It was ok , but the quality price was really bad ,paying 1500€ for a few nights , In which you didn't had a large variety of food at the restaurant . The so called "Snacks" are just leftovers from breakfast and lunch, the drinks could be good or terrible depending on who's making it. Amazing place. The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse. We really enjoyed our stay at Admiral Hotel and we will definitely come back.

It was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel have a new management from 2025 and besides old reviews that I read, now everything was great, the rooms, the pool and food.

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool. And honourable mention for the best beach they have here in Bulgaria, I really enjoyed my time there.

Hotel îs clean , service and food very good. Unfortunately the state of the rooms are not as good…we found some bathroom appliances with rust and worst of all was a broken shelf in the bathroom with which I injured myself very badly cutting my finger.

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy.” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. I didn't like the fact it's on all-inclusive hotel but we didn't get anything all-inclusive nothing for the Shower Empty Fridge we have to ask for Tissue , broken bed head board broken Shower we check in on the 6th and the room didn't till the Wednesday the room only Clean when we check out

This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. The good thing was that the linen was white.😊 The food on the bufet was cold and no taste. The chef made a bad comment saying that romanians eating to much.of course if the food is not good you need to try something else. On the end was a bad EXPERIENCE.

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional. Though my stay was short, I had time to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location was also convenient.

Beautiful view of the beach, nice clean rooms, most amenities available, their Steakhouse is very tasty. But room service is absolutely rubbish. No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all.

The actual rate for me is 3.5 stars ! Everything is ok 👌! The food is good the rooms are ok and the staff is helpful! Don't forget that the price is the key for what you get ! We as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids for all inclusive payed very competitive price! And this hotel also provides shuttle to the beach and back every 30 minutes! Overall very good family hotel with solid 3.5 stars !

Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges." That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way. However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Everything about this hotel was great. Food good, price great, plenty for kids to do. Not many English people there but we prefer it that way anyway. Not really one for making friends. Had a full chilled time
