Location is good, quiet and nice. Service friendly and kindly. Nice place to stay in sSem Reap
Honestly expected more from this hotel based off reviews. I will say location and staff are great! Accommodating and helpful. However, cleanliness of hotel did not meet my expectation. The soap they use for the bathroom and to clean the towels smell like smoke. The bathroom including the one in the room wasn’t as cleaned as I like. The bed was fine (and quite comfy). Pool could be cleaned more as there...
The hotel was quiet and comfortable with a very calm interior. It was a relaxing and wonderful stay. Thank you.
We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing- super kind, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety. Highly recommend
You can easily walk to the night market Street. What's the restaurant beside and the staff was really helpful. A unique hotel with ancient theme

The hotel is in a very convenient location, is very comfortable and decorated with taste. As one would expect from a hotel of this category, the hotel is impeccably managed and the freshness and hygiene are spotless. We stayed here in the off-season and found the value for money to be excellent. The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across...
Great Hospitality with good food
Really great place to stay! Great breakfast with quiet place
Nice friendly welcome from the polite staff.
Nice and clean room.
The room in nicely furnished with some extra touch that make you feel that you are not in an hotel room.
The hotel has two swimming pools one of them, that one close to the street, was almost not used by guests, the other swimming pool was more busy, even with a limited beach lounger it was not difficult to fin place.
The breakfast was...
We stayed three nights at FCC Angkor by Avani while visiting Siem Reap and had a wonderful experience. Our pool‑access room, located across from the main property, was spacious, quiet, and equipped with excellent amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool itself was lovely for relaxing after sightseeing.
The main property is beautifully designed, with plenty of inviting spaces to enjoy...
Shame on me that it's taken a year to write a review of this heavenly place. We went for Christmas last year and have spend this Xmas saying "this time last year..." so I felt I must add ny review for this excellent place.
Which included the tremendous & superb Xmas eve dinner dance. (proper champagne btw) The wonderful room (Governor Suite if you can get it). Excellent staff led by charming GM Jacques...

Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was a mix of delightful hospitality and frustrating miscommunication.
Positives:
• The staff were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles.
• The massage itself was excellent — relaxing and skillfully done.
• Resort facilities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort...
The Hotel is Low-rise Resort-style. It features a relative big outdoor area in the family suites attached to the Master Room. Service is excellent. The bathrooms are lovely with full amenities. Our room is located on the 2nd level without a lift. Hence the staff had to carry our luggages via stairs. The outdoor area is good, but because of insects, we hardly make good use of it.. because the doors...
I love! I really want to recommend to you. I wanna go again. Nice breakfast.
We enjoyed the greenery & flowers throughout the property, and they are very eco conscious - to an extent where their straw is made of lemongrass! The staff is extremely courteous. The rooms are spacious and we took a room overlooking the pool. The bathroom was also spacious, with bathtub (not that we used it), 2 washbasins and a separate area to take shower. Other amenities included fruit basket and...

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with fantastic helpful staff.
We stayed here for three nights in a room with our own pool, and it was so spacious and relaxing to end our trip.
Breakfast is great as there is a buffet but you can also order eggs / noodles etc off a menu as well. We had a dawn tour to Angkor Wat, and were provided with a breakfast pack to take with us which was much appreciated.

The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were incredibly warm, polite, attentive, and thoughtful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
Superb hotel with top-notch service. The massages are incredibly relaxing, and the staff is very attentive and efficient. The rooms are perfect. Thank you, I will be back.
Aside from the small room and the slightly awkward situation of having to step out of the bathroom to get dressed when sharing with a friend, everything else was very satisfying. The 1.2-meter deep section of the pool was especially large, which was perfect for us non-swimmers.
Amazing guest service; the attendant Naza is very helpful and makes us feel comfortable and welcome. The resort's amenities are cozy and very nice. We simply loved our stay.
Very good hotel. Breakfast is good - but there are only very limited things on the buffet... most things need to be ordered from the menu. We didn't realise the first day that you could order multiple things off the menu, so we initially thought that the breakfast was tiny and rubbish - but once we realized you could order multiple items we enjoyed lovely breakfasts every day. The rooms are great and...

