Hotels All-inclusive in Golden Sands

The alcoholic drinks were of poor quality, with the exception of the coffee. The beach bar is ugly and crowded, and the beach itself is chaotic. You can't find a spot if you arrive at 8 AM

There's a bartender named Ozge who is very nice and helpful. Luckily, at that bar, you can also find international drinks

We chose this hotel because it has consistently held one of the highest ratings on the Bulgarian seaside for many years, and it is renowned for its constant quality of service and professionalism from staff at all levels

The only area for improvement is breakfast variety; while it’s tasty and plentiful, a bit more rotation in the morning dishes would make it perfect. Pools & Beach The pool facilities are excellent

Families will appreciate the two separate kids’ pools with shallow water, plus the large main pool for everyone. There’s plenty of seating and umbrellas, and the pool area never felt overcrowded

If you can, book a sea-view room — the view of the Black Sea from the balcony is breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. Food & Dining The food selection is another strong point

I will start with the good things, of course. To mention that we had an Ultra All Inclusive package. The location is great, in the city center, there were a lot of shops near by

People come there to enjoy the sea and the beach, but they are not provided a place to do that!! We supposed that an ultra all inclusive package will include all services with no extra cost

The prices in the Café are a bit overpriced, but considering the high season, it could be acceptable. The clean level is high as well. Thanks to all staff that keeps Admiral on high level for holidays

The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse

It's a great place to stay and enjoy the Golden Sands holiday area. The service is great and friendly with a nice environment

Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it

Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. The food is good, but I would like more fruit and fish dishes. There were no mussels or shrimp for 10 days. Fruits only apples, oranges, grapefruits

30 for breakfast, then there’s nowhere and nothing to eat later. The lobby bar in our building worked only from 10. 30 and in the evening we had to go to building A and stand in huge queues to get something to drink

But a wish for the hotel administration: open a snack bar and a second lobby bar; add fish delicacies and other fruits to the menu and give out towels. If it is: 5+ hotel can be given one hundred percent

The most surprising thing was the lack of a snack bar. For such a large hotel, this is a huge minus. Since the food is there in shifts at a certain time and I didn’t always want to get up at 7

Another downside is that they don't provide beach towels. Carrying this extra luggage with you, and for such a hotel they could give out towels. In general, the hotel is good, more pluses

the rooms are nice, the service is good, but the hygiene is really bad. i got a virus because of it🥲the outdoor tables at the restaurant aren't cleaned. the indoor tables are well cleaned, though

Just peace and quiet for families with children. The personnel can speak Russian. There are a few bars if you come without children. Very close to the sea, leaving from the hotel you will be right on the beach

I love being on this beach, the staff are friendly, and I always feel safe and protected because they are always walking around, the only thing is that there are not enough mattresses provided

For unfussy people, it is a OK hotel. The rooms are big enough and clean. I didn't like the drinks (especially the wine) included and the fact that are not so many parking places.

Hello! Vacationing with his son for 13 years with 16. Arrived at 06:00 am, checked in at 10:00. The room got nice, spacious, clean, bright. On the table stood a bottle of Bulgarian champagne dry "Albena"

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse

No info outside that children have to be 140 cm to ride alone. some slides they ride home they cant here. They told us that all was opend but 25% was closed. Overall it was ok but i could be better

The food took forever to get in and the toilets was 10 min walk to get to. The entrance fee was good 10€ for 15+ and 5€ for children. The children had a good time and we also enjoyed som slides

The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY not a 4 star hotel

We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time

The towels were changed every day. Cleaning was carried out,but even we refused it. If you need additional shampunki , shower gels ,soap,the maid with no problems gave. The only negative in the room - no bed and safe

What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

"THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

The food is ok 'a la carte ' menu as usual when you choose all inclusive. The cleaning in the restaurant can be upgraded. Like price value compare I can say it worth it

The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious but an aspect which needs improving is the cleaning. We asked to have the room cleaned but instead of doing it they simply changed the towels

They have a strange rule that says you can drink tea or coffee at breakfast but this changes during the evening meal, when you can ONLY have water, not even a glass of juice

