The pool was great,the staff were polite and helpful,the beds were super comfy and the room and bathroom spacious.Also the location was good,just a short walk from the Pub Street. The basement garage to keep your motorbike at night was a plus

Off the main road. Not near shopping or anything of interest really. They don't have food - but there are restaurants across the street which offer decent street food. There is NO lift - but 5 floors... and only 2 rooms on each floor. The BEST thing about the room is that there are separate sleeping room and living room. Great value guest house with huge rooms. Only bedroom had AC but it was good and cold while the bathroom had very hot water and high pressure. Stay on a lower floor as the building is very hot. Owner was very kind and let us park our rental scooters inside overnight.

The biggest rooms in Siem Reap. Balcony attached to a huge sitting room (though I can admit I didn't use it much) and then a bedroom that had air conditioning. Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, it's actually not that far to get anywhere by tuk-tuk, though the immediate surroundings are a bit desolate. The service and facilities are great, and there's a good variety for breakfast.

The room layout was thoughtfully arranged. The front desk and restaurant staff (Kimyean, Neth, Mon, Neng, etc.) provided excellent and attentive service, including welcome drinks and refreshing towels. They even remembered guests' names and greeted them proactively. My experience was perfect.

Lovely hotel a short walk from central siem reap. Staff are so helpful and accommodating. I arrived a day early, so I booked a room near my main hotel. Since I was traveling solo, the hotel pushed the two beds together for me. It's really close to the museum, Pub Street, and the Siem Reap River. Even though it's on a main street, the room was surprisingly quiet. Great value for money!

This hotel is very good, a very central but quit location. Everything is on walking distance. Rooms have everything, spacious, a balcony etc. The breakfast is à la carte and buffet style. Everything was perfect at this property from our airport pick up to our return, both via Tuk-Tuk arranged by the hotel and included in the price. The hotel is elegant and intimate and decorated in a lovely, authentic style. The staff are friendly and attentive. Very nice place, clean and comfortable, but the very best thing about this was the -great staff-. All of them were incredibly nice and supportive, they allowed to check out a bit later so we could go walk around and keep our bags at reception before we had to take out bus that night. They also offer breakfast for $5, but we didn't get it because we woke up too late, which means they have comfy beds...

I am giving 5 stars only because there are no more to give. This boutique hotel has won us over. The location is fantastic and so are the rooms and the facilities. The hotel in itself is so picturesque. But what stands out, is the staff. Both the receptionists are extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help the guests. We are very grateful to the hotel and the staff. We recommend this to everyone...