It's not bad, but the door lock is a bit old.
Boutique Hotel staffs are very nice. Love breakfast food .
We stayed three nights at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good, and the pool is exceptionally beautiful. But the absolute highlight is the staff — they give the hotel its soul and make guests feel truly special. From check-in to assistance with currency exchange and booking excursions, the warm-hearted staff were always very helpful. We would especially like to mention...
The hotel was about 15 minutes from Siem Reap centre. The hotel had tuk tuks for hire so travelling into Siem Reap was not an issue. The location meant it was very peaceful.

We visited Templation for 4 nights in Siem Reap. The location was about 5 minutes from the downtown area by tuk tuk. This ended up being perfect for us. It was close to the temples, quiet, and the rides into town were cheap and plentiful. The resort itself is a haven. The architecture, landscape, and design are exceptional. It felt as if you were alone in the resort when in your room. We booked...
The private pool villa is absolutely amazing, offering great privacy and excellent value for money. The breakfast is also very good.
Everything was fine except a bit hard to understand and explain… misunderstanding for a change of room coz my friend was sick cost me an arm and a leg which was not expected.
Trip.com is also a bit vague in description of rooms location room descriptions etc. Trip.com should specify what buyer to expect as it’s all “first
Timers and foreign” for me.
Best Hotel, Ever!!!!!
We spent 8 nights at Templation Hotel, and the entire stay was just magical.
The hotel is really quiet and laid back, with charming, super helpful staff that are very considerate and kind in every way.
Our villa had 2 rooms and our own private swimming pool. Each room had its own outdoor bathroom, which was so refreshing! I loved taking shower outside.
We ate at many restaurants...
What can I say. This is a real gem, hidden away in Siem Reap. It’s a fantastic little hotel, really beautifully done with lovely rooms. We had a twin room, which has a lovely pool for after a day walking round the ruins.
Breakfast and other food was amazing. Really high quality and a good selection. Unlike most hotels, its mainly off a menu rather than a buffet, which makes sense for a small boutique...
We had a lovely stay in one of the Jungaloo's! The small private pool was very nice, as was the bed and pillows (so soft!). The gentle sounds of nature and monks was audible through the walls but was quite pleasant to hear. The food was amazing! Room service impeccable, though a little bit confusing what to do with the food when you're done. They brought us small treats every evening for New Year....

Great service and excellent customer service
The hotel is very nice, located in the city center, and very clean and hygienic. There are many restaurants nearby.
The location is impeccable. The canal running through Siem Reap is right outside the door, and just a few hundred meters across the bridge leads to the night market and bar street.
The hotel is small, shaped like a U-shaped structure with a central green space. There's a small swimming pool on the second floor, but the lack of a gym is a minor drawback.
The rooms are clean and the facilities are...
The female that took me to my room was walking a mile ahead of me. She remained silent as i asked her questions. However....I like the room and the place is relaxing with a great location. I love how they manage to jeep those mosquitoes away.
The team is one of the best in the have ever come across. The friendlyness and professionalism is second to none.
This model of hospitality from arrival, rooms, breakfast, minibar, pool and restaurant is absolutely amazing. They have their own Tuk Tuk bad mini Ivan drivers. One of our group had to get medical attention and the team at Treeline Urban couldn’t do enough to support the process. The manager...

Absolutely amazing exeperience. Great location, great service, great rooms. After 5 days here I felt like home, and I didn’t wanna leave :/
I'm guessing the amenities have changed since COVID (as admitted by staff) - meaning some were reduced and have not been reinstated. I had relied on reviews from others, which mentioned amenities that are not current. This is not the fault of the hotel, but knowing that they've been reduced, the hotel should make a better effort to state all current amenities to avoid disappointment. Still a very...
The quality is average, it's more like a four-star hotel. It's much worse than before.
A good hotel, exactly as advertised. Large pool, and we dined at the hotel restaurant two evenings; prices were about the same as on the main Pub Street. We read the reviews and did the same: we asked for a tuk-tuk ride around the Angkor Wat Circle for $25.
The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of variety and choice, delicious, beautifully presented, and excellent coffee. I recommend this hotel...
Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned/ made every day! The lobby on the forth floor did not have any air circulation and was hot. There was no separate help desk on the privilege floor. They mentioned 20% additional discount on the current spa treatments but refused to add that/ honor that for the treatments that already had some seasonal discounts for anyone. The breakfast had very limited options...
The rooms and the hotel as a whole are very stylish, featuring lots of wooden furniture and Cambodian-inspired decor; highly recommended. The only downside is its location a bit far from the center of the city, making dining and shopping less convenient.

