The service was poor, the management was weak, and the attitude was mediocre, especially the male lobby manager. However, I commend Ctrip customer service for their handling of the situation; since the hotel wouldn't compensate me, I received compensation through the platform.

I think the room is very comfortable, the check-in at the front desk is also very fast, there is a robot that can deliver takeout to the room, the laundry room can also dry clothes, which is a surprise, and there is free ice cola in the room. This is the hotel with the most rules I've ever seen: you have to pay a deposit for umbrellas, you can't ask for more water, and they expect me to leave a good review if I check out late.

The hotel is clean, sanitary, comfortable, well-equipped, and highly cost-effective! The location is also great, just across from Tianhe Park and very close to the test center, which is very convenient! The key is that both the hotel and every staff member provided excellent service, providing the greatest help to the family who came to take the exam and to accompany them. Thank you very much! The place is on the main road and very close to the eating places and general shops. One the best places with the top amenities and best comfort with sound proof rooms, ideal place for Canton fair visitors who are looking for a budget option. The customer service executives at hotel are very kind and speak fluent english (General Managers Emily & Wyman helped me a lot during my 3 days stay). They help book cabs and guide you the way around to find whatever you need. Drinking Water is provided in pleanty and free available in the lobby, fitness center and floors entrance. The rooms are very much upto the international standards. Wifi speed is great, room maintenance staff is also good. One tip: Learn a bit of Chinese (like hello, good morning, thank you, ...the basic stuff) and you start seeing smiles on the staff members and they go out of their way to help you out in return.
