The only area for improvement is breakfast variety; while it’s tasty and plentiful, a bit more rotation in the morning dishes would make it perfect. Pools & Beach The pool facilities are excellent

So perhaps people have been too quick to take staff not being fluent English speakers for rudeness, and have forgotten to consider they may just need a moment to get their heads around what you’re saying

I found the staff to be not just warm and friendly but one of the managers, Nina Neshkova, could not have been more kind and she made me feel cared for, truly impressive for a hotel of this size

I think the only thing I actually did in the 10 days we were there was change the towels every day, the beds maybe twice I don’t take the bins. The 2 cups and two glasses were never changed

She was warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful and extremely efficient and she guided me to the right members of her team to get the sessions I needed and loved

While it is exceptional to find one person as good as Nina, I found two. The manager of the Spa, Maia Ivanova, also deserves special mention

Aside from these the pool and beach are nice and big, and the actual hotel it's well maintained

With LEVEL bracelets you have access to everything in the hotel, including free Ice cream and a private pool and beds in the pool area which is very very nice. The food in the restaurant though is AWFUL

The hotel can acomodate a huge number of people, but there are not enough sunbeds, so you have to chase a place with a big chance to not finding one at 8 am in the morning

We stayed for 4 nights and at the dinner the food changed a bit every day: pasta, shrimps, fish, which was good. Now the bad things: Not enough sunbeds

The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse

I love being on this beach, the staff are friendly, and I always feel safe and protected because they are always walking around, the only thing is that there are not enough mattresses provided

Hotel Arabella is the perfect place if you’re looking for a fun, energetic holiday! There’s always something going on — games by the pool, music, dancing, evening shows… the vibe is just amazing

from 10 am to 11 pm theres loud music, and even after that, you can hear music from nearby clubs until around 2 am. or well, thats for the rooms facing the beach only

They even gave me a diploma for winning the table tennis contest and announced it at the microphone, it was a touching moment for me. The hotel is under renovation and is being rebranded as Hotel Regina

The rooms were a bit dated, but the view of the sea from the 14th floor was impressive. The rest of the hotel looked very good. The pool supposedly had mineral water, indeed I didn't feel excessive chlorine

It was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel have a new management from 2025 and besides old reviews that I read, now everything was great, the rooms, the pool and food.

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool

And honourable mention for the best beach they have here in Bulgaria, I really enjoyed my time there

Food was great, everything you could desire, especially the cakes were my favorites

A lot of tourists from Germany. They are very noisy. Not yet the season. You can imagine what will happen in June...

The food was average, there was the variety of choices like for example for breakfast pancakes, sausages, bakery products, vegetables etc. No threats of poisoning as some others wrote here

There are several food stores nearby. there is a swimming pool and a small play area for children. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is not very new. There are problems in the bathroom with the shower

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

They aren't stingy with the alcool. So if the barkeepers were a little bit friendly and meal were better, were the this a TOP hotel, but in the circumstance only 3-3,5 stars

No info outside that children have to be 140 cm to ride alone. some slides they ride home they cant here. They told us that all was opend but 25% was closed. Overall it was ok but i could be better

The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY not a 4 star hotel

The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it

I understand that it's more work but this is a presumably 4star hotel, they should get paid enough and have enough workers for it

You eat drink out of plastic cups, no decency to give you real glasses and when you do use a real glass the workers glare at you

Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food with a lot of variety, nice pools, cozy room with comfortable bed mattress. Nice view too! One recommendation: all rooms should have shower and not bath

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot

Everything was pretty much okay. Food is alright, it could vary a bit, but in overall kitchen staff does excellent work. Rooms are clean, we also had amazing sea view

What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

"THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

-10 sunbeds on the beach - huge con if you come for the sand and the sea - gym - very old , not sure anyone worked out there during my stay - for those minding exercising or climbing stairs: around 50 stair climb from the beach to the hotel All in all pleasant experience with good food, had a good time with my friends

For a higher end hotel I did not find it very good, nearly all the staff where very rude, the food was ok we ate out most nights mainly catered for Germans, no entertainment was on the whole 2 weeks, the room was nice beds made everyday towels changed every day the cleaner stole my mama glasses and when she asked her she said she had not seen them then they appeared back on the bedside table, the poolside...

We are often visitors to Golden sands and stayed at many hotels. I think this is the best one we have ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel A1 plus

The staff and management can't do enough to make your stay a perfect one and will go above and beyond what's expected. Martina and Georgi who part of the management will sort any problems you have straight away

I wasn’t expecting such a good hotel. Not only the personally was polite, the rooms were clean and the food was good, but very responsible

We are looking forward to seeing how the 2nd week goes. Update from 2nd week: Overall our stay was very positive. The indoor pool was nice and warm for the kids, especially for the colder days

The pool is very small and insufficient for the hotel’s capacity—I am referring to both the indoor and outdoor pools. the food was okay and varied, but there were queues every time. I also believe it is too small

she called a cleaning man to clean the water and then came a tehnician to "fix" the problem, that said to put towels on the floor and call everytime a cleaning men ( wich buy the way yo have a policy to not do that writen on the bathroom wall) it was very rude

While some dishes stand out more than others, there’s always something suitable for everyone. It reminded me a bit of our stay at the Barut Acanthus Hotel in Side, though on a slightly simpler scale

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

All i can say for my 4 days in this hotel is that the Animation team was incredible, we had i lot of fun with the, diverse activities.I will mention Kris and Alex for the fantastic work they did to animate the tourist!!!

