Amazing relax I was there with my wife so very peaceful and nature decor
i like the hotel hosting a lot~ the girl (Nary) at the front desk is very friendly, she always give us warm smiles and talk very politely and also the cleaning staff(Jo). Stay here if you want to feel like home😊
All okay. Environment good, staff friendly. Even breakfast was not to much but its great.
Booked for one night. Men were helpful. Great. Next day the hotel was full of women. Male staff vanished. So no further extensions for me at this hotel.
We spent 5 days here in this serene and quiet little hotel. Firstly I have to say thank you to the guy working at the bar pool who was full of smiles and energy every day and the supervisor who sorted out our tv in the room. Hotel is close to the night market and pub street but far away enough to be quiet. There’s not a huge amount of restaurants around but you can order from grab. Unfortunately...
It seemed to be the best value for money. Breakfast was poor, but everything else was good and the pool seemed to be well maintained. Anyway, it was good. Good value for money!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great location
The location and pool are great, everything else falls slightly below expectations. The tub and shower curtain looked dirty and moldy. My beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable and the blanket on the bed looked absolutely disgusting. I personally removed it. The light switches on the night side tables didn’t work in my room. AC worked well, staff and breakfast were decent but overall the rooms...
We were very impressed with the hotel and the facilities. The reception staff were wonderful and we were greeted with welcoming smiles each day. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay such a pleasant and comfortable one. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The pool was very good.
Nice quiet hotel with lovely pool area and really close to markets/restaurants etc. Breakfast really good too. Only downside is very hard beds!
This hotel makes me feel very good. Every hotel staff I met is very polite. Whether it is the front desk staff, security staff, or room service staff, they are all very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very quiet. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is close to the city center. If you rent a motorcycle to go to Angkor Wat, it is very convenient. It is basically...
Quiet hotel in central location A lovely and quiet hotel in a central location. Staff helpful and rooms very clean. The only downside for us was that breakfast was served until 8:30am, which we felt was too early to close.

The hotel is tired. It's clear it was beautiful a few years ago—the atmosphere is still there, but the rooms haven't been updated. Cons: The furniture and windows are old. One room had a very strong moldy smell. The air conditioning didn't work in another. Pros: The staff did everything they could to ensure our comfort, and they even replaced the smelly room.
A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. A clean pool and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Turns out my husband and I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago! It was lovely to relive those memories. This time, we came with our family and stayed in connecting rooms. It was clean and had everything we needed: bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The cocktail prices were very reasonable, and we even caught a 'buy two, get one free' offer! It's close to the center; we zipped to the main street on...
The location is a bit out of the way and not easy to find 😁
The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool below. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a city view. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and although there was no elevator, they were willing to make repeated trips to help deliver things.
1. The price of a double room, the superior location/considerate service, it is worth recommending! 2. You can't complain about the breakfast being a 1set set or the hygiene. You can't use the star standard to rate the segment. When you give a bad review, please compare whether your ¥ is proportional! 3. The hotel's additional supporting paid services, such as the price of the chartered car for the...

Good service and good food plus excellent environment
I really loved this hotel, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cold enough, even after we asked the staff to fix it and tried changing rooms. Aside from that, everything else was lovely.
I stayed here for 7 nights, and the location is absolutely fantastic – it’s quiet but still close to everything. The main road is just a one-minute walk away, and Pub Street is only a 10-minute stroll. Plus, there's a laundromat right across the street, which is super convenient! As a breastfeeding mom who needed to frequently store breast milk and transport ice packs during my trip, I must extend...
Very close to the bar street, super convenient for dining and spa. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and at 300 a night during the Chinese New Year, it was really good value for money. Aside from the bar being a bit noisy at night, everything else was great.
Highly recommended, good location, clean and delicious breakfast and the staff very friendly
A good sized room that was clean and the pool area was very relaxing. The bed was really hard, which the staff then came to provide an additional mattress topper to improve – made it better but was still pretty firm. There was parking outside with security over night, which was great to park the tuktuk we had rented to drive. The breakfast was limited compared to other places we stayed on our trip...

