Traveling to Chongqing with my family was made so easy by staying here; it's convenient for getting everywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and when we washed our clothes, the staff even brought us hangers along with a thoughtful note. We were very satisfied!

Five stars all around! The environment is top-notch, and the service is excellent. It's a great place to experience the ancient capital's charm. It's really close to tourist attractions and the subway, and there's a mall right across the street, making shopping super convenient.

The hotel was really nice, awesome room,great location, staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags and explore the city as we could not check in until 3pm. Would highly recommend to family and friends and will be back in the future.

Not bad at all! This classic hotel still offers great value, especially when it comes to service. Every staff member at the front desk was so friendly, and Freer and Pino really showed me the warm hospitality Chongqing people are known for. They patiently answered all my questions. The lobby also has a nice ambiance, and the complimentary 300ml beer I received at check-in was quite tasty.

Couldn't see the river view. The showerhead was broken; when I turned on the small shower, the large overhead one dripped cold water. (Used other hotel photos since I didn't take any of the issues.)

I specifically stayed for one night because I wanted to experience its magnificent, classic decor before the hotel's renovation. The result was very satisfying; the staff's service was excellent, and the room type was great. From the room, I could see beautiful river views and Nanshan.

The air conditioning in the room was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The staff were all very professional, especially Xiao Fang, who was incredibly enthusiastic and provided exceptional service.

Aside from the utter lack of food at breakfast, I was completely stuffed for two mornings during my two-day stay. The wontons they provided even had several lumps of meat in the filling – it was truly baffling.

The hotel environment was very nice, and the hygiene was good. The receptionist, Xiao Wu, was also very welcoming. Overall, it was a good hotel.

The duty manager, Xiao Wu, was very helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. I would choose this hotel again next time.

Kudos to the duty manager, Xiao Wu! He proactively helped upgrade my room and resolved the issue quickly, making me feel right at home.

The hotel is clean and delightful. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else that would be this comfortable within the realm of the vicinity. I had stayed multiple times in this hotel, and it remains my top choice when visiting Chongqing.

The room was quite spacious and quiet. However, the elevator wait time was a bit long. The 150 RMB breakfast didn't really live up to its price. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street, which is a nice place to stroll around in your free time.

Excellent hotel with a great location! It's very convenient, close to shopping malls and pedestrian streets, and only about half an hour from the airport.

Even though this hotel is over a decade old, the rooms are still very well-maintained. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful! A hotel brimming with sophistication. Both the soft and hard services were absolutely top-notch. The hotel is quiet and elegant, and the breakfast is bountiful. Cammy and all the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. All in all, a very comfortable experience.

The room location was excellent, high up, quiet, and with a good view. Most importantly, the bedding was super comfortable. Oh, and you can order breakfast from a menu, which I only discovered on the second morning! I'll definitely go back next time.

The Niccolo Chongqing truly exceeded my expectations! The overall ambiance is upscale and elegant, and the room facilities are brand new and complete, combining both design and practicality.
