**Facilities:** Some sliding door tracks in the room were old and difficult to open/close. The air circulation in the room wasn't great.
**Hygiene:** Room cleaning was very prompt.
**Environment:** The room was well soundproofed, quiet, and not noisy. It's conveniently located with lots of great food options nearby.
**Service:** The front desk staff seemed a bit cold and stiff during check-in. However, the concierge service was good, and other hotel staff I encountered would always greet me proactively. Turndown service was also provided.
Facilities: The rooms are well-equipped with amenities, including a coffee machine, and complimentary drinks like soda, Coke, Sprite, and beer. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the shower area and toilet are separate, and there's a spacious walk-in closet and a large bathroom mirror.
Service: The Guest Relations and Concierge teams are warm, polite, and responsive. They even give guests little bears! ☺
Cleanliness: Very good
Ambiance: Very comfortable, with a direct view of the Canton Tower.
Service: Warm and welcoming. As a solo traveler, the enthusiastic and attentive service, along with the comfortable living experience, made my stay very enjoyable!
