One of the tropical gems in a concrete jungle around it.
Super location just across one of the cleanest beaches in Cambodia with warm water.
Genuine care and comfort for the tourists and the property.
Woken up by bird sounds and the ocean across is a bliss.
Very nice cottages - minimal but complete in every way - showers bring you back to nature.
A must book if you want a real holiday.

I was really disappointed with my whole stay here and wouldn’t recommend, the whole place seems to be run down and in need of some TLC, we didn’t want to swim in the pools as the water was so dirty. We found it difficult to communicate with the staff as they didn’t understand basic English although there was one young lad that tried and would use his phone for translation while the other just laughed or ignored us
If we had water the water pressure was very low, the room was a good size although no TV as stated in booking, rubbish under bed from previous people I presume, door didn’t close properly and air con was loud and didn’t work well enough to keep the room at a cool temperature

The room was unfinished even though I heard they had opened it for 10 years. Most of the things was unusable the tv doesn’t work the shampoo and body wash don’t have labels the bathroom looks unfinished there were rats running near the pool, in the room. In the menu for the free breakfast it says there was European style breakfast but when I order it they said they don’t offer it? Why bother putting it in the menu. Comes the break fast time our breakfast time suppose to be 7am-8am cuz we hav to take a boat to koh rong at 8am. We waited at the breakfast table since 7am to about 7:54 our supposed to be the free breakfasts that they had offer us hadn’t even come out while other food which we ordered that wasn’t free came out within 10mn? The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location and nothing else.

Location (across road from beach) is excellent, but the initial state of the room was disappointing (ensuite bathroom really smelled). Staff cleaned it and after that it was fine, which then makes me ask couldn't they do that before I check-in? The design of the hotel is nice (Balinese style), but the hotel is old and under-maintained, and rough beach standard. Aircon only really cooled the room at night. I think COVID impact is still there. The safe was locked (we didn't ask about it) and their default was that room cleaning only happens if you ask for it daily. Overall can't recommend.

Good location. The ocean bay is in front of the hotel. You can ask them to arrange tables if you want to have dinner by the beach. They also have cooker for rent if you want to have bbq. But the Bungalow is old contraction and not well maintenance. Staffs are friendly. They also have swimming pool.

Good food while having your feet in the sand. Service is fast and attentive. Mango crumble for dessert is recommended. Taking most of our clients to this hotel and restaurant.

Our favourite home-away-from-home! On longer weekends, this is where we go! This is where we bring visiting friends and family. We love the feeling of sand under your feet, a feeling that follows you from the beach and almost all the way into the room (but not inside, because the staff has put big bowls of water outside of all rooms so you can wash off the sand before entering your room). Decent to good restaurant with a very attentive and nice staff! Enjoy your dinner with a mind blowing view of the sun as it sets into the ocean!! Just gotta love it!!

Great place, great beach, good service. Nice place to go just to relax for a few days. Not a place where you can go and explore a lot of exciting things on land. Boat trips are good though.
