The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse

Looks amazing and it's very close to the beach, which makes it very attractive.

People come there to enjoy the sea and the beach, but they are not provided a place to do that!! We supposed that an ultra all inclusive package will include all services with no extra cost

The hotel can acomodate a huge number of people, but there are not enough sunbeds, so you have to chase a place with a big chance to not finding one at 8 am in the morning

We stayed for 4 nights and at the dinner the food changed a bit every day: pasta, shrimps, fish, which was good. Now the bad things: Not enough sunbeds

- housekeeping doing a very good job with daily cleaning and changing towels - despite all the comments below that scared me before going there food was delicious - a lot of options from a bunch of salads, veggies, meats, barbecue for lunch and dinner with different meats daily, pancakes in the morning

-10 sunbeds on the beach - huge con if you come for the sand and the sea - gym - very old , not sure anyone worked out there during my stay - for those minding exercising or climbing stairs: around 50 stair climb from the beach to the hotel All in all pleasant experience with good food, had a good time with my friends

we really liked our stay at the hotel, the food was very good, the staff were polite, the rooms were not that big but they were clean, the beach was close but the hotel does not have a private beach, you have to pay for it, we liked the animation team a lot Krisi, Marti and Jani were very good, Marti was very good at ping pong, most of the time it rained, but they lifted our spirits and had nice parties

Super experience, I feel in love with one if the receptionist(dalia the Bulgarian chick), everyone was very polite and helped with everything I asked for. The food was amazing, especially the pizza😍😍😍😋😋😋

Great facilities, spacious rooms, friendly service! Yes, I had to walk down to the beach, bit I was able to enjoy the great sunrises on my balcony! Very happy, can only recommend!

I have just one word PERFECT! 1. We had an issue with the shower door the water from the shower was pouring under it, floding the bathroom. I went at the reception asking for a fix

she called a cleaning man to clean the water and then came a tehnician to "fix" the problem, that said to put towels on the floor and call everytime a cleaning men ( wich buy the way yo have a policy to not do that writen on the bathroom wall) it was very rude

Thank you for the every day cleaning and fresh towels, all the cosines in our rooms especially the mattresses ( please if you can tell me what brand and type they are it will be magical to have them at home) 😁 4

The drinks from the bars were awesome, and thanks to the guys from the beach bar that were patient enough for listening to my six year old boy when he asked for 1Apple juice

The next day I went a second time to the reception there were other girls, much more willing to fix the problem and more nice. In the afternoon it came another tehnician and solved the probleme easily

While some dishes stand out more than others, there’s always something suitable for everyone. It reminded me a bit of our stay at the Barut Acanthus Hotel in Side, though on a slightly simpler scale

Incredible! The Hotel is beautiful, food is really great and the location is fantastic! The sea is right across the street, so you have to go just about you the road and the sea

fast check in and check out. Nice shower with good warer pressure. gym was big and aircondicioned. Food was good, enough to choose from. Staff was superfast to clean your table, sometimes even too fast

would prefer a coffee machine to get my own coffee. ( 4th floor, oceanview) could not hear neighbours, but sometimes people talking in the hallway only. Internet was working really fast without problems

pool area was good, but not enough sunbeds. I'd say around 50 beds only, and they were all taken by 9/10 am. then the beach would be the only option. Hotel layout was some wierd

Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

The rooms are really spacious and have everything you need. The hotel it is right on the beach, inside a pine forrest, part of a group of HVD hotels. So, it is safe to walk around into the park

Food is good, on all the tastes. yhe the drinks were quality, not some low quality. Now let's talk about some aspects, the refill of the minibar was done only ones after I've complained several times

The second year is the stay in this hotel, everything is super, quiet and calm, for young people not suitable, for family and people aged!!!!!

I've reserved directly on the HVD website, I recommend you to do the same at better rates compared to Booking. For our pleasant surprise we've been upgraded from family room to maisonette

Beer is fresh and cold always, bartenders are young and friendly, good ice cream. All the rooms have sea view and is very nice. 2 minutes from the hotel entrance to the beach

Beach towels program is short in my opinion, 9-11 and 17-19. CHECK IN AFTER 15 - very late. Didn't like the toilet leaking, it was not very efficient so a lot of water waste

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above

I stayed at Viva Club for 9 days. The food was very good, diversified. They have the main restaurant,snack bar and also they have food and drinks at the private beach. The animators are very nice and friendly

The private beach is 10 Minuten walking distance and There is a bar on the beach too. We gonna Come back for sure, maybe in august or September

The beach is just a short walk away and very well maintained. The animation team was a big highlight – they put so much energy into daily activities and evening shows without being pushy

The food really surprised us – so much variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Drinks were also great, and the bartenders were really friendly (and quick!)

We stayed at Grifid Bolero for a week ( our second time there) and honestly, everything was just perfect. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day

Pool is a bit cold for young kids, could recycle the heat from the air-conditioning to heat the pool in an eco-friendly way. Would recommend for families and you can't fault the food and drink

i loved all the staff here, especially the animators and bartenders. they were so kind and friendly. the food was also delicious.

A few days ago was my first time visiting this gorgeous hotel and I couldn't have left with a more magnificent experience than the one I've had

Everything looked great and the staff helped me with everything at all times which left quite the pleasant feeling to me and my friends. There was also this noteworthy lifeguard which I believe was called Boyan

and with this he ensured our stay to be more than wonderful. We can't say "Thank you!" enough times to him, but we'll make sure to do so every single time when we visit the Golden sands

He helped me and my friend a bunch of times when we really needed it, he also guided us through the city one night and even gave us honest reviews of where we can eat and etc

Our kids felt great at the water tubes and at the evenings shows. The food is not always grate, but it's a plus that it has a large variety from where you can find something suitable for your taste

​A hotel that didn't impress me. A few years ago, I had a better experience at the Melia in Sunny Beach. If I hadn't chosen the "Level" option, I think I would have left extremely disappointed

The beach was ok, but the old custom of tourists to occupy the deck chairs with towels from 6. 30 in the morning ( and they came to the beach at 11

The alcoholic drinks were of poor quality, with the exception of the coffee. The beach bar is ugly and crowded, and the beach itself is chaotic. You can't find a spot if you arrive at 8 AM

The beach is clean, and the sea water is refreshing and generally calm

All the sun loungers are occupied with towels, but no one is on them until 11 AM. My only comforts were the garden at the Level (unfortunately, they have a small pool there) and the bar on the 8th floor

Just peace and quiet for families with children. The personnel can speak Russian. There are a few bars if you come without children. Very close to the sea, leaving from the hotel you will be right on the beach

I love being on this beach, the staff are friendly, and I always feel safe and protected because they are always walking around, the only thing is that there are not enough mattresses provided

Every car is parked very tight to one another even on invented parking spots and you have to pay daily 16 BGN -the rooms could use fresh painting - at the beach you have drinks included in the all inclusive menu, but you have to take them to the sunbeds

Only a centralized air flow for the whole hotel, not as described on the site. We talked with staff and they said will try to fix it, but it had no power to deal with the heat outside, instead we got a fan to cool down
