Excellent location of the hotel especially if you finish cruise or before cruise, You dont need to take any taxi and entrance to the hotel is directly from terminal Hotel has beautiful pool which is open from 8.00am till 22.00 Big rooms with all amenities, ice available on each floor
I parked the car In an indoor car park as advised by the hotel reception and want to pay the car park fee when check in. However, the reception asked me to pay the car park fee at the machine. The next day when I drive the car out after I pay the car park fee. I found two penalty ticket charging me 160 Canadian dollar. The hotel tell me that the car park is completely independent from the hotel and...
I stayed here last month, and my experience did not fully meet expectations. The location is excellent, the view was stunning, and the room was clean. However, there were several issues during my stay. The parking stalls were very tight and the parking was paid. Room service was also disappointing. My order arrived with a missing item and when it was eventually delivered over 15 minutes later, it...
Amazing location. We were staying on the 23rd floor and the view was very nice. We had access to club lounge and we really enjoyed it. Staff were attentive, hotel is clean, we can’t wait to stay there again. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.
I give this a 4 stars. stars. Pro: views are beautiful. Rooms are nice.Quick check, check out. Nice location. Con: Parking, very tight stalls, you pay to park. Room service wasn't the greatest. I ordered off the menu, they delivered without an item, called for them to bring it up took 10 mins and was delivered cold, and additional fees added on to room service.
I would say this place is fantastic!! We had a family trip to Vancouver with a three year old kid. We booked a double-bed room but decided to upgrade to a suite when we arrived there. The suite had one king bed and one sofa bed, which perfectly fits for us. The room is clean and comfortable, especially the mattress. Also, the view from the hotel is amazing. We love the staffs there, they are very friendly...

I recently stayed at the hotel while attending a conference with SurveyMonkey, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, which made it easy to relax after long conference days. The amenities were fantastic and truly elevated my stay. The front desk staff were a pleasure to interact with - professional, welcoming, and genuinely...
Saif Sayed made our stay at the JW Marriott truly memorable. From the moment we checked in, he personally approached us and assisted with the process, making everything smooth and welcoming. He went above and beyond by surprising us with a high-level corner room with an incredible view, which completely elevated our experience. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care really stood...
My friends and I stayed one night (on Dec 12th) at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver because we’ve had great experiences at other JW properties — including Nashville — and are already planning to stay at the JW Austin next year. Overall, this stay unfortunately didn’t meet the expectations we’ve come to associate with the JW brand. Check-in was smooth, and the associate assisting us was friendly and...
The hotel common area is its best part. It's lively, expansive, and has a festive feel, despite not being highly central. However, the personnel situation isn't great. There was only one person ahead of me when I checked in. I was running late, and it took two people at the desk 15 minutes to process two people. They were friendly enough, but just frankly not very competent. It took another 15 minutes...
Lots of great things to say about the JW Marriott in Vancouver, service is amazing and everything feels very upscale, spa features are lovely and rooms are quite spacious, highly recommend the executive lounge as well!
Great hotel but I felt overpriced, not a great security place as well. A lot of better options in Vancouver with better price. I think I arrived during a game event or something so there are a lot of people from outside sitting in the lobby, running around and they r not even staying in that hotel. No privacy and those people occupied all the seats/sofa in the lobby for 3-4 hrs. The next day the hotel...

