Ideal location with train station right below hotel.
Recommend dinning at Yue Chinese restaurant located at lv 3 of hotel. Their food is splendid for both lunch, dim sum and dinner.
Plenty of shopping and restaurants with malls surrounding the hotel.

The hotel is very close to TeeMall and the subway station, which is super convenient.

My stay at the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel has made me a huge fan! The hotel is located in the heart of Tianhe CBD, with direct subway access, and right outside are Tianhe City and Zhengjia Plaza. It's super convenient for shopping and getting around; the location is absolutely perfect.

The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offered expansive views of the city skyline. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure was excellent, making for a superb showering experience.

The dining exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with freshly made Cantonese wonton noodles and rice noodle rolls that were authentic and delicious. The rooftop heated pool and gym had amazing views; exercising while overlooking the city nightscape created a fantastic ambiance.

The front desk and room service were prompt and enthusiastic. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. For business or leisure travel to Guangzhou, this hotel is definitely my top, no-brainer choice!

Very conveniently located, on top of the mass transit lines 1 and 3. Connecting to two large malls with a lot of shopping facilities. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The gym has a lot of new equipment. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed in two deluxe king rooms which were fairly large and spacious.

The location is fantastic, just 20 meters from the subway exit. Grandview Mall is right next door. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I'd especially like to commend the cleaning staff on our floor; they were very thorough and thoughtful when tidying and organizing the room. For breakfast, the congee is great, and the rice noodles are exceptionally smooth—highly recommended.

Huge thanks to the front desk for their warm and attentive service, which made my trip absolutely perfect. I'm especially grateful for the room upgrade; it gave me a much better impression of the Sheraton. A truly refreshing experience!

My child wanted to explore the area more, so we extended our stay for another night. We ended up trying the hotel's Chinese restaurant, buffet, Japanese cuisine, the lobby bar, and even room service. We also ventured out to try some local BBQ and dim sum nearby. Our taste buds were definitely satisfied!

Perla Mai and Huan Li were very helpful! I had a good time staying here; it's very convenient for going out, and you can walk from the back door of the hotel to connect to the mall. One thing that could improve my stay would be a more comfortable bed.

The environment is great, the service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Thank you for the birthday cake for the little one! The executive lounge has water available. We got back around 11 PM after the concert, and there was still something to drink.

I chose to stay at the Sheraton Guangzhou again. My flight arrived late at night, and I checked in well past midnight. I contacted the hotel in advance to reserve a room, and they gave me the high-floor room I prefer! Although Guangzhou has been quite hot these past few days, the air conditioning in the hotel was too cold. I had to call housekeeping again at night to ask for an extra blanket, and they brought it very quickly! I really have to commend the customer service staff; whether it was day or night, they were able to quickly resolve any requests and were always incredibly enthusiastic and polite! The hotel room was spacious and bright, the shower had great water pressure, and the toiletries were good too! The executive lounge only has a two-hour happy hour for dinner; otherwise, it only offers soft drinks. The dinner at the executive lounge was quite good, with delicious dishes and desserts! For breakfast, I chose the buffet restaurant on the 2nd floor. Since it was Chinese New Year and there were many guests, the breakfast area was very crowded, and everyone had to queue for a table. Luckily, the food selection was rich and of good quality. I highly recommend the wonton noodles; they taste fantastic! There's a wide variety of teas for breakfast, including red date and goji berry tea, red date and ginger tea, Hong Kong-style milk tea, floral tea, black tea, green tea, etc., all of which are good. Plus, you can take coffee and tea to go from the breakfast restaurant, which is a real bonus! The hotel's location is excellent, right near Tee Mall and Grandview Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient! And since it's in the city center, getting anywhere is easy! Check-in and check-out at the front desk were both quick and efficient! I'll definitely stay here again!
