Really unique kind of bed and it sounds like I am in a studio while in bed!

Beautiful hotel and very professional perfect.
Anything clear, also natural around us but the space too small, also all room in the hotel. But staff friendly and responsible.
This hotel is just a big mess..
- First of all the rooms were just dirty, in 5 days they did not clean once our room well.. this is just sad. There were also a lot of insects in the room (mosquitos, gekos etc.) all the time
- We ordered a Birthday-Cake for our brother and asked if they could keep it in the fridge over the night.. THE STAFF just ate our cake over the night, this is absolutly incredible.. We paid 20$ for this cake! They just laught at us and didn't even apologize.
- We booked our bus ticket to Phnom Penh at the reception, a 5 hours drive for 10$. In the next morning they put us into the cheapest bus they could find and we needed 9 HOURS to Phnom Penh. They just kept the money for themselves and gave us this terrifying bus tour. We should have not trusted them and bought the ticket on our own.
