Atmosphere: The front desk is located on the 95th floor of the building. The main advantage is the excellent view, with an outdoor area on a high floor where smoking is permitted. The downside is the inconvenience of having to switch elevators to get to the guest rooms. The breakfast restaurant also offers a good view and a pleasant ambiance.
Service: We were guided by staff upon entry. However, there was a delay in issuing the invoice; I requested it at the front desk and it was sent to my email, but I still hadn't received it after several days. The staff in the breakfast restaurant seemed less enthusiastic and a bit aloof compared to other hotels.
Food: The food at Guang Yu Xuan was delicious. Breakfast, however, was quite mediocre with a limited selection. There were no paper napkins on the tables.

Staying on the 105th floor of the Rosewood Guangzhou was an amazing experience! The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. The roast goose and seafood noodles at their Michelin-starred restaurant were absolutely delicious! Breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied, and the restaurant staff were very attentive.

Five-star rating! The hotel's flow, public areas, and room design are absolutely fantastic. So many thoughtful little details. The spatial design is miles ahead, on par with the Peninsula Shanghai, and incredibly user-friendly. The gym is huge and fully equipped; I didn't get a chance to use the pool. The lobby bar is a very comfortable spot to relax. All the staff are cheerful, and the service is incredibly attentive – plus, all the ladies are beautiful! Breakfast and the Guang Yu Xuan restaurant are up to the standard of a luxury hotel. Overall, the the hardware is superb, truly top-tier in China. The service has that distinctive Rosewood elegance, and the food is standard, nothing particularly outstanding.

The hotel's facilities are outstanding, making it perfect for a travel and stay experience. I'm grateful for the thoughtful and efficient service from Zilia and Tinaj. Xylia and Sophia were highly professional, warm, and polite. I was very satisfied with this stay.

Before checking in, I saw a lot of negative reviews about the service on Xiaohongshu, but my actual stay was much better than expected. Our butler, Winston, contacted us in advance to arrange a great room and also booked Guang Yu Xuan for us. The room had a direct view of the Canton Tower, and the Chinese restaurant's food was pretty good too. It's a shame I didn't get to try the pigeon, guess that leaves something to look forward to next time!

Guangzhou Rosewood delivered a perfect experience! The high-altitude views were absolutely stunning, and the rooms were comfortable and elegant. A special thanks to Joplin, Josh, Sophia, and Nugent – their service was attentive and professional, making the entire stay wonderful. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next visit! ❤️

I heard this was a famous influencer hotel in Guangzhou, so I decided to stay here. I even splurged an extra 1,000 RMB to upgrade to a room with both a tower and lake view. But the next morning, I was woken up by the pouring rain – the soundproofing is absolutely terrible! Then I looked out the window and thought, did I upgrade for nothing? Seriously, what a waste... Also, the staff who brought up my luggage just opened the door without asking if anyone was inside, which felt really impolite. (At least in my video you can still see *some* of the tower, but in reality, you can't see anything at all...)

The 103rd-floor room offers an excellent view directly facing the Canton Tower. The hotel facilities and service are both great, and the 94th-floor infinity pool is definitely worth a visit.

I booked the Rosewood for my trip to Guangzhou to see Chen Chusheng's concert. Overall, it was excellent! The view from the 107th-floor bar was stunning. The staff there were all very good-looking and super friendly, even helping us take photos. The hotel's overall ambiance is fantastic, and all the staff greet every guest warmly. Thumbs up! I'll definitely choose Rosewood again next time I'm in Guangzhou.