I will say the room we got was spacious with a window and balcony that invites plenty of natural light in! The room itself and shower especially was spacious but the toilet room is pretty small. Breakfast is à la carte as it’s a smaller hotel but the ladies there are very friendly and the food options are...
We had a great 4 nights stay in this hotel. The room was very well soundproofed and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Swimming pool was appreciated l but I think they put chemical treatment at night without putting a sign to notify guests… Food is overpriced, so we never ate at the restaurant. Location was very good, in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk from pub street.
Nice hotel, clean, delicious breakfasts. Close to the bar area. I recommend it.
The Siem Reap Palace Hotel & SPA is excellent and offers extraordinary value for money, thanks to its facilities and friendly staff. The hotel has a great restaurant serving Cambodian and Western cuisine, and its location is excellent, close to the city center. The hotel's pool and bar are great for relaxing.
Very good. Stayed for 6 more days. . Thumbs up 👍
The room and location is great, and only few staffs were helpful and friendly. Not really satisfied with the receptionists when I checked in, not really giving a welcoming vibe, but the staffs during breakfast were really friendly, enjoyed my stay and the breakfast.

Wonderful experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and well appointed, rather like an apartment, with a kitchenette, oven, full sized fridge, seperate living area, tv, large bedroom and ensuite. Internet was reliable. A lovely large room with separate lounge area. Small kitchenette and washing machine available. Lovely to relax with a cuppa on the small balcony and watch the world go by. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping close by with lovely staff. We'd organised a sunrise tour at Angkor Wat and staff were happy to prepare us a breakfast to take with us as we wouldn't be onsite for breakfast.
Kim is an excellent tour guide who is very knowledgeable of this area. I thoroughly recommend him to those who want to go see Angkor Wat and the other sites in this area.
"I had the absolute pleasure of exploring Cambodia's stunning temples with an incredible guide named Kim! His knowledge was impressive, and his warm personality made our day truly unforgettable. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed recently, and we travel a lot…The rooms are huge, very confortable, with a washing machine, air con (no noisy at all), wonderful beds…just perfect. I stayed here for half a month, and I found the bed firmness to be just right for Chinese people – neither too soft nor too hard, which was quite comfortable. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit dim. The food was absolutely delicious.
Rambutan is a gem of a hotel! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Absolutely Brilliant all round. I was privileged to stay at this beautiful and well-located hotel while in Siem Reap for four nights, the room was very well equipped with everything I needed, room serviced every day, the staff are all very pleasant and accommodating with very good English, complimentary breakfast together with the lunch and dinner menus' just superb. We had an amazing stay at Rambutan Resort. It’s a beautiful oasis in the heart of Siem Reap – super central, yet it feels peaceful and removed from the city, like a true private retreat. My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon in October 2025. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and caring. We arrived late at night via their car transport, and felt warmly welcomed. Very nice place especially the hotel owner very friendly; kind. Staff provide the very warm welcome and supportful. I truely recommended price is very acceptable and affordable.
The hotel is not bad, but there are some quirks. The room is very dark, with little light and a small window, making it feel like we were in the dark all the time. The furniture is old, but otherwise okay. The worst thing was that the shower drain was clogged and no one cleaned it, so water quickly accumulated in the room. You had to quickly wash yourself and turn off the water while you were soaping...
A neat, clean, safe, and quiet hotel. Attentive, English-speaking staff. Good housekeeping, a clean pool, and delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended!
Hotel didn’t look like pictures, breakfast was minimal, no buffet. When I arrived my fridge wasn’t plugged in, no hot water, no tv full stop (apparently government cut off the aerial )! Fridge and hot water was fixed within half an hour …. What the hotel lacked in luxury was made up for by guest services, very very helpful and very friendly , especially the manager and the lady on the front desk
Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Helped move our luggage to our rooms, no complaints. Staff made our stay much more better. The only downside is when the shower was on it flooded the bathroom. Other than that we 100% recommend and would come again all thanks to the staff.
Good breakfast. The place is quite nice in terms of amenities. The downside is the dim lighting, even with lamps.

Great location, nice rooms, friendly service. Evenings can be a bit noisy (until around midnight) due to music from nearby bars and restaurants, but I didn't find it particularly bothersome.
The hotel is centrally located within Siem Reap.
The hotel's location is excellent, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Pub Street is just a 5-minute walk away. Great place for the lone traveler. Big rooms and en suite bathroom. Can't drink the water, so they provide bottled warer. Great hosts! Very friendly and helpful... most speak some or good English...
We loved our stay here, all the staff were so friendly, the pool was clean, the breakfast was good & the beds were comfy can’t fault it :)
At first it was a bit difficult to find it because we couldn't see the hotel name on the street, but once we got inside it was already written. It's close to the city centre, which is both good and a bit bad. The New Year celebrations are quite loud in the room, but not disturbingly so. The room and bathroom are quite spacious and reasonably clean. The internet is fast and the room is well equipped...
A great team, the boss offers you his famous homemade pâté. Generosity and good humor: happiness
