Nice garden, the outside pool is ok, the spa is ridiculous small. In one day in the complex there were two kid birhdays, one baptism and one wedding so it was very loud. The wedding hall was right next to our room so no chance to sleep at all. The walls are very tiny so we hear all noises and conversations from the neighbouring rooms. The service is so-so, typically for the Bulgarian villages.

Absolutely atrocious if I could I would give 0 stars the staff at the restaurant were so rude no manners what so ever throwing the guests food on the table without any care. They would take plates of food without the guests finishing their meals also there was not enough food served for the guests, as a it was a christening, there was a number of guests that did not receive their salads and main meals. Furthermore, these meals were even spilt on guests due to a lack of care from the staff! minimal staff to attend the guests disgusting service in general.

I was shocked when I saw the SPA… a baby size pool, with a sauna for two, and every part of the so-called SPA was occupied by kids. One of the windows at our room was broken and almost fell when I tried to open the window. The service at the restaurant was really bad. They tax you for breakfast and dinner and they didn’t let us choose what to eat, no options to replace the badly-cooked meal they offered. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends or close ones.

The place is one disaster doesn't deserve to have even one star .
The staff in the restaurant are very rougth not professional at all ,bad experience over all thanks god I stayed only two days.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The service in the restaurant is pretty bad, at least from the lady. Food is not great. Beds are really bad, feels like you're laying on concrete and the pillow are either way to high/big or low/small.

The only good thing is Pecho, the dog.

The pool was the best thing about it. The food was nothing impressive and it was definitely expensive. It could have been cleaner and better kept, however it was great for children as it had trampoline, slides, swings, kid's playroom and kid's pool
