Hotels on first line in Albena

Hygiene and cleanliness especially in the restaurant are catastrophic. Guests are asked to pay extra to use the rooftop pool. There is only 1 indoor bar and you have to wait for ages to get anything

The outdoor bar is to be avoided as everything served is of poor quality. On the positive- great beach!

Its close proximity to the beach, the outdoor pools, the slides, and of course, the entertainers at the mini disco, makes it a great place for families with young kids

I had a very pleasant stay with my family. Suitable for kids. Great food! And the beach is right in front the hotel.

The staff were exceptional in every way: professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant food was delicious, with a great variety and top-quality ingredients

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly

It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange)

Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

I have always been happy and content with the choice because it used to be a sure bet for a successful, troublefree, experience. That is untill this year! The rooms were the same as ever

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

To go so far as to then every day on the bus ride to the sea - not quite right, so it's best 3* near the sea than in a 5* pool with stinking water

The hotel is ok close to the sea, but they allow pets on the beach and rooms and restaurant, some are barking hysterical, it's annoying when trying to relax on the beach.

It’s sad because this hotel has top locationon the beach, but TOTALLY morally old. The rooms are clean and the staff is ok. The food is ok: not great, not terrible

There is a huge problem: if you want to sit on the sunbed and umbrella on the beach (included in the price), you have to fight with the romanians…

Hotel Nona is right on the beach in Albena. The hotel is designed in a way that almost all room have sea view. Food and drinks included in all inclusive packages were decent. Broadband was good speed as well

Everything was wonderful, beginning with the food, location, the beach, etc. Housekeeping is dilligent ensuring rooms remain spotless throughout the stay.

They have indoor pool, outside and anso the beach. Employees very kind and smiling all the time

The restaurant is just unbelievable (and I know about good food 😋). Rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views of the beach and the Black Sea. Very important to me: the beds are very comfortable

Although we were supposed to have a park view, we actually had a view of a rooftop. I liked the hotel’s pools and beach

We stayed for two days and enjoyed the hotel, nice beach and surrounding of Albena very much. The hotel manager was a great help in answering all our questions and fulfilling all our wishes. Very recommendable!!!

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming

We have been in the hotel with my family at the beginning of september(2 children). Clean, nice, well equiped hotel with a lot of stuff for children. Great restaurants with really good prices and quality

It’s worth noting that in the off-season, the whole resort feels a bit like a ghost town. Almost everything is closed, only one small shop was open (with quite high prices), and there were no buses running

The beach is lovely, and most of the time it felt like my husband and I had it all to ourselves. The only downside was that most of the staff seemed rather serious and rarely smiled

They were efficient and professional, but not very warm. The exception was a lovely lady at reception with long black hair — she was always friendly and smiling, which made a real difference

We stayed at the Flamingo Grand in Albena and were very impressed by how beautiful and spotless the hotel is. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained

The positives first: the beds were genuinely comfy, and our room on the 8th floor had a pretty lovely view of the sea. The bar was also a nice surprise, reasonably priced drinks and some really tasty cocktails

Spent 2 weeks here in September with my family. It was almost end of season so very quiet and not much to do except explore. This was to our liking tho as we wanted a very relaxing holiday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

Only downside was the swimming pools were too cold to swimming and the sea too, but we still sunbed on the beach which was fantastic

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

Kaliakra Beach Hotel was an excellent choice for our family vacation. We spent 8 days here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience

I enjoyed it, clean beaches and nice pools. In the balcon the view is amazing. The food is good and the place for games is really fun

The hotel was great for kids! And the pools and water slides were very nice! The kids love them! The food is not that bad, but the snack bar in Magnolia is better than the Orchidea restaurant! And special compliments to the animation team who entertained our kids! And the mini disco for kids is great! We will be back next year!

Good food, clean room, sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge at the beach, easy access to the beach if you take the elevators, 3 pools, nice entertainment.

The rooms were comfortable and offered a beautiful view. The hotel’s location is excellent, surrounded by nature, which makes the stay calm and relaxing. The pool is clean and well-maintained

We are here for the first time and the hotel was actually very nice. We like that it is surrounded by nature and is not that crowded. The pool and the food were also very nice

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

I had a room ideally placed facing the Black Sea, the top. With a small terrace with a drying rack. The green areas were well maintained, as were the pools

We don’t have any problems usually. !!! I don’t know wether this is managed by the hotel or not, but the woman who took care of the sunbeds at the hotel’s private beach was really really rude to us

The beach has beautiful sand,no pebbles and very few shells. The sea was warm,and has lifeguards. We would definitely go back to Albena

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu

The hotel itself is situated in the centre of Albena, where there were many shops,stalls, and plenty of amenities. The whole complex is for tourists,is very clean,safe, and quiet at night

The rooms are not high class but it was clean, clean bedding, staff very friendly and helpful. Food well prepared, diversified, fresh. We didn't have any health problems. Thank you!

The pool is average size and not to crowded, except for week-ends. But pieces of the ceramic is peeling away, children dived and colected the pieces as "sunken treasures" :)

We have been in Kaliakra Beach in May 2025 again. Clean and nice room (Superior) with a great view. A very nice location, direct at the black sea. Good and tasty food and drinks at the bar

Rooms are spacious, we stayed in the apartment facing the sea and the view was amazing

The all inclusive food it has a wide variety and tastes good. The upper rooms have beautiful view but the lower ones not, view to swimming pool or to other hotel buildings, like the restaurant

If you are cockroach and insects friendly person then it is a nice hotel. I had a terrible experience on a 5 day stay with this. I have changed 2 rooms and still insects were all over

Communal Areas: There was a nice seating area in reception with a bar, upstairs was a pool table and underneath a shop. Outdoor seating on either side of the hotel was available

Location: Mura is located in a pedestrian area, although taxis and buses can of course drive down. Mura is is 3rd hotel from the end of the 6km beach line

Directly opposite is the Baltata nature reserve which we ran through most days, then onto the coast road up to Balchik. Directly outside is also the Albena 'train' which regularly runs into town (approx 1km away)

We made sure our table was clean and tidy because that is the respectful thing to do. It also teaches our children a lesson, keeping the environment and other people free from harm

Cleanliness: Excellent and high standard everywhere. There were cleaning staff constantly cleaning and tidying up after people

Middle class hotel with middle class staff. The barmans at the Lobby bar are rude and not professional at all. The pool isn't clean and safe and the food is below average

Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

Good report money-services. We had a 7-day all inclusive vacation and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go again there next year!

I really want to highlight the great animation. Tillya and Gery - whoever employs these entertainers at their hotel has already won

Very good value for the money we payed! We had a lovely time. Stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults, 2 kids. Good food (and varied), clean enough, lovely beach with enough sunbeds. They also have a swimming pool

Honestly a great hotel. There are TONS of stuff to do in general. Tennis areas, shops, markets, horse riding, even a night disco (some nights). Food is pretty good and the beach is nice and clean.

As it is said; the hotel is on the beach. Anytime you need something from your room just go about 50 meters, take the elevator and you arrived. Also it is all-inclusive so we got food and beverages for free

The location is perfect — if you want the beach, you have the beach; if you want the pool, you have the pool. The food was tasty and had enough variety to suit my taste. The staff were very friendly and helpful

In my opinion, when going to the sea, you don’t need extreme luxury — and this hotel offers exactly what you need for a pleasant stay. I would happily return, especially if the rooms get a bit of an upgrade

The swimming pool has a very clean water and it’s so large, they provide free lounge chairs and umbrellas. I loved the fact that the beach is at 600 meters from the hotel

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc

, they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions, they know English, Bulgarian, Russian and a bit of Romanian
