Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre in London

We stayed here for two nights. The reception staff were welcoming on arrival. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we required. The place is a little dated and tired but doesnt take away from the comfort of thr place.

The bed was comfortable (medium softness) and the room was very spacious. Shower was good, hot. There were snacks and drinks available to buy from reception - this was useful as its not very close to any local shops or facilities.

Pastos Restaurant was exceptional for food and I found the price of both food and drink very reasonable indeed! Free buffet style breakfast was wonderful with selection of hot and cold options.

Each staff member acknowledged us as we passed and the staff at the restaurant took great care to attend to our needs.
We have stayed in hotels in large cities where you felt like you were one of many guests.
I would recommend anyone to stop by this Best Western and put your feet up and relax.
We will be back for sure.

Very clean. Great buffet breakfast. Some confussion on the rate by the staff at check in. Hopefully it gets sorted out. Our stay was arranged in advance for a wedding. I hope no one else in our group had to go through this mix up. Anyway aside from the billing, it was a very nice place to stay.

As a wedding Video and Photo vendor, Best Western Stoneridge Inn is a fantastic venue to work at. The wedding spaces are beautiful, the spaces are well laid out, and everything photographs and films really well throughout the day. The staff was professional, organized, and kept the timeline running smoothly. Highly recommend Whistle Bear to couples and fellow vendors.

Carmelo was friendly, efficient and very helpful! The check in process was very quick. The room was above expectations and the entire facility was very clean and up to date.

I have photographed many weddings getting ready in the rooms, at the Rose Chapel and in the ballrooms. The Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn has great food a some nice spots for photography. The ballrooms are very nice spaces and I always look forward to photographing weddings there!

Carlos was very welcoming and set the tone for a great first impression of the hotel.

Overall, nice quiet location. I do recommend this hotel if you are travelling for business purpose. Restaurant service is awesome.
I wish the front receptionist at least acknowledge us when we were waiting for her to complete her phone call and were expecting welcoming smile.

Acknowledging guests can make a significant difference in creating a positive and welcoming experience. When checking in, being recognized—even briefly—helps guests feel valued. Seeing a smile and a welcoming gesture from a receptionist made me feel comfortable sharing the details I needed during my stay, and it truly set a positive tone.

I would also like to share a suggestion regarding bottled water in the room. I was surprised to see a water bottle with a tag indicating a $4 charge. This was my first experience with this, and as a result, I chose not to use the water. It might be more guest-friendly to include the cost of bottled water in the room rate, or possibly split the cost between the hotel and the guest. Personally, I would prefer paying for it as part of the reservation rather than being charged separately. Including this small amenity would feel more welcoming and thoughtful.

That said, I would like to highlight that the evening receptionist was excellent—very welcoming, supportive, and helpful. Her service made a strong positive impression on me.

I will be returning three or four times in 2026 and look forward to staying at your hotel again. I hope you will take these comments as constructive feedback intended to enhance the overall guest experience.
