The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This must be because of our family's eating habits as others had good opinions about the food. I would recommend Hotel Atlas for everyone.

Hotel îs clean , service and food very good. Unfortunately the state of the rooms are not as good…we found some bathroom appliances with rust and worst of all was a broken shelf in the bathroom with which I injured myself very badly cutting my finger.

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. There is also a very nice outdoor playground and entertainers for children. Very good price-quality ratio!

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. "ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. Hotel Lilia has terrible WIFI. The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy.” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed . Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges." That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way. However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

The hotel is very good from vacation with friends and not very good for vacation with family even tho there is kids club for the kids. There are animators at the hotel which are very kind and funny. The food is good for all inclusive and there are many dispensers to get water at any time for free. I would go here again if I have the chance.

My vacation in hotel Royal was very cool and cery fun because of the animators Reni and Melek who organised coo fames all the time. The pool was very big and the water wasn't cold. Me and my friends will come here next year too.

All inclusive but no chance to have something between lunch and Dinner because Bulgarians neighbours nearly fight who will be first near pizza and take more food

Spent 4 nights here .Not really a 4 star hotel more like a 3. Pros: - big room, clean, no funny smells in the bathroom or from sewage, bed comfy enough, extra blankets and pillows in the dressing. - housekeeping doing a very good job with daily cleaning and changing towels - despite all the comments below that scared me before going there food was delicious - a lot of options from a bunch of salads...

Good parking, guarded, variated food but not every day, staff ok too our needs, very polite, room big bathroom old, good pool, bar ok.

Super experience, I feel in love with one if the receptionist(dalia the Bulgarian chick), everyone was very polite and helped with everything I asked for. The food was amazing, especially the pizza😍😍😍😋😋😋. The stairs to the beach weren’t great but i know it’s not their fault. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Golden Sands. The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

I wasn’t expecting such a good hotel. Not only the personally was polite, the rooms were clean and the food was good, but very responsible. The lifeguards cept the pool clean and the one with the tattoo’s help me and my daughter who got dizzy.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Clean, luxurious, great service. The room was cleaned every day. I left 1 lev as a tip. Every day a bottle of mineral water and bags of tea and coffee were brought to the room. There was an electric kettle, I brewed it and drank with a cigarette on the balcony. Hotel is nice. Strange, it has rug in the hallway, but floor tiles in room. Good food. Their's private beach is far away, about 15 minutes walking. The beach is awful and has no bars, or any way to buy drinks or food. Sunbeds and umbrellas awful. Not again on their's Beach.
