We had a beautiful stay here. It was for our anniversary and the staff made us feel welcome and cake to recognize us and greet us by name even after a couple days. They allow dogs which was great. Love this hotel and their mineral spring poo and hot tubs..  This was my third visit.  We were spoiled with drinks in the lounge and we got to eat a delicious order of natchos. definitely would recommend this wonderful hotel.

I stayed here with a friend for my 50th birthday. It was so relaxing to soak in the mineral pool and hot tubs with gorgeous views of the ocean. The saunas were clean and perfect. There are fire tables around the mineral pool which were such a nice touch in the cooler temperatures (10c in February and sunny). The restaurants are also great - you must try the pizza restaurant! This beautiful hotel was great for us to stay at. The customer service from the entire staff was awesome, very friendly people! Location is amazing and right on the water. We stayed there February 21st. We booked several rooms for my sister's 80th birthday. Itsuki checked us in. She upgraded one of the rooms and arranged a lovely cheese plate for my sister. Her professionalism really added to this magical experience. We had a perfect time, thank you.

The Inn At Laurel Point is located right on Victoria Harbor. We stayed in one of their terrace suites overlooking the harbor. It is the second time we have stayed in this room and it may be one of the nicest rooms we stay in anywhere.
