I stayed at Amenida Residency Hotel for two days and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities for comfortable stay. The bedding and linens were fresh and well maintained, which added to the overall comfort.
The location is another major advantage, just 6 minutes from downtown, with a metro station conveniently located right behind the building, making travel around the city effortless.
Overall, it offers great value, comfort, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Excellent hotel for location to our event at the BMO centre. Clean. Great Service. Would have enjoyed the pool facilities more if they weren’t running swimming lessons there and if they had a hot tub available.

I booked for three bedrooms; one have no TV and no fridge, the other one have no coffee. Not enough bathroom towel for everyone. The floor is filthy. The pool has no air circulation. We can see the water condensate on the ceiling. First time and last time.

The hotel may not be rated 5 stars on the web, but the comfort, central location, safety, price, staff's efficiency and service is more than 5 stars. I would come here again without hesitation.

The walls and floors are concrete, sound proof,ample parking, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Also on main bus route. Beds are really comfortable, has a fridge, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, free internet, great selection of TV channels, and a swimming pool. What more can anyone ask for?

The service and location was excellent the staff was very helpful only thing i would have liked if the lounge was open later so i could relax after the concert i went too but i will continue to stay there on my next visit

This is the 2nd time I booked this hotel residence the first time March last year without a online booking then I booked through tthrough this year January 30 to February 3rd , I booked this hotel because it's been good service the first time I booked here and I had both times had good service. The hotel is a good location as it has bus service to downtown and southcentre that stops at chinook #10 & 15 + the Red line to somerset and Tuscany with easy transfer to the other lrt line blue line to saaddletown and 69st west end. I only used my hotel to relax and sleep other then that I was exploring and visiting family and friends. The front desk and cleaning staff was amazing 👏. The next time I vacation to Calgary expect a booking from this guy for a 3rd time.

Was given a room that was missing a TV and had a broken nightstand. The door was jammed as well.

Was given a new room but that left a bad first impression. In the new room, AC was not functional but didn't want to move my family again

Extremely helpful staff,very good service, location is easily reachable by LRT, rooms are big and clean and has everything needed including microwave, coffee maker and fridge.

The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean, bright, and hygienic. The hotel amenities and services were good, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which is really convenient. The price was quite reasonable too!

I used to come here a lot, especially when it was 2 for 1 Tuesdays. Since they don't have that special anymore, its not worth it to come here. $10 donair which I ate in 5 bites which is very over priced in my opinion. The meat is bland and barely any spices in it at all. The sweet sauce covers the bland flavour. Just made my donair without asking me fore extra toppings. I would suggest to take your cravings elsewhere. The new owners need to understand how to bring people to a run down fonair shop.

My Donair is a little hidden gem. Having sampled nearly the entire menus content over the last couple of years it safe to say with I enjoy all items Beef, Chicken and Falafel are all great with beef being my favourite. Sides are great and vegetables while standard (Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, turnips and hot peppers) they are always fresh.

The dining experience is that of a small shop, but where they excel over all others is in customer service.The owners Kaddi & Anna are fantastic they remember your name engage in friendly conversation often linking back to your last experience and seem to have your order mostly memorized.

The consistency of there beef donair is what brings me in. They are lean well spiced and fresh , but it the customer service that keeps me coming back. Keep up the amazing work!

So my husband and I decided to go for dinner at this restaurant last week. We ordered the Taco Platter for us to share. Firstly, we weren't pleased with how long the platter took to come (it was an hour and a half to be exact). When the food finally came it was good, not amazing or anything, pretty average. We ate, finished our drinks and asked for the bill. When it came, we saw that we were charged for two taco platters instead of one. Thinking it was just an innocent mistake, we brought it to the waiter's attention and were then told that because we shared the platter between the two of us, we would be charged for two. So we were charged $50.00 instead of $25.00 for tacos that were average at best. Nowhere on the menu does it state that if you share this taco platter you will be charged for each person - I tried to include a photo but it's not uploading. We will absolutely not be going back to this restaurant.

Great family owned restaurant! Very nice people and great food. Highly recommended. The strawberry juice is delicious, and the chicken enchiladas were phenomenal!

Ordered ceviche and it was inedible, it tasted like it was frozen and covered in tons of dried oregano, my husband ordered Aztec soup. It was water with chicken broth powder too salty, corn chips and a few strips of chicken, he couldn't finish it. My daughter had a steak with beans from the can and precooked rice. Super bad food it's a shame for all Mexicans not even close to real mexican flavour. And also expensive for what it is. They need to start cooking their food not buying canned and microwave food

The dirtiest restaurant in Calgary. Considering the location, you can imagine the type of clientele that are constantly loitering picking coffee cups out of the garbage so they can get a refill for free.....the restaurant is filthy ESPECIALLY the bathroom that had drug paraphernalia on the floor and in the sanitary box. So gross. Hope your kids don't happen to touch it. Every time I go in that bathroom there's toilet paper all over the floor, there's feces backed up in the toilet and there's needles sticking out of the tampon box so just watch yourself. Management are BEYOND RUDE. Avoid!!!

Small and busy with lots of people seemingly hanging out makes this location a little less nice than others. The location has been renovated but even the parking lot is small and, in winter, can build up with ice making it dangerous in bad driving weather.

Swing manager, Carolyn, on today was not very professional, talking down on a crew trainee, stating, 'Shut up, why do you question me?', Crew member responded, 'I was only asking.'
All if this happening in front of a customer while ordering. Is this allowed in a workplace? Is this ever appropriate of a Swing manager? Abuse of position, and verbal abuse in a workplace. Hopefully management will look into this. Very condescending to a co - worker.

Not impressed. The self-order ran out of paper, the mobile app did not work at their location (not even when linked to their own network). The patrons had to contend with unwanted individuals (police escorted out). Just not a great location to dine in. Maybe best for a drive through.
