Not a good customer experience, no pool side service and they charge for every little thing

Great hotel for children (great pool and playground) and safe beach setting. However, they allow smoking indoor and at the restaurant, and smokers surrounding children that is less than 5 years old... need to gazette area for none smokers if they prefer smoking customers.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and private beach. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in.
The lounge area outside was also very cool, live music in the evenings. Breakfast buffet is lovely with many choices and well staffed. Many choices of hot foods, omelet and pancake. High quality rooms...

I was impressed. It’s a very nice hotel, deserve as a 5-star hotel in Cambodia. Located right on the beach so you can access directly from the pool, which is very nice pool for the whole family. Environment was great, remind me of Vegas. I wish the staffs were friendly, I would give a 5 stars on here. Nice bed, clean, smell good, great bathroom. Plenty of parking.

The place is big, there's a pool if we walk down a little bit there will be a ocean that you can see. There is people playing music at night, the morning buffet is very good. The hotel price is affordable.

Surrounding by China campus and unfinished building , ❤️sokha still maintain their greenery and coconut big walking park with peaceful private beach. Also I am happy with their breakfast choices. The pool is great and deep(1.6m) but there's no lifeguard. Restaurant and shopping choices are very boring. More catered towards China Chinese but low end. Casino staff are friendly but counter staff are not. Check in was ok and smooth. The room doesn't have a safe. Room was noisy in morning. I guess its from the person upstairs as floor is wood.

The hotel might be small but got everything, the room is spacious and clean and everyone is super nice, the manager Ken helped me arrange a free ride to the port and also upgraded the room! The best service ever! The casino and restaurant are great as well

Been staying at QueenCo for a little while, and so far i am very pleased. The staff here is incredibly nice, the best hotel gym I ever used, and the location is right on the beach. Everything is good except for the missed communication because the receptionist give the wrong room number. I like the decoration and how quiet it is. Big hotels many rooms with big ballroom inside.

The restaurant is good to visit, apart from the cooking of the average chef and the arrangement of their clothes, it seems to be lacking a lot (Not standard For dressing ) .

One of the best oceanfront views with a nice beach. Sadly the hotel and the grounds are not well maintained and are understaffed so the service suffers because of that. The food is ok but I expected more considering location and price of the rooms. Definitely come and stay for the views and the private beach resort feel.

An older luxury hotel in need of maintenance. You can see it was grand at some point, but now it is sad and tired, both rooms and the grounds. Giving it 4* because it had a decent breakfast and a pretty good gym with a bunch of newer equipment.

The room is quite okay but the building and hotel itself is quite old. To me, it's not worth the money of 80$+/night. What's worse, I didn't receive the welcome drink and at the lobby entrance, I was not welcomed properly as a hotel guest. Not even guidance on parking space and security. Also, their breakfast is not quite a lot of options.

Definitively the best Hotel I have had the opportunity of staying at during my 6 months traveling Asia. I found myself torn between relaxing in the spotless and airy rooms or admiring the gorgeous sea-view from the infinity pool. As someone who would rather heard cats than wake up for breakfast, I was up every single morning for the breakfast. Simply outstanding.

Service is great, friendly staff and amazing location. Just a street away from the beach.  Breakfast is well served though would be better with extra food choices and fresh fruit juice instead of box ones(I think).  Apart from that, I enjoyed the stay and it’s peaceful (great noise isolation).

Rooms were ok, but needed a little maintenance. Food wasn't great. But it's a block from the beach, and has a very nice rooftop bar & pool. Service was great. Not much in the neighborhood. 30-40 min walk to nightlife/ restaurants.

It was nice and clean. The pool was refreshing and peaceful. Just a one minute walk for coffee, the beach, breakfast or snacks. And $15 per night cheaper than the place next door. Friendly staff. In the checkin and checkout on my booking policy are 14:00 checkout and I have late check-out service include when I booked too. But they knocking my door at 12:00.

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed in Cambodia. Makes you feel like you are in a first world country for a change. Seaside Ajito is located on the beach in a nice quite area near the Sihanoukville port. Both A/C and wifi worked great and the cleanliness was excellent. I stayed at the hotel in January 2020. A deposit of USD 40 (returned after check-out) is required for check-in. Please note that the facilities are relatively new, the owner is friendly, the room is soundproofed, the hotel has toothpaste and toothbrushes, and the hot water in the bath is very good!

Casino to have fun Clean & Luxury rooms for stay and sky bar for your hunger ( perfect Combo weekand place )

We always play Badminton which is beside this hotel, but i never know that there was a hotel for out Badminton place.. it's small compared to the usual casino-hotel places in the city, but it's cozy and fits to your taste.. it's perfect for you if you're the type that doesn't want to go to crowded casinos, or casinos with lots of game-watchers..

The place is okay. The room is clean, with a nice interior. Not really much to see around. The breakfast is sometimes buffet, sometimes a la carte, not sure what it depends on. Sometimes in the morning there was no hot water. There's also a karaoke/live music just outside in the evenings till late.

The Chinese lady at the front desk was very honest and nice. You have to provide a $100 cash deposit up front for which they return upon check out. We used Expedia (highly recommend, I don't get paid by them) to book the room. I tried calling them to ask for transport but their English or Mandarin was not communicable. So instead I used Expedia messages to communicate with the staff days in advance...

The reason we’re giving four stars is the room leaves a lot to be desired - it’s humid the entire day and makes everything feel very damp the entire stay. Don’t expect them to clean the room during your stay, and the bathroom walls do not reach the ceiling and the shower is not enclosed so you end up spraying the entire bathroom. If you disregard the room, this really is more of a 5 star environment...

A very good and quiet beach and resort. Have a good sunset view but it's a 30 mins walk from the jetty. You may contact the resort upon your arrival, so they can pick you up. Beware of the sandflies if you would like to have a sunbath in front of the resort. Friendly staff, but the room cleanliness is still need to be improved.

It’s just the beach & the sea ! Very quite nice, clean & basic place. Food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Not many breakfast options but for lunch & dinner you got it all !!!
