I wanted to share my experience from this stay! There was a minor issue, but it actually highlighted how excellent the hotel's service is. The air conditioning in the first room we were given was a bit noisy. After calling the front desk, a technician arrived within 5 minutes. He was polite and professional throughout. Afterwards, Xiao Li from the front desk even followed up with us, offering various solutions, which truly made us feel at home!

It was okay, I'd stay here again. Good value for money, at this price point, the location is pretty great. I didn't try the hotel breakfast so I can't comment on it, but the service was really good. Especially the staff members Xiao Li and Shi Yu, these two young ladies helped me with my luggage, thanks!

The room has a good layout and excellent soundproofing. The bed is comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. Overall, a great sleeping environment.

The service here is absolutely top-notch! From the security guiding us to parking, to the luggage assistance, and even the in-room instructions, every step made us feel respected and valued. The housekeeping staff meticulously tidied up every day and even folded little animal shapes from towels on the bed, which my child absolutely loved. Front desk staff Xiao Lin and Xiao Li also offered many practical travel tips. This level of service truly deserves five stars!

Staying at the Mu Lian Zhuang Hotel in Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town was a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is located in the core area of Zhujiang New Town, making it very convenient for getting around. It's close to Huacheng Square, Canton Tower, and nearby office buildings, making it suitable for both business and leisure. The lobby and public areas have a strong sense of design, with a quiet and sophisticated ambiance. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and communication was very thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the lighting and soundproofing were good, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast consistently offered enough variety and good taste. Overall, the attention to detail was excellent, and it offered good value for money. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Zhujiang New Town.

Very convenient location, beautiful hotel it is very simple and only has 2 floors, very good, even though the staff didn’t always helped us, it was a very good stay

The place is nice, it has most of services needed. But the entrance from main gate to lobby is long and distant from lobby to room longer. Otherwise the staff very nice, there is free washing machines.

The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a good area, even no metro near by.
Recommend for business travelers who participate to the canton fair.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was in a good spot in the city but unfortunately there aren’t a ton of convenience stores, shops, or restaurants in the direct vicinity. Breakfast was also included which was a nice bonus. The staff was also so helpful and friendly!

However, there are a couple of negatives. Most of the rooms in this hotel don’t have windows and lack mood lighting, so the rooms are pitch black when you turn the lights off. The air conditioner is also not very strong or easy to regulate, so the room can become a bit stuffy.

Overall, a good stay.

The front desk staff, Xiao Li, provided excellent service; check-in was very quick. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The most pleasant surprise was the service; they even thoughtfully recommended local cuisine. The cleaning staff tidied the room meticulously every day. Attention to detail was top-notch.
