Honey moon package for couples. It includes 60min. body massage but the massage was not good at all. Breakfast is nice but restaurant staff should be trained. Overall rating is fair.
Very Accomodating Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Excellent welcome and service in a very well located hotel because it is close to the center but in a quiet street. Large rooms, a little old but very pleasant. One downside: average breakfast
Great little hotel on edge of town. Quiet and tranquil… rooms clean either good beds and showers, what make place is the service from check in to check out Anita looked after us superbly. Massages are great and with a la carte break and free tuk tuk I to town it’s all you need.
Great room, superb territory with tons of plants. Nice location not so far from pub street, but in a more calm district
Mane History Lovers is a delightful gem of a hotel a bit outside of the city center. The hotel is decorated with Cambodian artifacts. The rooms are spacious and the restaurant is good, especially the generous a la carte breakfasts. Best of all, guests enjoy the assistance of a personal guest services coordinator. Ours, Pi Sey, proved charming, helpful, and gracious. The hotel boasts a nice swimming...

Great hotel, located centrally to the markets, Pub Street, Old French Quarter & Wat Bo. Plenty of restaurants & shops are located in the area. Stayed in a hotel room rather than a villa. Bed was super comfortable & the room well appointed with A/C, TV with streaming services, fridge, water daily & Tea/Coffee making facilities. Staff were super helpful & friendly. Breakfast was A la Carte with a variety...
We spent 3 weeks in Cambodia. After careful research we booked our own hotels and traveled independently. Most of our choices were great. Sadly our first option in Siem Reap let us down. Cockroaches! Thankfully Reasey Boutique Villa was close by. On every count;comfort, cleanliness, location, helpfulness and value Reasey comes out top for our stay in Cambodia. And a special mention must be made of the...
I thoroughly enjoyed my time here; this little hotel deserves 5 stars. The staff were incredibly friendly with excellent English skills. The manager, Mr. Vanna, was more than kind and always helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean, and there was a small pool – what more could you want? The location is fantastic, central yet quiet, and just a 15-minute walk to...
My husband and I stayed in Seam Reap for 3 nights at this boutique hotel, together with our daughter and her husband. The hotel environment is charming, with tropical plants and flowers bringing serenity to our stay. The rooms were very large, have one queen bed and another full bed. The bathroom and shower is spacious and clean. The rooms are called Villas. Rooms were cleaned every day. There’s a...
The hotel has a good location, not far from the bar street, and several popular local restaurants nearby. The food is good, and I didn't get diarrhea. Make sure you book the right room type. Except for the small bungalows, none of the rooms have balconies, and some don't even have windows facing outwards. Otherwise, you'll have to go downstairs to smoke. The staff are friendly and polite; they'll...
I've been traveling around Asia for over two years and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The value for money is unbeatable and it has everything you could need. Spacious room, comfortable beds... The best thing is the wonderful staff, especially a slim, young woman with short hair who serves breakfast. She's absolutely lovely and helped me a lot. Thank you to the whole team.

We stayed at this hotel for four days. We loved it: it was clean, cozy, and quiet. It was lovely to swim in the clean pool after a hot day. The room was very spacious, the bed was soft, and the linens were crisp white. The service at breakfast and reception was impeccable. The reception area was very welcoming. The smell from the restroom was a bit bothersome. The area is very convenient for exploring...
Had an amazing time at this oasis in the middle of a very busy city center that was great walking to pub Street restaurants and cafés. First of all, the location is excellent, right in the heart of Siem Reap. It's very peaceful, not far from Pub Street and the market, within 2 kilometers. The hotel environment is fantastic, very chill. Most importantly, the staff's service is truly excellent, especially the young man who escorted us to our room during check-in on December 31st, and he also saw us to the door when we left, even bringing...

Beautifully curated interior in traditional Khmer houses , exquisite garden in peaceful surroundings with birds and tree squirrels adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Fantastic Khmer food lovingly homemade . Owner Nathalie and staff made this an unforgettable stay , planning a wonderful tour to the last detail . Don’t look further - book this place , you will not be disappointed!!!
What can we say about Maison Polanka that will really do it justice? Everything about this hotel is truly wonderful. Forget swanky hotels, forget corporate hotels this hotel is in a league of its own. From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart you know you are staying in a truly special place. The room we stayed in (The Green Room) overlooked the pool and beautiful gardens. The staff of Natalie...
Maison Polanka is a wonderful boutique hotel, with delightful staff and set in beautiful grounds shared with their two white rabbits! Our room was huge but our balcony even bigger! Air con was very efficient and not noisy. Food was delicious. A thoughtful treat was to be met on each return from sightseeing with an ice cold flannel! At the end of our SE Asia tour it was nice not to be in the busy hub...
This place is just perfect for a relaxed and calm stay. Everything was great….the food, service and house/ room of course. The love to detail we could feel during the entire stay.
A beautifully idyllic place tucked away with the most fabulous, kind and attentive staff. We were pampered each day and enjoyed the delicious food, tropical gardens and pool. Tuk tuk driver RaRa was great and took us to temples. Cooking class and prior trip to market for ingredients was very special. We stayed a week and enjoyed both green and yellow rooms. We stayed Family room ( 2bed room+ Living+ Kitchen + 3 bathroom) Very big and comfortable to stay 5 days. Swimming pool also nice. We can walk to Pub street for 10min. I recommend this place for stay like a living in this town.

