We had a beautiful stay here. It was for our anniversary and the staff made us feel welcome and cake to recognize us and greet us by name even after a couple days. They allow dogs which was great. This beautiful hotel was great for us to stay at. The customer service from the entire staff was awesome, very friendly people! Location is amazing and right on the water. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this place needs one. We stayed there February 21st. We booked several rooms for my sister's 80th birthday. Itsuki checked us in. She upgraded one of the rooms and arranged a lovely cheese plate for my sister. Her professionalism really added to this magical experience. We had a perfect time, thank you.

The Inn At Laurel Point is located right on Victoria Harbor. We stayed in one of their terrace suites overlooking the harbor. Love this hotel and their mineral spring poo and hot tubs..  This was my third visit.  We were spoiled with drinks in the lounge and we got to eat a delicious order of natchos. definitely would recommend this wonderful hotel.

I stayed here with a friend for my 50th birthday. It was so relaxing to soak in the mineral pool and hot tubs with gorgeous views of the ocean. The saunas were clean and perfect. There are fire tables around the mineral pool which were such a nice touch in the cooler temperatures (10c in February and sunny). The restaurants are also great - you must try the pizza restaurant! Always an incredible stay at Oak Bay. The pool is what makes it so special! Great service, great food, just incredible.

The receptionist is very welcoming. Though the building is quite old, the room looks newly renovated. I love how the bed and the linen feels so fresh and clean. The location is great, being walking distance to everything. There’s available parking which is well lit and safe.  Breakfast area  is clean and lots of choices available. Will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.

The beds in this hotel have much to be desired you could probably sleep on the floor and get as good of a sleep as you did in the bed. The buffet breakfast on the other hand was outstanding as well as the staff who took care of the breakfast. Booked and pre-paid through Trip.com Would have given 4 stars for service but check-in clerk attempted to charge me again for the room at a higher rate then blamed another staff member for not doing their job correctly when I objected to the charge and showed my confirmation. It is a pleasant hotel to stay at, rooms are very nice. However, they are refurbishing the hotel and it would have been fair for ALL the hotel platforms to mention this. Not outrageously noisy, just when we were having their buffet the next morning. We could here a drill. Nothing at night though. Room had a large balcony. TV's not smart TV's so no streaming possible. This hotel offers the supreme location, just 5 minutes walking to Parliament Building. The front desk is available 24/7 and be ready to help when guests need. Old-fashioned construction but keep in well maintained. Embassy Inn is friendly-budget with travelers.

Great location, near shopping mall

Hotel Zed appears to have gotten an upgrade from when our family stayed there years ago. The decor was more fun/intentional, and the beds were way more comfortable. Honestly, we were super happy with everything about our experience here. Super fun hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The aesthetic is amazing, the staff are super friendly and the rooms impeccably clean and well appointed. I always have a problem with beds in hotels and these were absolutely perfect, with some of the best pillows I've had in any hotel. Really well done and great value for the money.

From the overall aesthetic to the small personal touches like fresh ground coffee, you’ve never had a stay like this before. The water slide makes you feel like a kid again and the pool is awesome. Ruby’s breakfast is awesome. Highly recommend for anyone.

OUTstanding stay 💛 fell in love with the #Lavazza + Rialto cookies in the room. I had an amazing top floor corner room and the views were amazing day and night. Stand up shower and heated bathroom floor was pretty cool. What a location, there is a high end vintage liquor store right off the lobby and I got some Port to enjoy while in town. Great location, Staff were courteous, room is a throwback to 1960 elegance. Comfortable and food is great! Good value for the cost. You have to be able to manhandle your luggage up full flight of outside stairs in the rain... and the strict rules can be a bit much!

My husband & I appreciate old architecture, so we decided book 3 nights out of curiosity. The service was great, the room was comfortable. No coffee maker in the room is the only inconvenience. The gym is well equipped compared to other places we've stayed at. The Union Club is perfectly located for walking down town Victoria.

I understand that they don’t want the unhoused to sleep in their property overnight but using a loud speaker to tell them to move on is disruptive to guests. It woke me up around 2AM. I didn’t appreciate that. Security has to have a better way of addressing that issue.

Room was in good condition...and staff friendly. But the heat in the room did not work properly...and that was true not only in our room, but in the room occupied by our travelling companions. That should be looked into! Thanks for a pleasant stay!
