The hotel is small, and the service was not as good as I expected.

Excellent hotel, a great choice for a holiday in Guangzhou. Although it's in Panyu District, it's still very lively and convenient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, making dining super easy, and it's also very close to Chimelong.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Hengqin Port, making transportation very convenient. The staff were all very welcoming and communication was smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel environment is really nice. There are several highly-rated restaurants on Dianping nearby, and it's super close to Chimelong (we left at 9:10 AM and arrived at the zoo before its 9:30 AM opening). You can also use the swimming pool and sauna. The drinks at the Executive Lounge were amazing too (the bartender made them perfectly, and it's a free self-serve!). Staff are always there to help with luggage and open car doors when you arrive or leave. Whether it's the cleaning staff or other employees, everyone greets you warmly. It would be even better if they could deliver takeout to the room instead of having to pick it up at the front desk!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is very close to Chimelong, and getting a taxi is easy, which is perfect for someone like me who wants to visit Chimelong but also cares about accommodation quality. The room design is very stylish, and the bedding is super comfortable and incredibly silky to the touch. There's even a special disposal bin for takeout in the room – no smells and it makes it easy for the hotel to clean up, which is great for modern people who love ordering food. Downstairs, there's a Wanda Plaza with all sorts of shops and restaurants, plus a food street nearby with lots of dining options. However, popular places often have long queues; I initially wanted to try Shunde cuisine but found out there were over 200 people ahead of me, so I had to give up. I didn't book breakfast with the room, but when I got here, I found a much better deal on Douyin (TikTok) group buy. The environment is nice, the food variety isn't huge, but the taste is decent.

Traveling south to Guangzhou with my two kids, we were headed for Chimelong. Choosing the Sheraton over the Chimelong Hotel was the best decision of this trip. The room was neat and clean, and the big bathtub was a hit with the kids – they wanted a bath every day. We stayed for four nights and had a great time. On the last day, after the room was cleaned, we returned to find the non-slip mat missing from the bathroom floor, which was wet and easy to slip on. The hotel is very close to Chimelong, so it's convenient to get there by taxi. You can also easily take a taxi or the subway (the station is close to the hotel) to other places. There are plenty of amenities nearby; just a short walk from the hotel brings you to shopping malls like TeeMall and Wanda, making it easy to eat, drink, and shop – a one-stop solution when traveling with kids. You can also order takeout directly to the hotel. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the desserts are quite good, and my kids loved the egg tarts. It's best to go early, otherwise you'll have to queue. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

I booked this Sheraton because it's close to Chimelong. It was very clean and had no strange smells. The hotel is conveniently located next to three large shopping malls: Wanda Plaza, Sihai City, and Tianhe City, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. There are also three convenience stores right outside the hotel, which is super handy.

Everything was amazing! Team made everything to make our experience seamless. Very friendly and accommodating. We got a complimentary upgrade during our check in and this was a very pleasant surprise. We will definitely come back.
