The lobby on the first floor is beautifully decorated. I stayed for two nights, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's located right across from Chongqing North Station, just a skybridge and an underpass away. It's super convenient for catching the subway or a taxi to anywhere.

Big shout out to Miss Liu at the front desk! Her service was absolutely amazing! So enthusiastic, professional, and with a lovely smile! The room she arranged for me was perfect, and the floor number was even my lucky number! The room view was great too! The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, but she promptly swapped them out for firmer ones, which was excellent! The coffee shop on the first floor, which shares space with the tea area, was a bit too crowded and noisy, making it difficult to have a quiet conversation. I had breakfast, and it was decent; the Western restaurant isn't huge, but it's sufficient for breakfast. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and always smiling. I'll definitely be reaching out to Miss Liu again on my next visit!

The hotel service was truly excellent! I was rushing to catch my high-speed train in the morning and accidentally left my charger in the room. Xiao Zhou at the front desk immediately contacted me and offered to mail it. I was already at Chongqing North Station and worried about long delivery times due to the Spring Festival, plus I needed it urgently. I asked if they could arrange a taxi to deliver it. Later, the hotel manager, Xiao Yang, understood I was in a hurry and personally arranged for a hotel staff member to bring it directly to me at the North Station. I was incredibly touched by this gesture. The service is impeccable, ten out of ten, highly satisfied! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful family trip and made great memories here. We've stayed at this hotel many times, and this time we brought our whole family. Ms. Kitty at the front desk provided exceptionally thoughtful service – she proactively upgraded us to adjoining family rooms and prepared children's slippers and toiletries. Upon learning we had two children, she also arranged for two sets of kids' bathrobes and toiletries in the room, and even surprised us with complimentary children's game tokens and evening desserts. This meticulous attention to family needs made our journey feel incredibly relaxed and warm. I highly recommend it for families traveling with children! We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Chongqing (◍•ᴗ•◍)

The hotel is very luxurious, and the bed is super comfortable. Even though it's been open for many years, the facilities still feel new. They upgraded our room for free, and the view from the window overlooked Chongqing North Railway Station. The service was fantastic! My only suggestion would be to improve the cleanliness around the windows.

A huge thank you to Ms. Kitty at the front desk for making my business trip absolutely perfect! I arrived late at night, and she checked me in quickly and efficiently. Recognizing my loyalty status and travel fatigue, she proactively upgraded my room to a quiet executive floor and even thoughtfully prepared a lovely fruit platter and a handwritten welcome card. The breakfast the next day was a delightful surprise with a huge variety, from made-to-order noodles to fresh pastries. The hotel's location right next to a subway hub made getting around incredibly convenient. Kitty's professionalism and warm service throughout made what could have been a hectic business trip feel relaxed and comfortable. This will definitely be my top choice for future travels!

This hotel is very nice and the price is great, location away from the town of Guanyinqiao about 10min by car… The staff name Ms Yang (杨灵芝) service effective and helpful, most hotel staff’s are nice 👍👍👍

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to Chongqing North Railway Station and buses that can take you to various destinations, especially directly to the Dazu Rock Carvings. The front desk staff were friendly and proactively offered to help with luggage. When checking out, because I had a lot of bags, I asked for help, and they even loaded my luggage into the car, which I really appreciate. Both breakfast and dinner were quite extensive, though currently, dinner is only available on Fridays and Saturdays, but it's definitely worth trying. The hotel is also conveniently located near a variety of canteens, shops, and supermarkets.
