While the beds were comfortable and the room itself was clean, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and an extremely uncomfortable encounter with security.

During our time in the pool area, the security guard stood watching us the entire time, which felt unnecessary and unsettling. When we returned to our room, he followed us and later knocked on our door claiming our TV was too loud. He specifically said he could hear it with his ear up against the door, which only added to how inappropriate and disturbing the situation felt.

After that interaction, I had an awful night’s sleep. Every noise made me anxious, worried he would be back at the door again. We called the front desk to ask if there had been any noise complaints, and they told us there were none. When we explained how uncomfortable the situation had made us, we were told they would speak to him, but the damage was already done.

I truly don’t understand why our stay needed to be made so uncomfortable, especially since we were barely at the hotel and had plans for the day.

On top of that, check-in was frustrating. We were delayed and late for a reservation because only one person was actively helping guests at the desk while others stood by watching. This was particularly irritating since we already had to wait until 3 PM to check in.

Because of these issues, I would not choose to stay at this specific location again.

There was water outage on my second day of staying in that we did not anything about. I’ve asked for a refund but no luck. The hotel should have at least post a notice or something so we are aware of what are we walking into.

The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy. I was very disappointed as the brand is usually good.