A good hotel for living and relaxing for a short and long term! There is everything you need for comfort, including attractions that are within walking distance.
This is a very well located residence that is a great value. The beds are very comfortable and the unit was spacious. The location is a short walk from Pub Street but the restaurants on this road are far superior to Pub Street. The unit is like an apartment with washing machine.

Beautiful colonial style hotel. Good value for money thanks to Trip. Beautiful swimming pool! Young, qualified and proactive staff. Spacious room, very comfortable and functional. Only small downside, the wifi connection on the 4th floor but otherwise almost perfect for two days.
The hotel was good in general – tasty breakfast, goof location. For me it was important that the property should not have mosquitos, but I've spotted a couple in my room.
The hotel is build in the colonial style excellently located. The room are very good. We booked a 2 room suite. It had 2 bedrooms one hall and 2 bathrooms excellent for a family of 4 adults. The service is excellent. Waiters are very polite and helpful.
I stayed 3 days/nights. Just a recap for future guests: 1. Service: This was my favourite part - all the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. Great location in a quiet part of town on the main street out to Angkor Wat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped us arrange transport to the temples and into town, bike hire, and pickup/dropoff at the bus stop. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We had a complementary room upgrade to the Colonial Honeymoon Suite. The room was very luxurious...
If the mark of a good hotel is that there are other people there, then it was bad news from the start. The fact that we were on the side of a busy main road was its own hint — that price is an unexpected high and not acceptable if compare to its bad location and no car park.

We had such a wonderful stay here!! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The spa gave the most spectacular couples' massage, and breakfast was always so fresh and delicious. And the hotel has so much character! Beautiful engraved wood.
Swimming pool is the highlight of the hotel! Rooms are very spacious! The atmosphere around the place is good but need some improvements. The staff were friendly enough since they can barely understand English. Overall it was a good stay.
This place is amazing! It was like walking onto a movie set. The room is spacious with a great comfortable bath on one side of the main room. The large bed was silky smooth and very comfortable. In the bathroom a modern toilet and a large walk around shower. All the stone walls and floors gave a really nice cool and secure feeling. The main pool was fantastic, warm and visually stimulating. The staff...
There are 2 swimming pools and the view is really good. I like it. Room is also fine but under the bed is dusty and clean (the bed is higher which we can see the space under it.) Service is also good but I don't much like about it. Why? Because I didn't hang notice tag on the door to clean it but instead, they come and clean. They also throw out the big plastic bags that I used to pack my baby's stuff
Amazing experience. Every service was excellent. This experience will cost at least 500 doller in Japan.
Good. It is a very nice hotel with different pools, spacious rooms and different baths. The staff is also very friendly.

Wonderful service - friendly, efficient and helpful. Great large but simple pool, very good food cheap by home standards, very nice rooms. The hotel is deliberately quaint and old-fashioned and we loved it. However, it isn't a resort in any sense of the word - it's a good posh hotel. Breakfast was super if pricey, Sunday Brunch a wonder and amazingly cheap. The Spa is pretty good and reasonably priced...

There is no other way of putting it, this hotel oozes character and class. Rooms are large, with hard wood floors and good bathroom. All rooms have a safe, mini bar and air-conditioning. We had a great time. The hotel staff was very friendly and they definitely loved our little one. We had a pool facing room which was fabulous. Breakfast was a feast of selection. Staff friendly and helpful. They arranged a private guide and driver for our sightseeing - reasonably priced and convenient. Good location as well. Tuk tuks are great for getting around. Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, it's actually not that far to get anywhere by tuk-tuk, though the immediate surroundings are a bit desolate. The service and facilities are great, and there's a good variety for breakfast.
The room layout was thoughtfully arranged. The front desk and restaurant staff (Kimyean, Neth, Mon, Neng, etc.) provided excellent and attentive service, including welcome drinks and refreshing towels. They even remembered guests' names and greeted them proactively. My experience was perfect.
We stayed for few days here. The location is not the best but the attentive and friendly staff and the positive atmosphere at the place made it up. May Phat and his team special service at breakfast was extraordinary. We definitely come back.

Staff was helpful. Hotel is unique.
The environment is exquisite and elegant. The room roof is dusty. At first, the room was too close to the street bar and it was noisy at night. After adjusting the room, it was much better. The service attitude of the service staff was good.
We had a wonderful time is this outstanding hotel. The staff was so friendly and supportive. We really enjoyed our time there.
You feel like you are staying in a garden with the lush foliage and vast pond. Customer service was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff, especially the waiting staff at the hotel only restaurant. Will certainly stay here whenever we are in Siem Reap.
Lovely hotel a short walk from central siem reap. Staff are so helpful and accommodating. They helped us with late checkout which meant we could leave to spend the morning watching the sunrise over Ankor Wat and stop in to one of the killing fields sites on our last morning.
