Great place for the team to stay for a hockey tournament. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Especially the maintenance staff. 247 needs a couple screws on the inside door lock, thanks Graham! :D The room needs new carpet or a deep clean. Curtains too. Beds were beautifully made. More towels would have been nice. Hot tub was closed :( Kids loved the pool! And there is a sauna *chefs kiss*...

Were a hockey team. They treated our team very good. Our room was ready before the check in 3pm time which was awesome. The boys had alot of fun. It was super clean. The breakfest was A++ lots to choose from lots of options and nice and hot. Were at alot of hotels and for a hotel to include breakfest this one tops all the rest. Staff was friendly!

Beds were comfortable but the room needs updating. The doors to access the hotel did not lock so non-guests can enter when ever they want. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Room was great, came with small fridge, microwave, and TV. Bed was very comfy! Location is great for those wanting to stay near Toronto, but not downtown. However, we were very disappointed when we came back after a long day to find housekeeping had not cleaned our room. We were not happy to have to go down to the front desk at 10:30 PM to get fresh towels for the morning. Hotel is great value, but...

Only got to stay for one night before bouncing to another hotel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming at both check-in and check-out. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The layout was kind of weird (in a cool way) so I was on the 2nd floor with a balcony but from the parking lot out back I was ground level. I didn't get the chance to use the pool since it closed early the night I was there...

I like this hotel. Stayed multiple times on business. Close to the 400, a couple good restaurants around, less riff raff hanging around than some of the other chain hotels in town. Rooms are clean. Beds comfortable. Good selection of different types of pillows on bed (feather and foam fill) The coffee is awful, but everything else has been fine for me.

Facility is clean. Location is very convenient right off the highway. It is about 15 mins away from skill hills. There are restaurants and Tim Hortons nearby. Continental breakfast was included with our hotel package. There were muffins, mini croissants, cereal and coffee. Most of the staff were friendly. The only thing to note is the Pool temperature. The pool was quite cold.

My wife and I stayed in the Executive King Suite with hot tub. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and did a great job. The continental breakfast was good. Nothing special but good. We will definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here. Lobby and hallways were clean however elevator floor had crud stuck in all four corners and it isn't very smooth. Room was clean except for wallpaper in bathroom. Lots of splash marks. Mattress was uncomfortable as the middle had a dip in it. Will try another hotel my next stay.

In a word it's fine. The breakfast was fine the decore is fine and it's a standard budget hotel. If you stay try to get on the 3rd floor, you cam hear the people walking on the floor above you, the plumbing is noisy and I couldn't get my standard travel router to work on the wifi here with no option for a wired connection.

The room was good. However breakfast and services did not meet standard for being paid

Really decent hotel. Very clean. Quiet. Food at the bar could be 10x better.

The room was very nice, fresh and clean. Our only challenge was with managing the temperature. The room was far too warm for sleeping, but still worth a 5-star rating. Also, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel is very nice.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, however the smell of pot on the second floor was too much.

Staff are very friendly and the room is very clean. The bed is also comfortable. It isn’t very sound proof however. We could hear the person next door coughing and walking around.

The hotel staff was so nice and kind. Hospitality is so good. Room was looks clean but coffee filter was on the floor and sofa bed was not clean…. I think they didn’t change the sheets. Cleanliness is the most inpatient service for hotel.

Perfect one-night stay for our family on a ski trip. The pool was clean and the hottub provided a nice relaxing moment for us after a long day outdoors. We stayed here for 5 nights when we were in between moves. Our go-to hotel when we travel is always a Hampton Inn because we always know what to expect and enjoy the quality of the rooms, breakfast etc. Unfortunately, this HI was one of the lower-end ones in which we have stayed. Everything was great about this hotel. Staff friendly, room spacious, breakfast pretty good considering what hotel breakfasts are all about. BUT the toilets are straight out of Munchkin land in the wizard of Oz. Could hardly get down or up. Won’t be able to book that property again because of it. Quite shocking actually and disappointing.

We needed a room due to weather conditions and being from out of the area. We were attending my daughter's wedding and had to make some very last minute changes which included my dog.
