The rooms are so nice. Staffs are friendly, but the time I was spending there, they were lesser staffs than I thought. They're no chef so there's no room service.
Big bed, comes with sofa and TV. Has a nice swimming pool (for kids also).
Wished there's some q-tips because all the swimming really needs it XD.
The scenery isn't really beachy, but the plants and flowers with the river and yatch was really nice.
It's close to the beach so it's really nice.
I had a great time there. I hope whoever comes afterward would also have a wonderful experience there.

Basically the room is clean, it would be better if it could be more careful. The service attitude is considered good, maybe because it is not a holiday, there is only one service person at the front desk and the restaurant is not open. However, it is close to the beach and has a view of the river. It is a good choice for travelers who do not require high service

Worst hotel of my life.
1.Staff was not friendly
2.Even if I ask, nothing will be heard
3.Take away the key and don't give it back
4.Employees curse at each other and pretend to laugh
5.I can't take a shower because there's no water
6.Even if the air conditioner is hot, you should just use it
I've never stayed in a hotel like this in my life.
Think again before booking

The staff were very helpful when you asked for help. Unfortunately no wifi in the rooms as promised. The rooms across the street have strong musty smell. It is an extra $20 a night to stay in the main area near the pool. The hotel is overpriced. There are no food services. There is still a lot of construction noise every day of the week starting before 7 am. No covers for the pool umbrellas so no shade. It is a great pool. You cannot sit by the pool during the day as it is too hot. The beach is beautiful and a short walk away.

We were 9 people and booked 4 rooms in September 2018 for New Year holidays. The staff without no reason canceled 2 rooms one week before our arrival. When we came we had 2 rooms already paid. The staff sent us to hell and didn't return money.

The resort is really nicely done with a lovely view and the swimming pool.
Great atmosphere along the mangroves, rooms are comfortable.
The location is not premium but not isolated.
Prices are reasonable according to the services provided.
I recommend it.

Definitely a great place to stay. The location is in Others beach 2, where are plenty of restaurants on the beach. From the hotel to the beach is 3min walking distance. The rooms are big (30m2 including beautiful bathroom). The swimming pool is perfect, you can also use for free a kayak and go on the river. The hotel is under construction but it is not at all a problem because all the areas in Otres beach are under construction, in addition we never were disturbed by the noise. For the time being it's not possible to have breakfast at the hotel but they organised a transfer to another hotel (4min), easy and no headache. In conclusion I will for sure come back, it's perfect for couples and have peaceful time. Last but not least great thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism.

Clean and comfy rooms within walking distance to the beach. There is also an infinity pool overlooking the mangroves.
However, the hotel is still under construction. There are no services available at this facility (meals, entertainment) which is a shame and the wi-fi barely works when it works.
I believe that when everything is complete this will be an amazing property but right now its just a nice room with some clogging problems.

Sadly the village currently has water and power outages unplanned without notice during the day and night due to the reconstruction happening around the area. This place does not have a generator nor a spare water tank for this kind of situation. Other hotels/restaurants beach front are fine having a back up. Stayed for the wknd and showered once and had to buy water for my own money to rinse hands brush teeth etc.. Overall for this kind of service very expensive camping! The resort should either drop price because for $30/night this is outrageous for Cambodia or find a solution and arrange a back up. It's really hot in the bungalow without the aircon and also very dark. One thing at least I asked for check out at 12pm and wasn't charged as normally check out is at 10am.

Very good rates, simple bungalows, a minutes walk from what is probably the nicest & most unspoiled beach near Sihanoukville. Very laid back, helpful & friendly expat staff.

Super chilled beach huts, in Otres 2. Was perfect for some downtime. Mike the owner is super helpful and friendly. There is also a bar just across the path with great food and staff. Highly recommend for some relaxing.
Though bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me as you are in a hut and can hear your neighbour easily oh and bring good mossie spray for that area in general
