubes at front of the restaurant were empty

You really feel taken care of and also have a fair share of amenities available. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t have all inclusive but were also offered many options

The hotel is wonderful, the service, the food are at a very high level, I was also quite impressed by the diligence and effort they put into making our stay, as well as my personal holiday unforgettable

Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room

Neighbors hear, but they are also small children. The eldest son sleeping on the double sofa bed. My wife and baby in a luxurious bed. Mattress not skipit , very comfortable

The food is the best i have eaten any where the rooms are good and the service is the best regarding attention or anything.

Small but clean and interesting tourist town. Lots of stalls, restaurants and shops for every taste. Never had to practice English, for example. The perfect combination of price and quality plus a lot of nice bonuses

Near the store is the cheap alcohol store "Cheers". (The hotel is now All inclusive-Lite)

Very clear water, somehow clean sand(the best one that I've seen so far). Hotel is literally on the beach. Very modern rooms with centralized AC system where you can set the temperature easy, anti mosquito curtain

On the other hand the rooms seem to bea bit worn out or unmaintained, they might need more care or redevelopment

The rooms and villas are spacious and clean, offering direct access to the park and one of the two private beaches

It most annoying thing is that it is actually too close to the beach if you get the beach view room and you cannot stay on the balcony when the sea is agitated because of the noise

Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it

Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. The food is good, but I would like more fruit and fish dishes. There were no mussels or shrimp for 10 days. Fruits only apples, oranges, grapefruits

30 for breakfast, then there’s nowhere and nothing to eat later. The lobby bar in our building worked only from 10. 30 and in the evening we had to go to building A and stand in huge queues to get something to drink

But a wish for the hotel administration: open a snack bar and a second lobby bar; add fish delicacies and other fruits to the menu and give out towels. If it is: 5+ hotel can be given one hundred percent

The most surprising thing was the lack of a snack bar. For such a large hotel, this is a huge minus. Since the food is there in shifts at a certain time and I didn’t always want to get up at 7

Another downside is that they don't provide beach towels. Carrying this extra luggage with you, and for such a hotel they could give out towels. In general, the hotel is good, more pluses

Incredible! The Hotel is beautiful, food is really great and the location is fantastic! The sea is right across the street, so you have to go just about you the road and the sea

Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

Check in was fast and easy but we were not informed about the service and what was included in the “ultra all inclusive “

The food and beverages were cheap, not so great, so even if our stay was all inclusive, we had to go out for drinks. On the beach you don't get any free drinks and the hotel bar closes at 11 PM

The location is perfect with the beach just across, and we were impressed how everything needed was just there and it was included. Very nice to have ice cream truck by the beach, beach bar, pool bar and 24/7 bar

What we liked the most was the buffet food, have to say it was exceptional, we loved all of it. They also offered a-la-carte restaurants to chose from which was nice, although the food in the main restaurant was diverse

Everything is working which also impresses me positively as usually kettles are malfunctioning, shower stands are broken, sockets are faulty… but not in Sentido Marea, here everything is working and is maintained! At lunch (and also breakfast, dinner) we saw very clean, properly maintained restaurant, plenty of decent food, drinks

Big, clean rooms, more than enough seats at the restaurant. Good and diverse food, for all tastes. Quiet place, clean beach, big swimming pools, both adults and kids. 24h bar at the reception floor

Bravo Sentido Marea, managers and all the personnel - you are doing exceptionally well and demonstrate that the Bulgarian hoteliers can offer top quality European services!!! For years we avoid holidays in Bulgaria not only for the poor services but also the attitude of the serving personnel

I can say it was great and now it's much better If you have children, you can stay with them in the pool, with also a view of the sea. The staff is Extremely friendly and hard working staff everywhere

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicios, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every taste. I recomand the bulgarian restaurant

Once again, we trusted Sentido Marea for our family holiday. And it was the best choice for us! Always clean and everywhere- around the pool, on the beach, in the rooms and around the common areas

First of all the services we're very good but there are some minor flaws,the food was very delicious and the chef's great and friendly. The room's are clean but they don't ave an iron

The hotel os situated in the park at 250 m from the beach, the food is very delicous and rhe staff are polite, the rooms are very big and clean

We are just finishing our vacation in Moko beach hotel. On first sight hotel is pretty nice and new. Rooms are nice, big enough ( kid 3y + baby and 2 adults)

Big plus Perfect matraces! Food is delicious, all kinds of diffrent meals, salats, even a baby food plus steamd food ( perfect for a baby or just people on diet) service in dinnig very nice but all thanks is people from abroad still smile on face( Bali guys the best!) , sorry but bulgarian mood ia just horrible, only who was nice was a manager in dinning area) Big improvement is needed on reception...

With stroller you need to take a walk down around hotel ( 3 min) and it is not very nice look garbage area for 2 hotels all personal sitting there while their breaks and to be honest is not proffesional towards them and is very said they do not have area to rest in

Hotel is not prepeard on bad wheather at all! Second time in bulgaria, same feeling. Matracec on beach were old some of them remmember few seasons and is not good look to be honest

The equipment promises a new concept, which unfortunately has not yet been implemented. Cosiness is given but there is still a lot missing. Errors in service are often made

There is more food, but it is often cold and less refined. Last year everything was hot and every meal was like from the best restaurant. even on the concept terrace there is sometimes no deckchair or umbrella

My second summer holiday in MiraBelle hotel was amazing again! Very nice, helpful and kind staff, clean and bright room! The restaurant was clean, very delicious food and so many different choices! The animation was incredible! Thank you so much and see you again!