The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy. ” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. Owners don’t respond to inquiries

The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks

When I challenged this, the manager said, 'how can we make this right?' I told them, change the rule because it doesn't make sense. The hotel was mostly silent, no music or entertainment and frequently dimly lit

Most of them are frozen food, the variety is not satisfactory, they don't use seasonings (especially salt). I ate the same food every meal. The waiters were overworked and disorganized

The rooms were okay, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. The bathroom was also nice, but there wasn't enough soap, and when we complained about the lack of soap, they simply took it out and replaced it with the shampoo

They took our plate when we wanted to finish it. The desserts were watery and tasteless. Clean bathrooms, clean, big pool. The performance of the traditional Bulgarian dance was joyful

While there is still room for growth in some areas (especially outside the resort), the dedication, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff made our experience exceptional

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco

Especially animation team! Girls are literally an angels- so patient, easygoing with children and with their harts on their hands

This is again pathetic for a 5* hotel with ultra all inclusive. It’s water, not beer, wine or caviar. In terms of restaurant, all was ok until more people checked in

The restaurants at some moments were crowded, one time we were standing with the plates on our hands with no place to sit

We had a family room, for 3 adults and a newborn. We appreciated the guarded parking, but the parking spots are insufficient. We ended parking on the pavement towards the restaurant

I appreciate that they are not wasting food only for opulence like they do in Turkey. Food is various, there are several options even for vegetarians or for those who prefer healthy food, but not exagerated

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by smiling people at the reception, the staff was great from the reception to the manager, bellboys waiters, the bartenders and especially the bartender Hristo, who managed to make different cocktails from the menu

MiRaBelle was exceptional! Our family had the most amazing time here! Everything was clean, the rooms, the bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower, the pool was pristine and kept clean at all times

There are plenty of sunbeds out for everyone. There is a really nice lounge area with comfy sofas, armchairs, and air conditioning by the bar. The terrace with a pool view was a very nice touch

The best thing going for this hotel is the great food they serve in their all-inclusive restaurant great variety and probably the best chicken schnitzels I've eaten

This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. The good thing was that the linen was white

I booked trough the hotel's website, but it was a pain. No email confirmation, no nothing. And I also had problems about it at the reception, with the payments

We stayed mostly on the pools as they have 3 on one side and a 4th one on the other side of the hotel which is called relax pool and it's really quite there. And a 5th one that is covered if the weather is bad

They had this great balance of being fun and engaging, without ever being pushy. My child especially adored the mini-disco, and we found ourselves looking forward to the shows every night

Very good hotel in Golden Sands. We visited in the pre season and were good surprised from the hotel. Good and delicious food, very nice spa and big indoor pool with hot water

There were ants everywhere including the bathroom and the balcony - One of the days it rained and the balcony was completely flooded since the drain was clogged - Soft drinks are quite diluted, and the beer is not that good but they are still drinkable compared to other locations in Golden Sands - We could never find free places at the outdoor pool - There was no ice cream available in the restaurant...

The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children pool- you have to walk 50 m because is at the Sentido hotel)

5 stars ! Everything is ok 👌! The food is good the rooms are ok and the staff is helpful! Don't forget that the price is the key for what you get ! We as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids for all inclusive payed very competitive price! And this hotel also provides shuttle to the beach and back every 30 minutes! Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay

The food is good for all inclusive and there are many dispensers to get water at any time for free. I would go here again if I have the chance

The hotel has very cool pool and very nice staff. The animators Reni and Melek made our holiday even better because they took care of the kids at the kids club and drew with them. The lifeguard was very funny and nice

I liked the hotel very much. There are very nice animatrs who took cre of our kids and made hats with them and drwings. The pool is very beautiful and appropriate for the kids. I would come here again next year.

The hotel is so good. The bartenders are sweet and cool. Me and my friends really liked the animation team. Melek and reni are the funniest and best animators. We had so fun activities with them!!!!!!

My vacation in hotel Royal was very cool and cery fun because of the animators Reni and Melek who organised coo fames all the time. The pool was very big and the water wasn't cold
