Sentido Hotel Marea - All inclusive

We stayed here for 7 nights and the stay was nice. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, room is large, cozy and clean. The location is perfect with the beach just across, and we were impressed how everything needed was just there and it was included. Very nice to have ice cream truck by the beach, beach bar, pool bar and 24/7 bar. What we liked the most was the buffet food, have to say it was exceptional, we loved all of it. They also offered a-la-carte restaurants to chose from which was nice, although the food in the main restaurant was diverse. Highly recommend for any age, with or without kids.

I visited this hotel in 2021 And now it's my second visit
Now I am in room 407 with a wonderful sea view .
I can say it was great and now it's much better If you have children, you can stay with them in the pool, with also a view of the sea.
The staff is Extremely friendly and hard working staff everywhere .

A very nice experience. Big, clean rooms, more than enough seats at the restaurant. Good and diverse food, for all tastes. Quiet place, clean beach, big swimming pools, both adults and kids. 24h bar at the reception floor. The best was the staff, i'd give them 6* if i could.
I will return with pleasure.

For years we avoid holidays in Bulgaria not only for the poor services but also the attitude of the serving personnel. This is first time in 10 years we have been welcomed and served normally. At arrival very welcoming staff at reception, they saw us with 3 children and since our room were ready they let us in 4hrs in advance, so that the children can rest after the long journey. We entered in extremely pleasant rooms with sea view, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean and modern. Everything is working which also impresses me positively as usually kettles are malfunctioning, shower stands are broken, sockets are faulty… but not in Sentido Marea, here everything is working and is maintained!
At lunch (and also breakfast, dinner) we saw very clean, properly maintained restaurant, plenty of decent food, drinks. Stuff again - ultra welcoming and willing to check we are fine. Toilets everywhere are very clean, got soaps, papers, driers. At the lobby another member of the hotel actively offering services which can be of use for us and will be expenses for the hotel. I haven’t seen such a thing in any other hotel usually they won’t even bother to tell you so you don’t get extra of their time, supplies etc. You literally have a feeling that each staff member is trained on how to welcome you and make you feel comfortable and satisfied. There are activities for the children like animators, evening shows, programs for adults too. Very comfy swimming pool with slides for the children just next to the beach bar - very smart idea :) mums can enjoy their cocktails whilst the children splash in the pool.
Al the bars are working and the personnel is happy to serve drinks as much as you wish. I hope these people are paid well as they definitely deserve this for their efforts. Even if I start to search for what to complain I can not find such thing. The only thing which isn’t great but is not related with the hotel is the beach - water was dirty and there is no shallow zone for the children the moment you step in and you sunk till the waist.
