“The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and there’s no solution provided for guests. The front desk informed me that the issue is due to too many users in the hotel. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi at nearby coffee shops works much better than the hotel’s. Overall, very poor customer service and definitely not worth the money.”

The Hotel was pretty good in terms of comfort, I found the bed to be quite enjoyable to sleep on. They have a very nice pool to relax by and it was refreshing to go for a swim. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. Some things I didn't like were the WiFi, it was often very slow; the shower took several minutes to produce any hot water for a shower; and the hotel didn't enforce their own noise/curfew rules about the pool, as for four nights in a row there was one or two families at the pool area having a party until midnight and a couple of times well after. A few people mentioned the distance to pub Street but a Grab was often less than 7,000 Riel and a few times I even walked home as the city is very safe.

The room is spacious so it’s good but the wifi is slow. We had a problem with the shower water because it’s very hot. The hotel is also a bit far from pub street.

Elevator was broken, booked 5 room in total and the room was spread out over 3 floors with all the rooms being the furthest on each floor even though checked in at the same time with the excuse being “booked online didn’t confirm the rooms” when nothing was being specified while booking. Cleanliness and bedding is questionable. The pillow casing was all torn up and the sheets have holes in them.
