The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time. I had originally booked for several consecutive nights but had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances

The room was very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The location is excellent, with a supermarket right next door, which was super convenient. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in early

The hotel kindly agreed to process a refund, and I'm very grateful for their understanding

Check-out was also incredibly fast and easy

It's perfect if you're on a business trip and want to explore the city center during your downtime. Their tacos are delicious, definitely living up to Marriott's reputation!

It's an okay hotel, but its convenient location in downtown is a major plus. You can easily walk to Gastown and Pacific Centre from here

This hotel had the best service I ever experienced, has a larger gym with top notch equipment and nice amenities like a heated pool, hot tub and a sauna

Stayed two nights, had to switch rooms once. The second room even had a sea view! This was because on the first night there was a power outage and the generator, which was right above our room, was incredibly loud

Parking for two days was $92, which I thought was a really good deal

It’s also a short walk to the Vancouver Art Gallery, Pacific Centre Mall, and the Waterfront/Coal Harbour area, all of which were wonderful to explore during my stay

The building itself is getting a bit old and need some love. The light fixtures in the elevator could use some maintenance, same for the trims

First off this hotel can be a challenge to get to. Lots of traffic and pedestrians in the area. The good news is once you are here everything is within walking distance

We didn't receive the warmest welcome, but things improved after we checked in and, overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable

Would've liked a heads up on that. The room was however comfy and nice. I did explain to the front desk my concerns on amenities, they took my room number and said they would speak with manager but we never heard back

The hotel and the spaces are older but we love the large suites and open spaces and the updates they've been doing to her. The fresh air vents integrate in the room are excellent! I'm an architectural detail nerd

We were staying on the 23rd floor and the view was very nice. We had access to club lounge and we really enjoyed it. Staff were attentive, hotel is clean, we can’t wait to stay there again

I would say this place is fantastic!! We had a family trip to Vancouver with a three year old kid. We booked a double-bed room but decided to upgrade to a suite when we arrived there

The suite had one king bed and one sofa bed, which perfectly fits for us. The room is clean and comfortable, especially the mattress. Also, the view from the hotel is amazing

It is in walking distance to the city center and you can walk along the waterfront to get there, very nice walk. The hotel room was spacious, clean and in a very good condition. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar

The Waterfront is one of the best hotels in Vancouver. Between the location and the view it can't be beat. The restaurant on the ground floor has a tremendous breakfast buffet and the hotel's door staff can't be beat

My family and I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. The balaconies are big and the windows bring a lot of natural light into the rooms

Everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance and public transport station was close if we needed when we wanted to go to the airport and science centre The beds and pillows are unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen is a nice feature, and the staff are incredibly friendly

Things that were spectactual were thecommercial Nespresso machine in room, full kitchen incuding stove and oven, classy decor in rooms, impeccably clean spaces, large balcony, on site restaurant, on site coffee shop, and hospitable staff and front door personnel

I added an extra night through a booking app and staff noticed the second booking and had already arranged for me to stay in the same room and extended my parking. I appreciated the personal attention

The only things I wish I could change are more cooking utensils and a bowl in suites, hot water was sparse near check out hours, and there were at times long waits for elevators

There is a lot of emergency vehicles and Sirens at all time of day and night due to the hospital next door but that didn't bother me if the windows were shut

It’s a beautiful hotel and is located at Downtown. The area is safe and is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and cafe. The room is spacious but the bathroom is with aglass door which means there is lower privacy

Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind

The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown

Booked a 6 night stay and sad to say tonight is our last night. Staff are excellent we were always greeted with a smile. Housekeeping wonderful our room was kept immaculate and no shortage of towels tea coffee and water

Stayed here for a 2 parts of our honeymoon and they were exceptional, the staff was incredible and so nice. They had a congratulations bottle of Champagne when we first arrived to the hotel

I stayed at Parker Hotel Rooftop and Bar and had a really good experience. Everything felt comfortable and well organized. Also, the people at the reception, Mako and Kiti, were really good

She kindly put together a list of great restaurant recommendations for us, which we really appreciated. She also helped us purchase online tickets, and that made everything so much easier

I stayed here during my vacation and was truly impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. There was a Japanese staff member named Mako who was especially helpful

There's a sign but it's not prominent enough. Also when we got car back we did notice that there was a scuff on front like either was driven into a bumper or backed into by another vehicle wherever they park it

The onsite restaurant and lounge were excellent. Good food at decent prices, and wonderful live music in the evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was plentiful

This old school hotel was a great fit for our family. The rooms were clean and decently large. I would say that the rooms are in need of a refresh, but they were not bad by any means

Capsule coffee machine in room and by the elevator on first floor. Free bottle water in room with refill water machine by the elevator as well. An umbrella was also provided given that it rains so much in Vancouver

The location is excellent, very close to the Steam Clock and some important attractions in Chinatown. The room is clean, the bed is big and the quilt is big, and the bathroom is clean

Housekeeping should be commended. All the front desk staff were professional and extremely helpful. This is an intriguing historical property completely renovated with every modern convenience

We could easily get to the waterfront and the mall. The area felt clean, safe, and had a great overall vibe. After checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could keep exploring before our ride arrived