The setting, room, food and service were all outstanding. Chef Kim is an inventive chef who uses the local ingredients in delicious ways. The pool was a relief from the hot sun and the staff could it have been nicer or more attentive.
Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable. The grounds are stunning too. Everything about this stay was perfect and I’d absolutely go back when visiting Cambodia.
Thanks to the team for the truly wonderful stay at Phum Baitang. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special! The setting, the atmosphere, and especially the hospitality of the team made our time in Siem Reap unforgettable. It was the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty and calm of Cambodia. We’re incredibly grateful for the special care shown throughout our stay. 💚
The property is fab. The staff are brilliant - so helpful. The tuk-tuk arrangements are great. We used Mr Same (Saim?) and he was excellent. Food was also awesome. Wonderfully relaxing - love the fact that iced water was always available as soon as we finished swimming. The packed breakfasts were really good too. We felt warmly welcome.
The hotel is rustic and elegant, with rooms exuding a natural fragrance that promotes restful sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the sounds of frogs croaking in the rice paddies add to the relaxing atmosphere. The front desk service is attentive; upon departure, they even gave us beautifully packaged, locally grown rice. A truly unforgettable vacation experience.
Very interesting and special resort. The villas are beautiful and most have private plunge pools. In the hot, steamy Cambodian weather, you will appreciate the cool waters! The staff and food ( 2 restaurants) are first rate. The Spa is also fantastic. If you are visiting Anker Wat, this is a great place.

There are flying insects in the room. It is far from the city. The environment is good and the service is good. The room is large, but the lighting is dim and the air conditioning is not easy to adjust. Everything else is good and there is a wild feeling. Free daily afternoon tea: good. Daily special lunch: good.
Wonderful calm and peacefullness with the fully in Wood Blockhouse Made my time of Recovery from West. Greatly mindfull staff and vast selection of Gourmet goods with in a short pleasant stroll along a Lake. Very very Special Location. Thanks to Mrs Mane's stylish comforting style
The whole hotel is like a resort, in the suburbs, quiet and original. If you like shopping and lively, choose it carefully. Compared with the city hotel I stayed in before, the waiter was very shy and only kept the necessary communication. For example, I didn't ask to pour me some water, but asked me to order drinks directly. There were seasonal fruits in the set meal, but I didn't ask and pretended...
This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the sense of space after a few days staying in the centre of Siem Reap. We were staying in a family villa with pool and it was great. We enjoyed cycling to breakfast and to the pools, and the kids took kayaks out on the lake too. It is located a way out of town, but the hotel provide a daily complimentary tuk tuk service so we used that to travel in for dinner...
Traveling with friends, I was worried that the hotel was in a remote location and prone to mosquitoes. When I arrived, I found that the environment inside and outside the hotel was super good, and the food was also very special. I noted the insect removal when booking, and it was very considerate to meet my needs.
This place was magical! The venue, the decor, the staff. Everything was perfect.

