You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and it offers you all what you need. The food was tasty and vary.

They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. I recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to have fun on their holiday . The animators Reni and Melek are making fun games for adults and for kids at the kids club . The staff is nice and always ready to help .

The hotel has very cool pool and very nice staff. The animators Reni and Melek made our holiday even better because they took care of the kids at the kids club and drew with them. The lifeguard was very funny and nice. The holiday was great.

Food were splendid, the atmosphere was very enjoyable ! All staff are very kind and helpful always Specially pilates instructor Karina is wonderful lady ! Made our holiday perfect!! We highlyrecommend this place. The value for money is very high.

Good rooms and not bad food. It was funny and pleasant people in hotel. But it would be better to clean more. The pool was not bad but not clean enough. You can go to the sea beach on trane . I recommend this hotel to relax

The hotel was amazing. I liked the food and the rooms were really good. The animators made our vacation the Best. We had the most fun with Velko, Polly and Puffi. The staff was really friendly and everything was really beautiful.

The hotel it's very fine and the animation team was very nice with my children. And the barman the Kostadin is very nice with the client. The food is very good. The animatori were very sociable and nice and there qere activitatea so it was never boring.

The rooms are clean, the water in the water in the pool is the perfect temperature, the animators are extremely nice and friendly. Also, the dj is very good at his job, choosing the right songs so that everyone (kids and adults alike) can have fun. Moreover, there is a wide variety of food and the cakes are extremely tasty. The only problem is that the lady from the reception doesn’t really speak English...

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available.you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome.it was clean and they daily room service.We had wonderful moments

For a budget holiday it did everything it said on the tin. FOOD: The food was ok, always plenty of food, although sometimes you did have to queue for fresh food on the grill. But freshly cooked meat, omlettes and pancakes were great. The quality of food did vary throughout our stay, but as a young non-fussy couple we always found plenty to eat. Limited choice of 5 cocktails, nothing fancy but good...

Hotel Aphrodite is an absolute delight to spend a vacation there. The manager miss Emilia, is the most kind and helpfull person and can communicate with her guests in multiple languages. The hotel has a very nice, big and relaxed swimming pool and offers fun and relaxation in all age-ranges. The rooms are always perfectly maintained and the room-cleaning service is one that gives you the feeling...

Based on the price is a very good hotel to stay in. The TV is a bit outdated but I didn t come to watch TV🤣. The location is excelent only 5-10m from the beach. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The best lifeguard at the pool and the best manager. A -1 for the food because is not changing a lot. But yes, i will sure come back here. And if you want luxury is not for you.

Hotel is located in good area and have easy access to streets and near the beach. Rooms were clean and airconditioner worked perfectly in hot days. Salads were fresh, food was more homemade style and taste was even Bulgarian traditional style. Staff in food area were friendly and smile faced All inclusive was good price and quality Pool was clean and good comfort for swimming Personal was really friendly...

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! We visited end of June, the hotel was not very crowded and very relaxing. Service was on point. Reception was open 24 hours. Everyone from the staff was ver friendly. The manager was the most accommodating and helpful person I have even encountered in the hotel industry. Everyone from the staff had at least working working knowledge of at least 3 foreign languages...
