When I called I asked if I could use a visa debit and they told me I could I show up from an hour away and they tell me that won’t work for the deposit, then when I ask for a refund they say they can and then when I leave they email and say they can’t refund me, waste of time and money.

Window was opened and cold inside when we checked in and it was broken. I managed to close it and I was tired enough due to traveling all day so I went to bed. My husband has shower in the night also had not enough hot water and shower head is cheap old fashioned one with no pressure.

No hot water to take shower in the morning either.

I stayed so many times there before but no more breakfast. They used to serve hot breakfast then downgraded to a bag of juice box, fruit etc..to be picked up at the front desk then no breakfast now but price is very cheap and clean enough to have a good night sleep if it’s all you wanted and a free parking outside. Their hotel is decent and cheap so if you want everything perfect, do stay there.

I mentioned to front desk so they will fix it for next customers but I didn’t complain as it was good cheap stay. Front desk lady wasn’t surprised or never said sorry or nothing and simply told me you couldn’t complain this last night! That was her response. She was right I decided not to be bothered and choose to sleep ASAP. However these shouldn’t be happening when house keeping supervisors to inspect rooms. But for this price I paid, what you paid what you get so as long as I had a quiet room away from elevator, I was okay.