Beer is fresh and cold always, bartenders are young and friendly, good ice cream. All the rooms have sea view and is very nice. 2 minutes from the hotel entrance to the beach

The rooms are really spacious and have everything you need. The hotel it is right on the beach, inside a pine forrest, part of a group of HVD hotels. So, it is safe to walk around into the park

Beach towels program is short in my opinion, 9-11 and 17-19. CHECK IN AFTER 15 - very late. Didn't like the toilet leaking, it was not very efficient so a lot of water waste

I appreciate that they are not wasting food only for opulence like they do in Turkey. Food is various, there are several options even for vegetarians or for those who prefer healthy food, but not exagerated

Food is good, on all the tastes. yhe the drinks were quality, not some low quality. Now let's talk about some aspects, the refill of the minibar was done only ones after I've complained several times

I am writing the negative comments because I believe that it can be improved and because we have enjoyed the overall experience and we will be back next year

The hotel was quiet due to it being the end of their season which meant a lot of the local shops, bars and restaurants has closed (no fault of the hotel, we didn’t do our research and assumed the season would continue into October - something to be mindful of if you’re booking in 2024)

Rooms were clean enough, towels were changed daily on aour apartment even though I have seen complaints in reviews regarding this subject. As a plus, there were two bathrooms in the suite

We were accommodated at 4th floor, we could hear some music but not loud enough to be disturbing in any way. Downsides: Parking is not included, price is 20 lv / day. The drinks could do with some improvement

Nice please and relaxed evening around the pool with the lovely singing! Update 2025 For the second year we have a great time here, the food is varied and delicious, the staff is very kind, the rooms are cleaned well and we dance to mixes of international music that you can't hear anywhere else, and the singer is from last year and we were very happy to see her!

The food was plenty even if you arrived later and it was tasty also. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the only disadvantage is that there are some abrupt stairs on the way

The rooms were very clean, and when they clean it every day they really clean them, not just changing the towels. The food excellent, a lot of choices and the variety of drinks that u don't have time to try all of them

Cleaning is thorough, the minibar is refilled daily. Some guests mention a lack of sunbeds in their reviews, but we never had a problem – there was always a free spot both by the pool and on the beach

From the range of activities everyone can choose something if they want to have some fun and get up from the sunbed :-) The animators radiate incredible energy and in my opinion they are the main treasure of Bolero

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bolero. You can also find clean rooms, nice pools and good food in other hotels, but here they add something extra – incredibly kind staff and well-prepared entertainment

The hotel is large, but neat and clean. The room, bathroom and balcony are large and spacious. There was a great view of the sea. There are 3 restaurants: Asian, Italian and casual cuisine

The food is for everyone’s taste, at dinner we could book a table every day at the Italian and Asian restaurant, where you can find different types of food compare tot the main restaurant and the advantage that I personally liked was that it wasn’t crowded as in the main restaurant

The beverages were ok, tastable. The room was very clean, they cleaned the room every day and change the sheets one time in our staying(5 days). Also, they would bring water and bath supplies every day to refill the room

The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious but an aspect which needs improving is the cleaning. We asked to have the room cleaned but instead of doing it they simply changed the towels

The room needed vacuuming because there was sand everywhere. Another aspect was the hot water which was cold, although we were accommodated on the second floor. And another aspect-the breakfast was rich but cheap

My family and I stayed here from July 29 to August 5, 2025. It is an excellent hotel in a quiet location with very friendly and professional staff and delicious cuisine

We traveled as a group of 20 people and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were excellent – renovated, spacious, and well-equipped (fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioning)

We stayed mostly on the pools as they have 3 on one side and a 4th one on the other side of the hotel which is called relax pool and it's really quite there. And a 5th one that is covered if the weather is bad

Bathrooms came with a full set of toiletries, which was a nice touch. The facilities make it easy to enjoy your time even on rainy days, thanks to the indoor pool and spa

Morning games by the pool, fun activities for the kids, and amazing evening shows — they managed to keep everyone, young and old, entertained

Even small requests were handled quickly by the team. The beach is close by and they have a shuttle for the people that don't want to walk

I didn't like the fact it's on all-inclusive hotel but we didn't get anything all-inclusive nothing for the Shower Empty Fridge we have to ask for Tissue , broken bed head board broken Shower we check in on the 6th and the room didn't till the Wednesday the room only Clean when we check out

The pool and the atmosphere of the pool is also great for kids and families. I believe this hotel could be better managed to get up there to 4 stars. You can tell the lack of staff in some points of your stay

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional

Though my stay was short, I had time to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location was also convenient

No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all
