We stayed at the Westin for two nights with our child, and the front desk staff was so kind and upgraded our room. The night view of Chongqing from the hotel room was absolutely stunning. The surrounding attractions are very close, making it super convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. Being an international hotel, the standardization is excellent, and the room itself was clean and tidy. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Battling jet lag after returning from the UK, I chose to stay at The Westin. The hotel's night view room was spacious and had a huge bathtub 🛁. The staff were incredibly attentive! The breakfast buffet on the 50th floor was quite good, especially the local noodles and wontons. The sushi, however, needs improvement; it was too tough and didn't taste authentic.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and airy, with a beautiful wooden decor that felt very high-quality. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city at night. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they handled issues gracefully without passing the buck and even upgraded my room. The housekeeping was incredibly responsible, even folding my clothes neatly every day 👍🏻. The facilities were complete and comfortable. Whenever my child and I pass through Chongqing during school breaks, we always choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

It's also very close to tourist attractions, and the facilities are quite comprehensive. The guest rooms are impeccable: spacious, clean, and well-lit. Plus, the key card access to the building provides a great sense of security.

Stayed for a week, and it truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The facilities and service are excellent! Breakfast offers a wide variety, and the in-room amenities are complete and functional. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be the internet speed – my child's tablet lagged a bit while gaming, which was the only complaint...

First time in Chongqing, and after some research, I decided to stay at The Westin. This Westin is their flagship property in Asia, conveniently located near Jiefangbei, making transportation a breeze. My stay was indeed excellent; the hotel staff were all very welcoming and provided great service. The hotel breakfast was extensive and tasty. I booked a city view room, and the view from my window was absolutely stunning. I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Chongqing.

The hotel is in the city center, about a five-minute walk from the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The room's cleanliness lived up to Marriott's usual high standards. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was excellent, featuring many Chongqing local specialties. Even guests who don't eat spicy food had plenty of other options, ensuring everyone could have a satisfying meal. The only downside was the doorman; when he saw me leaving the hotel to catch a taxi with my suitcase, he completely ignored me and didn't help me put my luggage in the trunk. This was highly unprofessional.

I have to give this hotel five stars! As soon as I entered the lobby, it was spotless. The front desk staff were so kind and even offered suggestions for local attractions. The room had great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom had a fantastic dry/wet separation with no standing water, and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. My stay was incredibly comfortable; I highly recommend it to everyone! Before checking in, I mentioned it was our anniversary, and they even decorated the room and provided a small cake. After checking out, I accidentally left something behind, and they messaged me to arrange for it to be sent back. The only minor inconvenience was having to go down to the first floor to pick up takeout from the delivery locker, but everything else was excellent!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and the pool had heated water and wasn't too crowded. The hotel's location is excellent, as it's within walking distance to popular attractions like Jiefangbei. However, after checking in, a staff member knocked on my door to lock the mini-bar, which was a bad experience. Either they should take a deposit, or they should trust their guests. Asking for no deposit but then coming to lock the mini-bar after check-in made me feel disrespected.

Environment: Tidy and clean, making for a comfortable stay.
Service: We mentioned it was our anniversary, and they even gave us a 4-inch cake. The bellhop at the entrance was also very welcoming. Check-in was quick. Excellent service.
Dining: We booked an executive room, and the executive gifts were quite good. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, and local Chongqing specialties.
