Great value hotel, but little bit far from central market area, like 30min walk or 10min by Tuktuk or Car. Spacious rooms, have breakfast facilities, swimming pool, Spa & Massage center (expensive), 24h reception, free parking space.

Stayed here to attend a conference. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. It is not plush 5 star but just a genuinely beautiful hotel. I had a large comfortable twin room with everything I needed. The hotel manager and all her staff were first class and could not have been more helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet secluded area away from the bustle of central Siem Reap. But only a short ride costing $1 USD into town Food thought was excellent and drinks reasonably priced. I loved just chilling out by the pool. Looking forward to returning one day. Well done!!

I bring school groups to Cambodia multiple times each year. For the last 7 years we have stayed at NRH - and with good reason. What matters to us is the safety, comfort and "feel" of the place - which is largely dictated by how keen the staff are to interact positively with our students, and how quickly they respond to needs or requests. Mrs Sotheara always goes out of her way to help us in any way she and her staff can. Best possible place to bring kids on a school tour. Thank you Mrs Sotheara and your wonderful team!

The door needs to be fixed, hard time closing it. The shower area and bath tub is small. The staff was trying to played us on laundry, money was not an issue but the principle of being honest. The mini fridge wasn’t working properly. The breakfast was okay, but not worth the price we paid for. The hours was from 6-10am, but when we got there at 7:30am, most food were gone and the coffee was cold. The next day, there were no coffee left by 7am; they saw us trying to get coffee but the staff didn’t seem to be bothered by it. The spa service was nice. The pool looks pretty, but it needs daily cleaning.
