Good location but just about noisy

Everything was good. Just only the hotel need check and amemd their room view desceiption , i booked the room , it stated river view, but ended up no river view.

The receptionist was very busy because it was a public holiday in Cambodia. Yet they managed to organised their thoughts and be very hospitable despite so many requests. The room is big enough for our stay and with the door closed, no noise heard from outside.

The location easy to find, near the city. Clean and friendly service.

Overall that place is good location which you can enjoy the view of the new bridge. But it a bit noise (of a big truck) because that the rout to cross out side of town.

The double bedroom is nice; it is big, especially the bathroom. There's a huge bathtub and another area for an overhead shower, which is efficient. My room also contains a space to chill outside. What was mid was the pool. It is pretty small but still swimmable. However, their breakfast is delicious, and there is a lot of choice to choose from.

A very beautiful place and also quite calm place for couples, family and friend. I would love to visit there again if i go to Kampot next time.

Located on the main waterfront with night food vendors and beautiful water light shows right on the door step with next to no noise to be heard. Short lovely waterfront walk to main eateries. This is a truly wonderful, small, and quaint hotel: 1. Prompt responses and helpful airport transfer arrangements. 2. Two freshly cut iced coconuts were served upon check-in, and the coconut water instantly brightened my mood. 3. The local breakfast was truly delicious. 4. I’ve just stayed at Pippali for over a week and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is close enough to the town centre to walk but far enough to be quiet and enjoy the river view. The food is delicious, the place is clean, and the receptionist is friendly. However, the TV and air conditioning remote don't work. Otherwise, everything is great, a very cozy hotel in an old European style.

Normal hotel for its price category. Everything is nearby. The bus from Siem Reap brought literally 50 m. from the hotel. The embankment and the monument to durian are 5 minutes away. The seafood market is 1 minute away. The staff is attentive, we asked for hot water for coffee, they brought a kettle. We did not take breakfast.

It’s a simple  no frills guest house right in town . Near to markets and eateries . Kampot river is a 5 minute walk to the River front .  Come with a simple breakfast of eggs and bread or fried rice with tea and coffee .

There's no elevator, which is a major drawback; I carried my suitcase up and down to the fourth floor myself. Reception helped me buy a ticket to Phu Quoc Island. I and my family loves this simple and yet functional hotel for its excellent rooms and windy location with a great view of Bokor mountain .  It’s near to Kampot market with many cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the riverfront . One can try Kampot durians when in season or savour fresh and cheap oysters from the market .

If u want safe Clean simple smart staff good location and your own room yes. A bit tight with door times and not giving a key to the guests and motorbike parking is inside the garage so if you like to go in and out often let them know such.

The property was very close to a central area. The room was spacious, but it was noisy in the property, especially early hours.

The Guesthouse is in a good location and close to lots of things. The owner was very helpful and kind. But, the guesthouse is noisy - from traffic & pubs/restaurants outside, and from guests inside.

I stayed at Borey Vathanak Guesthouse in Kampot during a work trip and it was a pleasant experience. The price is affordable for long or short stays, and the location is very convenient, close to town. The room was simple but clean, and overall it felt like good value for money.

It is ok guesthouse, rooms have everything you need but let's be honest, nobody comes to Kampot to stay in a hotel/guesthouse. Also, you can rent a motorbike from them,speedmeter and rear brakes didn't work but i don't care.

Everything was great! The family is so lovely and helpful too! Rooms are spacious with everything you might need and very central location! The only issue for us was that there was no hot water which seems to be quite common for Cambodia!

We stayed close by but we came here to use the pool for $2 and they provide towels for us as well. Such a nice place to cool down after a hot day at a great price. I highly recommend stopping by for a swim.

The bed was very comfy, the pool/garden area was really relaxing and was able to rent a bike directly from the hotel for $5 a day. The pool was a little dirty but no where near as bad as older reviews say so I think recently they have made more an effort to keep it cleaner recently

Really nice room. Note that there’s no hot water or wifi. When we were there the restaurant also didn’t seem to be fully functioning but only offered a basic menu. The deck over the water and the view with it is really great.

Service is definitely top notch ✨ from asking for the information to leaving the resort. You can bring your own food and drinks in but we ate what they have in the resort.
