Four Points by Sheraton Barrie in Barrie

In a word: incompetent.

Spent 30 minutes in line watching the "artists" work at a snail's pace. I can only assume that their art takes time. My three year old didn't seem to care, he just wanted a meatball sub.

During much of the time, there actually wasn't a single sub on the counter. Just a lot of leaning, and the smell of toasted bread. (hint: take more than one order at a time.)

Then, after watching them serve a meatball sub, they told me that they were out and were about to make more. If I hadn't just spent 30 minutes in line watching them stare blankly off in the distance (perhaps contemplating life, or maybe their artistic integrity), I'd have been fine with it. Again, my kid just wanted a meatball sub.

Take my advice, drive up to Essa and Veterans for a sub, or go home and make a sandwich. It may not be art, but it will actually make it to your belly.

If you can avoid this Tim Hortons, do it. This is the worst cup of coffee in Barrie and it happens every time. A waste of money and I know several people who agree. I'm sure there are many reasons why but here is my guess at a few:

-The coffee is ALWAYS burnt
- Sheer laziness when including the correct number of creams or sugars
- Poor understanding of the correct procedures to brew a pot of coffee

Trust me, you will be disappointed.

Someone from head office NEEDS to teach the staff here how to do their jobs correctly... Prices go up and quality goes down? Everywhere else can get it right so what on earth is wrong at this particular Timmies?

For better satisfaction and to save a few bucks along the way you may as well heat up a nice cup of mud.

Hilariously awful. My friend and I went there 3 times during a weekend stay near by and they were completely incapable of following directions or filling an order to our specifications. They all seemed really confused.