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by smiling people at the reception, the staff was great from the reception to the manager, bellboys waiters, the bartenders and especially the bartender Hristo, who managed to make different cocktails from the menu

The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children pool- you have to walk 50 m because is at the Sentido hotel)

MiRaBelle was exceptional! Our family had the most amazing time here! Everything was clean, the rooms, the bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower, the pool was pristine and kept clean at all times

The towels were changed every day. Cleaning was carried out,but even we refused it. If you need additional shampunki , shower gels ,soap,the maid with no problems gave. The only negative in the room - no bed and safe

What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

"THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise

Staff both at reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and rooms are big, with smart tvs, great sea view and good size pool

Overall a very good hotel, with great service. All staff (including cleaning/bartending/reception) were very attentive to the guests and especially to the children. Rooms are large and clean, but furniture is pretty old

Great value all-inclusive stay! Palm Beach is a clean, well-located hotel just steps from the beach. The all-inclusive package had plenty of tasty food and drinks, with options for both kids and adults

Very good! Silence, good food, pool, good price, everything is nice!

Service is good, it's pretty clean, pool is fairly large and has trees around it for nice shadows, They also have free cocktails after 9PM until 11PM

Food is really good exept for some of the salads which didn't have any taste

Also the comments with "reusing food from the breakfast in the lunch meals" - what do you guys expect them to do , throw it away? that's what every restaurant ever does

Plenty of soda drinks, water, beer and wine. In the 4 days that I stayed some food repeated yes like french fries and salads but other cooked foods were different

The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

- coffee - acceptable to good depending on what you choose on the machine - pool with lots of chairs and shade from umbrellas and huge trees - 2 lifeguards during the day - pool bar - nice staff, very good ice cream, good cookies during serving hours -staff pretty young and helpful, did their job very well - reception looks very nice with a lot of seats inside and outside on the terrace - saw there...

-10 sunbeds on the beach - huge con if you come for the sand and the sea - gym - very old , not sure anyone worked out there during my stay - for those minding exercising or climbing stairs: around 50 stair climb from the beach to the hotel All in all pleasant experience with good food, had a good time with my friends

The comments bellow from fellow Romanians with "only 2 types of soup", and "food different than in Romania" - you are not at your mother's house, but in Bulgaria - different country with different food ;)

The food is ok 'a la carte ' menu as usual when you choose all inclusive. The cleaning in the restaurant can be upgraded. Like price value compare I can say it worth it

The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious but an aspect which needs improving is the cleaning. We asked to have the room cleaned but instead of doing it they simply changed the towels

They have a strange rule that says you can drink tea or coffee at breakfast but this changes during the evening meal, when you can ONLY have water, not even a glass of juice

The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy. ” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. Owners don’t respond to inquiries

The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks

When I challenged this, the manager said, 'how can we make this right?' I told them, change the rule because it doesn't make sense. The hotel was mostly silent, no music or entertainment and frequently dimly lit

As we had our own Concept space for the meals, on the 12th floor Skybar, we did not experiment the main restaurant very often, but from time ți time, we fully enjoyed the warmth, professionalism and patience of the staff, great food and cool atmosphere

And, above all these, if you also take into account the presence of smiling young personell, right there at the entrance of the main restaurant, each and every day, helping you find the best place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and, mostly, their genuine way of being happy while praised for their good work, you cannot but realise that Vistamar simply puts its heart on a plate for its guests, each...

The serenity of the place, late at night, the complicity of the sea, right in front of you, when you open your eyes in the morning, the exquisite non alcohoolic and alcohoolic drinks carefully prepared at the Skybar, the excellent food, the yummy cakes and gorgeous coffee from the Coffee Shop, cannot be ignored

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

And, last, but not least, the staff from the Skybar-amazingly good at whatever they were doing, right there for us, the guests, to be more than happy from early in the morning!!! Zoia, that guided us and help ed us discovery the best of our location, with infinite kindness and support

We came across a very beautifully singing artist who played at the hotel, as he himself calls himself "Spotify premium" The cleaning service does their job very well, cleans thoroughly, it's nice to come back after a whole day at the beach to a clean, fragrant room

It was a pleasant surprise to find that the sauna and steam room were included, as this wasn’t mentioned clearly beforehand. The restaurant offers a good variety of food and is nicely organized

I have just one word PERFECT! 1. We had an issue with the shower door the water from the shower was pouring under it, floding the bathroom. I went at the reception asking for a fix

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel .the staff was incredibly friendly, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.

The food and the environment are also great. The animators are also very nice and it is clear that they love their job. The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach. I also appreciate the bar on the beach

The beach is just a short walk away and very well maintained. The animation team was a big highlight – they put so much energy into daily activities and evening shows without being pushy

We stayed at Grifid Bolero for a week ( our second time there) and honestly, everything was just perfect. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day
