I saw people of all races at this hotel. I believe it's a great hotel, attracting people from all over the world. The manager and staff are always smiling.
The clean surroundings and clean meals were great.

The hotel was impressively spacious and well-maintained, nestled in a scenic setting featuring a beautiful garden adorned with orchids. It also has a large swimming pool. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting.

The staff, including the manager, were warm, welcoming, and extremely respectful, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay.

The restaurant was hygienic and, most importantly, quiet, allowing for a peaceful dining experience. The chef kindly customized the food to accommodate our dietary needs, which was greatly appreciated.

If we come back to Cambodia ever again, we will definitely at Kouprey!

Very quiet at night and an AMAZING SWIMMING POOL. you can do lengths in this pool. Very nice surrounding garden. This is a fairly cheap hotel but the pool is sensational and the staff cant do enough for you. Breakfast is unlimited buffet until 10am. For what it costs I dont think you can expect more. I asked for beans every day and got them. I asked for papaya one day when it wasn't out front and they prepared me some. Eggs are cold sir? We will cook you fresh eggs. Bottle of wine in a cooler sat next to this pool with the birds chattering, for minimal money. Smashing.
FYI : Kouprey is an extinct breed of Ox, native to Kampuchea. The lobby feels like you're in Spain, with statues of bulls everywhere. The whole place is completely spotless.

This hotel had great service.
The tour of the Angkor Wat was also great.

I was able to sleep quietly.
I was woken up by the sound of roosters crowing in the morning.

The breakfast buffet was delicious.
The bathroom was a spacious unit bath with hot water.
I couldn't watch TV.

There are no convenience stores or supermarkets around the hotel, so I bought food and drinks before returning to my room.

Overall, it was a very good hotel.

The Worst hotel, don’t try…. Swimming pool under construction, AC doesn’t work, no toilet amenities except brush, breakfast also based on tourist…..not good……..you have to pay complete amount to get nothing ……. Worst part was … I used the laundry bag to keep my shoes and discarded after use…. They charged 10 dollar for using of laundry bag…after long discussion they took 5 US dollar….. we could buy a good bag to carry …….we pre booked the hotel and compromised everywhere whenever they said sorry we could not give u full service…… but those fellows took advantage of being adjusted person…. So please ask for complete service if you wish to stay there or just don’t book…..

The Hotel is tucked out of the way of the main thoroughfare. With a deceptive entrance, camouflaging a restaurant and swimming pool, as well as the hotel itself, amongst lush tropical greenery, containing small birds.
The rooms are positively spacious. I was provided a twin bedroom - both beds being "queen" sized beds.
The bathroom has an over bath shower.
The reception area is welcoming and manned.
I look forward to using the facilities.

My stay at the Kouprey Hotel was simply perfect! The room was incredibly comfortable, with well-kept furniture and everything I needed for my stay. The pool was a fantastic way to cool off after a day of exploring, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, great variety of fresh and healthy options.
I also really appreciated being able to rent a bicycle from the hotel. It was amazing to spend my last day exploring the area and the temples with the bike. This trip was one of the best I've ever had, and the Kouprey Hotel played a huge role in making it so special. I can't recommend this hotel enough! Thank you to the wonderful staff for everything!
