If you find yourself in Sihanoukville then I would highly recommend this place. Big, comfortable and excellent value rooms with a very nice, tasty breakfast. Good location for the beach and not too far from the train station or port. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stop for one night. Clean, comfortable bed, clean sheets, large towels, great a/c, nice space. Breakfast was really good and Jenny was very helpful all round and dropped us at the ferry.

A budget hotel that’s clean enough for a one-night layover at Sihanoukville. We were here mid-April and it was very empty with no other guests staying there. Some cobwebs in the room and rust in the bathroom, but room is fairly decent. AC is not very cold.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The safe in our room wasn’t working but staff was helpful and fixed it. There’s a free shuttle to take you to most places around town.
Skip the free breakfast. It’s not horrible but the flies are unbearable. Take it only if you have no other choice for breakfast.

Very nice hotel with a good location, about 100 meters away from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. They have good wifi throughout the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price and is good. They also offer free transportation within the area. It's good value for money.

I stayed here for 2 nights, hotel is in a very good location, a 5 minute walk from the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

We did not stay here but we dropped in a few times to have their refreshing coffee and enjoy their hospitality. The owner is extremely warm and goes out of his way to make guests feel comfortable. Their breakfast is delicious and absolutely value for money. The place is extremely clean and well kept. We wish we had stayed here. And not to forget, the seafood fried rice was sumptuous! We would recommend this place to everyone who visits this area of Cambodia!!!

Cant go wrong, good breeze out the front,quiet chilled music, good pizza and a beer in the afternoon.

I just broke a plate leaving, Benny is an awsome fella great attitude to life and very friendly. Dont worry dont stress enjoy life he told me. I couldnt imagine breaking a plate a nicer person restaurant.

Benny is a good guy. Business man but honest. We stayed one night in a clean and nice room. On our way back from the island he helped us out with wifi, drinks and support . We can totally recommend this place!

This felt like the only place around where we could find a normal meal, a decent toilet and a place to wait for our boat 2 hrs. The food was alright, a bit overpriced but seems to be the normal in the area. The host was very friendly and kind, he gave us free souvenirs.

Cheap, has easy access to the shore. If you’re not picky the room is fine. -1 star there are cockroaches in the room. -1 star the floor and things are dusty since i arrive.

If you can fall asleep in a nightclub this place is for you! If you forget the noise you will have to deal with cockroaches, dirty linens and no sink. It is however cheap, good location and the staff are lovely.

I had the cheapest room, and it didn't have a washbasin. Excellent hot water shower though. The staff are very friendly and try hard to help, but they speak ZERO English. They get you checked in equipped with WiFi code, but travel information is impossible to understand. Very nice restaurant out front.

I pay more for book a room "with window" for have a good fresh air but directly front the window is a another abandoned room of homeless people who drink and speak very strong until 5am during my 2 night there. Impossible to open the window. And my room was so dirty same as the rest of hotel like the alley look like is abandoned place. I book more of 30 budget hotels around all asia per years but i was never see that.

Attention! The place is very LOUD from 22h till 2or3am (music++) It was impossible to sleeping till music stop... So if noise is a problem for you then i suggest to skip the place, its okay if you doesnt matter about loud music all night, normal room for 14$ a night dont expect a palace...
Another thing is that they will send you a mail asking you to rate them 10/10 wich is not normal sorry.