Good soundproofing, nice environment, and not many bugs during the dry season. The service was also decent.
I have to say their noodles are really good; the other breakfast options weren't great, but it's not a deal-breaker.
Staying on the first floor offers a better experience~ though they initially tried to put me on an upper floor, which I caught and pointed out. Always be a bit more vigilant...
Second time staying at this very good hotel. Rooms, staff, service ...everything up to standards and never disappoints. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. The hotel has a nice pool and is also very quiet. This will be my home base when I return to Siem Reap.
This is a gem located just two blocks from riverside, plenty of places for food and few minutes walk to the market. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming, vibe is calm and relaxing with spacious rooms, a beautiful pool and a nice spa. Breakfast selection is very good as well. The location is a bit off, but overall it's very good. The service is very good and satisfactory. The hotel has free activities every day, and I was given a ticket to the Ferris wheel next door when I checked in. It was good to stay for 2 nights.
Cons: The twin bed in the room was too small. The shower with a bathtub had poor drainage. The bathroom exhaust fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even with earplugs, and it wouldn't turn off. The pool water was salty. The breakfast room was full of flies. The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations, but the facilities were very old. The gym had a strong smell. A bit disappointed. The hotel looks a bit old. When booking, Ctrip said that we could check out at 4pm. When we arrived, the front desk said that we could only check out at 2pm. It took a long time to finally agree to check out at 4pm. I was woken up by the sound of a gecko when I was sleeping at night. I called the staff to see that it was on the beam outside. # Siem Reap Anantara Review
This time in Siem Reap, I experienced the world's smallest Anantara Hotel (only 39 suites). The price of 1k including breakfast basically meets the luxury brand imagination. There were surprises and joys during the stay, but overall the flaws outweigh the merits.
Horror night: The light control panel in room 222 failed, and it flickered frequently after turning off the...
A hotel that is so low-key that it is almost ignored
Unlike Park Hyatt, which is strongly promoted on the list
Unlike FCC, which has a historical story
Unlike Amansara, which is prohibitively expensive
But the smallest Anantara in the world has completely conquered me with its "small and beautiful"
All suites, a total of 39 suites in the whole hotel,
Even if it is fully booked, the number of guests...

This stay was a terrible experience. The hotel service was perfunctory, and they were slow and unresponsive when problems arose. Communication was inefficient, and the overall experience was very poor. The environment was unpleasant; the water was smelly, the air conditioning was outdated, and the swimming pool was unclean.
I booked three nights, and the first night was very unpleasant, so I requested...
It was our second time returning to Navutu for a holiday stay and it was just as good as the first time. The service there is so accommodating and the rooms are extremely big. Our room had a bath and a long en-suite bathroom and shower and all of the rooms are designed to feel like you are immersed in nature while still enjoying complete privacy. The breakfast menu is extensive with Asian and western...
Navutu is absolutely beautiful! The staff are terrific. Breakfasts are excellent and we had a few dinners there as well which were also excellent. Rooms are spacious. My massage and facial were wonderful. I can’t think of any more superlatives. Highly recommend for any Siem Reap visit
This hotel is clean friendly and well appointed We used the spa, which was excellent and ate in the restaurant on several occasions , the food was good Overall a lovely place to relax while visiting the area

Spencer Tracy once said when I die, I want to go to Claridges. I kinda feel that way about this lovely, small hotel. It isn't over-the-top luxurious, but rather warm and super comfortable with the little things that make you feel very well taken care of. The rooms are very large and resort like. The pools are beautiful and the service. at the bar and restaurant is friendly. Happy hour from ...

Great location and really lovely staff. Not enough pool sun beds and air con in our room didn't work well, either on or off to control temperature ( which the staff knew about).
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Hotel and rooms was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. And The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. Thanks so much!
The service was great especially I want to thank Phearun that was very kind and tried to help
The breakfast was very good the hotel is very clean and nice
The swimming pool was great in the late afternoon to cool yourself.
The WiFi was very bad and we couldn’t get in
It was nice that at the hotel was a singer
But we were 4 nights and every day we had the same one
Nice hotel, which is already a few days older. We enjoyed our stay and the time at the pool was brilliant. The breakfast is varied.
The great thing was the people. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not right in the centre, but with the tuktuk you can get to the important places quickly. I can recommend it.
The very best hotel we have stayed at during our trip so far! Total luxury for an affordable price. Large quiet rooms, super comfy bed and attentive respectful staff everywhere. Breakfast is always delicious and sets you up for the day. The best pool we have had as it is huge! A short tuk-tuk away from the chaos of the city centre. We will definitely return. Thanks 🙏
I went to Siem Reap on my vacation and spent 3 nights at this beautiful resort was a truly wonderful experience with a great location and just a 5-minute ride by tuk-tuk from Pub Street and wonderful staff. Great breakfast buffet with many choices. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are at home, Would definitely stay here again.