I had a wonderful experience at Pan Pacific Vancouver. I would especially like to thank Rosie Nguyen, the manager, and Archaf, the lobby restaurant manager, for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They were incredibly kind and accommodating in helping us celebrate a birthday in the lobby area, and thanks to their support, the evening turned into a truly memorable and special celebration...
I would like to take a moment to recognize Naval from the Fairmont Gold Team for delivering exceptional hospitality during our recent Family Day staycation. Naval truly embodies the definition of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. Although our room was not ready at check-in, he promptly informed us of the delay and immediately...
We eagerly returned to the Pacific Rim for a much anticipated & needed long Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. We have stayed here before & loved the room, location, service & attention to detail. We were particularly excited to return to the Spa as we agreed it was a highlight of our prior trips. However, this stay fell a bit short due to the Spa being under construction. This was not communicated...
We have stayed in a lot of hotels. We arrived at almost midnight after multiple flight delays and missing baggage so we were exhausted and probably a little grumpy. We were greeted by a wonderful employee that warmly welcomed us and gave us a summary of some of the incredible AMEX benefits we had. Check in was fast, smooth and we rented two rooms as we were traveling with our two teens. Our check...
This hotel continues to set the standard for excellence in every possible way. We had a wonderful time at the Douglas. We celebrated our 10th anniversary by spending 2 nights at the hotel. Utilized the Amex package which made our stay extra comfortable. The hotel also provided this sweet gesture for our 10th anniversary. Highly recommend!
The Autograph Douglas was a fantastic place to stay. The space itself is beautiful, and the rooms were well kept and very comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out, though, were the people. Everyone was welcoming, but Eis in particular made my stay even better. He was incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to what was happening around Vancouver. I really appreciated...
The stay was exceptional. The Douglas became the heart of our holiday in Vancouver — refined, welcoming, and full of quiet character. The staff were outstanding throughout: attentive, gracious, and genuinely caring, especially when a minority of loud guests disrupted part of our stay. Their responsiveness and kindness made all the difference. It’s a beautiful hotel that truly stands apart in the city...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Douglas Hotel – Always Our Go-To We always stay at The Douglas whenever we’re in town, and it never disappoints. The rooms are beautifully designed—modern, cozy, and consistently spotless. It genuinely feels like a home away from home every time we check in. The service is what really sets this hotel apart. Annabel from housekeeping is absolutely amazing—attentive, warm, and always...
This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. I travel a ton and it was stellar and excellent. Every. Single. Person I interacted with was professional, courteous, customer focused, kind and competent. The room was also the cleanest I’ve ever been in. Even the soap made a positive impression on me! I tried to keep track of all the people that made my stay and I just couldn’t keep track of...
Great location, was able to walk around most places, easy to get a cab or call an Uber from downstairs. Room was clean, gave a very new and modern vibe, which I appreciated. Not a fan of the no downstairs lobby, and when I asked to call a taxi to the airport I was told it is best to call an Uber.

Excellent service! We received welcome drinks upon check-in 🍸. The attention to detail was impressive; the toiletries were complete and of top quality. The hotel also has four bars.
Amazing hotel stay! Highly recommend
The hotel's location and service are both excellent, and the Rosewood quality is consistently top-notch.
Beautiful experience, would stay here again for the facilities
The Rosewood is still the Rosewood—an excellent location with top-notch service. Although it's a historic building, the room's decor is absolutely up to standard. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and it's rare to get such a good night's sleep during a week-long business trip! They tried their best to accommodate my needs, upgrading my room and floor, which was very quiet. The à la carte breakfast...
The hotel certainly lived up to expectations. The service at front desk is top notch. Even just the special touches by room attendants really set the bar high. Much higher than other hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean stylish and comfortable. Showers are perfect with rain water option too. Gym and pool are very well equipped. Nice hotel, location is decent if you have a car. Not particularly walkable.  Free shuttle service was pretty brutal, waited 30 minutes but no one showed up, so I had to use an Uber and they paid me back in cash. Disappointed with the experience I had with the front desk and the manager regarding this interaction.
It’s so clean and the pool and hot tube are just amazing!!! With the city view and blue light ! So high class and feels satisfying!!
Very close to the airport, and the room was okay, but the whole building's structure was a bit odd, lol.
The rooms are slightly on the smaller end, but the quality and service is great. This is my go-to when prices aren't too expensive and rooms are available.
If I could give more Stars I would easily give 100. This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Absolutely stunning with amazing staff and amenities. Such a comfortable place to stay with the most gorgeous and bold decor. Love it!! Highly recommend
The bathroom is spacious as the photo suggested. The entrance and reception looked a bit older than i was expecting, but luckily the room and the bathroom were totally fine.

A very pleasant stay at a lovely hotel with stunning views of the city the staff are very nice and helpful
Great hotel with nice, spacious rooms and easy access to the city centre.
It's an okay hotel, but its convenient location in downtown is a major plus. You can easily walk to Gastown and Pacific Centre from here. It's perfect if you're on a business trip and want to explore the city center during your downtime. Their tacos are delicious, definitely living up to Marriott's reputation!
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time. The service was excellent. I had originally booked for several consecutive nights but had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. The hotel kindly agreed to process a refund, and I'm very grateful for their understanding.
The room was very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The location is excellent, with a supermarket right next door, which was super convenient. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in early. Check-out was also incredibly fast and easy. Excellent!
I had the best experience staying here. They gave me the room with really nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d really highly recommend this place.

