Arriving at the airport, simply call thr hotel, and I was picked up by a shuttle. In the morning, hourly shuttles bring you to the airport.

This is a hotel not too far from the airport, and they provide airport pick-up and drop-off service. It is certain that their staff are very active and enthusiastic, but we still accidentally hurt our feet because there are many hidden nails in the carpet. Yes, it is nails, there must be more than 7, because I have found 7, I don't quite understand why this is still arranged for guests to stay, it is really dangerous, if it is a child, the consequences will be more serious.

The place is so great I decided to book it twice and continue my stay. With the price, it is worth it to have free shuttle to/from airport and free breakfast! I highly recommend it!

Chef Ranjit Kumar makes a very tasty and delicious meal. The steak, chicken and seafood was amazing. Would recommend this restaurant

It's unfortunate that this place isn't open past 10:30pm, nor are they attentive when wanting to be seated. The short rib panini was pretty good, and the waitress was friendly though!

Went down to go eat by myself at 7pm, and was asked to come back later since they were too busy.
I stay at the 4Points regularly, and have noted that Ric’s grill service is degrading rapidly.
Food has been served overdone, or wrong orders delivered, have to catch servers attention in order to order food and drinks and now this!!

Only 2 people working at 1030pm on a Saturday night. Took half an hour to get 2 black coffees. The person working the drive through tried to give me 2 double doubles, did not understand what Black Coffee was. When I got the coffees the lids weren't even on properly. Do not recommend.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been! I will never ever going to return in this store. Everytime I place an order there's something wrong. Even a simple order of coffee with caramel shots they can't even do it right.
If I can give the staff zero I would give it to them! very very bad customer service. I hope they'll change all the staff working in that area specially the rude people working there!

The breakfast sausage muffin is definitely less greasy and better tasting than the local McDonald's. It's also less salty. The coffee is pretty good but the French vanilla is too sweet. I definitely prefer the taste of less grease and salt. I tried the hashbrown and it is also less greasy than McD's. Too bad there's no Tim Horton's in California.

Mis-configured wifi. I get a security warning whenever trying to access a website.

This place never has enough staff. Long, long wait times. Unfriendly staff. Orders are almost always wrong. Staff talk (and yell at each other) in their own languages, very loudly, while taking your order! Garbages are always overflowing. Selection of doughnuts and bagels is terrible. Don’t come to this location if you don’t have to!

Horrible customer service. They will ignore you as long as they can. I stood there 30mins for my bagel and a hash brown and I had to leave with even getting my food or my money back as my break was almost over. This happens over and over. It's understandable when its busy but when there are total 2 customer it shouldn't happen.

The people who work here are great. Super nice people.
The reason for rating is that the service is mad slow.
I use to come into this location everyday in the summer for an XL Regular coffee. Some day I'd get my coffee about 3 minutes after ordering but most days I waited 5+minutes and even up to 15minutes just to get only a coffee.

They really stick to the priority of line so if the person in front of me order 20 breakfast sandwiches and coffees they would do all that persons instead of quickly filling up my coffee during the process and giving it to me.

I ordered 3 bacon mcgriddles 2 hashbrowns and a large iced tea. I got a medium coke and 1 sausage and 1 bacon mcgriddle. How hard is it to get a simple order right? Not impressed.

I've had a number of sub-par experiences. Coffee often tastes burnt. The other day, I ordered a couple bagel breakfast sandwiches and the bagels were cut unevenly and burnt to a tasteless crisp.

The staff, however, are lovely and kind people, and that makes up for the lack of a touch screen ordering device.

This location is regularly understaffed, and getting your food from entering the door to receiving your order can take upwards of 20 minutes. The drive through is a little faster, but not by much. You are better off going to a different McDonald's location.
