Fitness Resort Sihanoukville in Sihanoukville

Great concept - Owner Pierre is a true fitness pro, anyone can learn something from him or his wife who is also very talented! Really good large portions of healthy food at good prices. They are moving from Sihanoukville (to Kep I believe?) and I have no doubt they’ll be a great success there! It’s a good thing too bc Sihanoukville is a terrible place now that the Chinese have bought he town.

Best place to reshape your body. First time I ve been in a bootcamp and it s very cool. Made a lot of friends, lost weight and made muscles! What else?

Amazing place. My 17 year old son and I spend 3 daya and two nights here. The owner Pierre knows his stuff, is a tough coach but treats his guests like family. We had a wonderful stay. The dinner with other guests was a highlight. Simple, healthy meal around a big table, but by the end of the evening the great conversations and comeraderie turned everyone into friends.

We stayed in one of the Bungalows. Very affordable with free laundry (a life saver as we were backpacking across cambodia), free wifi, and free hearty breakfast sent to us, which we enjoyed on our private verandah overlooking the serene gardens.

Classes were tough. I did crossfit and took some private coaching sessions for weightlifing. Felt like dying... but whatever doesnt kill you nakes you stronger, non?

MUST VISIT if you come to Sihanoukville!
