If you don't mind being a bit far from Sunny Beach, this is a great hotel to stay at. The owner was very friendly and helpful toward me even though her English was limited. I found the room very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

One of these couple were aware that We are deaf and communication were so smooth. People here are so friendly.

The place is quiet and good, but pools are empty and cannot be used.

We felt very good although it was a communication error at first, the lady who accommodated us did not know that we already have a reservation. It was clean, nice, they have guarded parking, very nice view. The only aspect to consider is the fact that you depend on the car being further from the beach. There is parking near the beach at a super ok price. We had originally planned to walk to the beach...

A wonderful villa with several rooms, the owner lives here. We lived in a two-room suite, but went into other rooms - everywhere was clean and comfortable. The host Atanas is a friendly, cheerful and pleasant man; upon request, he will provide anything. The rooms have kitchens with everything you need, the rest will be provided by the owner on request. He can also order food or breakfast separately...

There is something to do while you are here and you can have lots of fun

Cons: according to the information of booking sites (booking, airbnb) from the villa to the beach 200 meters, BUT! this path lies on several stairs, and it is extremely difficult to overcome it with...

Pros: quiet place, away from the crowds, beautiful view, nice green area, free cleaning of rooms once a week and replacement of towels, there is a swing, children's slide, swimming pool. Cons: to go to the nearest beach by several stairs (unacceptable with baby carriages), the nearest beach with boulders at the entrance to the water and a small one, to a good beach (kabakum) walk for 15 minutes briskly...

They are the friendliest and most welcoming people we have met in Bulgaria. The hotel is of impeccable quality. We feel that the hostess is a very courageous lady. Besides, we invited them to our home in France. There is even a small swimming pool.

The hotel is well maintained, the room (for three people) is spacious and very clean! The same applies to the bathroom ( which is important! ) Every time you enter the room, you can feel a wonderful aroma from the bed linen ( this does not happen in all hotels! ) I highly recommend!

Conditions are excellent!!! Staff is very helpful and friendly, panoramic view is breathtaking! A little downside is the GPS location and the limited car park spaces, but it is definitely worth visiting. Quiet, very clean, will be visiting again

Very quiet and nice place situated on a clif with nice panorama....Andrei the owner is a very nice guy who will help you with any matter!!! The rooms are very nice also clean and spacious with big beds.