Excellent choice when visiting Vancouver. The central location and newer alternative among other hotels in the area.
Stayed two nights, had to switch rooms once. The second room even had a sea view! This was because on the first night there was a power outage and the generator, which was right above our room, was incredibly loud. The staff were very friendly. Parking for two days was $92, which I thought was a really good deal.
Among many high-end hotels where the service is often fake and condescending, this place stands out with truly amazing, warm, and heartfelt service. Highly recommended!
The room was big and clean, hotel is in a great location (many things are within walking distance). Would book again.
The hotel's location is excellent. The shower could use some improvement though; the water pressure felt a bit weak. Also, the AC's heating function was odd – sometimes after lowering the temperature, it would switch from warm air to cool air at the same temperature, which was strange. I'd then have to turn the temperature back up.
We had a great stay with the Hyatt. Our room was clean with a great view. The amenities were also great with open timings. Just docking some points for client service as Brian at the front desk was very passive aggressive with his approach and tainted our initial impression.

Top notch hotel. Right downtown. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Beautiful rooks and historic charm for Canada.
Amazing stay, especially for the price.
This hotel is genuinely great, I highly recommend it!
I stayed for 12 nights over Chinese New Year. It's a great central location, within walking distance to many attractions, and there are luxury shops right downstairs, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and well soundproofed, making for a very comfortable stay. I felt it was comparable to the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong, but with much better value for money than hotels there.
It's too old and the facilities are very run down. The soundproofing is also poor. I originally planned to stay for three days, but I checked out early after two days. Luckily, Ctrip and the hotel communicated pretty promptly.
The building itself is getting a bit old and need some love. The light fixtures in the elevator could use some maintenance, same for the trims. The pool is in a rough shape but there is a sign that says that rénos are coming soon. The gym is great only 2 machines need maintenance: the chest press could use some WD-40 and the upright bike left pedal needs to be fixed. However the staff is absolutely...

First off this hotel can be a challenge to get to. Lots of traffic and pedestrians in the area. The good news is once you are here everything is within walking distance. We specifically chose this hotel for the amenities, we just got over the flu a couple of weeks ago and wanted a nice hot tub and steam room. We didn't receive the warmest welcome, but things improved after we checked in and, overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many great restaurants and downtown attractions. I would stay here again.
Getting to the hotel from the airport by Skytrain was super convenient and quick. It's located right on the main street, with a large shopping mall nearby, and there's a taxi stand just downstairs. We arrived at 10 AM, and not only did they upgrade our room, but they also let us check in early so we could rest. The hotel has plenty of facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool. Its close to Canada place, Stanley park. They have warm pools which is open till pretty late. Perfect weekend staycation choice for lovely couples
We had a great stay, the Westin Bayshore is our favourite hotel to stay at!
First stay here. Got a deal on “Stay Vancouver” which basically gave us a free night. Got an upgrade to our room on a weekday so had an exceptions harbour view room. Wish it was warmer for the outside pool as it looked amazing. Wish...
The location is great and the outdoor pool and sauna were the highlight of this hotel. Unfortunately we were disappointed with our room in the 'updated' tower. Which didn't seem very updated. Our king room with harbour and mountain view didn't even have a microwave. As well as the layout wasn't great with the desk placed infront of the window obstructing the great view.
This was our first time at the Westin Bayshore and it was a very nice stay. Our room was nice and clean, we opted for a room without a view and boy... did it have no view 🤣 it overlooked a small, inner courtyard but the view really didn't matter. Very welcoming environment. Well done to all the staff and the management...
Everything was simply wonderful during our visit. The breakfasts were superb! The rooms were clean and spacious. The views were absolutely stunning! The only thing I would recommend is updating the hot tub and pool area—they stand out a bit from the overall experience. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was just perfect!
Aside from the location, I didn't notice anything particularly special. After checking in, there wasn't even a bathrobe in the room, so I had to ask for one. Overall, it's a clean and simple hotel.
Very convenient location with an amazing view of the harbor. Most popular restaurants are within a decent walking distance.
