This is my fourth time staying here, and I'm very satisfied! I consistently love both the front desk and room service. The only slight downside this time, which happened to be during the Canton Fair in spring, was that breakfast felt less abundant than before. I'm not sure if this is a difference between the spring and autumn Canton Fairs, especially the robot noodle chef – it just lacked that warm, human touch and felt rather cold. Regardless, this hotel remains my top choice for business trips to Guangzhou.

Came to Guangzhou with a friend and blindly picked this Knight Story Hotel – it was a pleasant surprise! The windowless deep sleep room was incredible! The soundproofing was excellent, and the fresh air system worked wonders, completely dispelling any feeling of being cooped up without a window. The bedding was super comfortable, and I slept soundly all night long. My sleep quality was top-notch. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the decor felt premium, and the service was very attentive; any issues were resolved quickly. All the facilities were also well-equipped. The location in Zhujiang New Town made getting around very convenient. I had a really comfortable stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou!

The customer service was absolutely top-notch! It felt like I saw the same staff members in the morning and evening, which was quite amazing. They really made me feel at home. Even food deliveries were brought to my room quickly by a robot. It takes about a 17-minute walk to the MRT station, but buses and Didi (ride-hailing) are quite convenient. I really love the hotel's design. The cleaning staff were efficient and polite. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou!

I've stayed here many times. The environment is great, and KK provides excellent service. I really like the gym; it's perfect for a simple run. This hotel has several branches in Guangzhou, and they're all good.

The environment is great, and the service from KK is excellent. They offer afternoon tea, breakfast, and late-night snacks. There's also a parking lot and a gym. I've stayed here many times, and overall it's always a good experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent, very satisfied! Great value for money. Food delivery can be brought up to the room by a robot, and the cleanliness is also good. The service is pleasing, plus there's free laundry and free parking. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay.

This hotel is super close to the Guangdong High Court, just a five-minute walk, which was really convenient for my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful too! There are some dining options nearby, but they're pretty average. If you're looking for something nicer, I'd recommend checking out the Grandview Mall (Huanmao Center) – lots more good food there, and it's easy to get a taxi. I particularly recommend 'Chang Lai Xiao Ju' for good and affordable eats.

They offer complimentary fruit, and the room is quite clean, with a nice knightly touch. The self-service laundry is very convenient, right next to the gym, so your clothes are clean by the time you finish your workout. In the mornings, you can go for a run along the Pearl River greenway. Code: KK

The room was spotless, and the complimentary milk drinks were a lovely touch. The front desk staff were excellent too; they even upgraded our room and provided special toiletries for children, which was a really thoughtful gesture.

The hotel facilities are really great for a group of young friends looking to have fun. We all had a blast! The rooms are very unique with a strong equestrian theme, and there's also a gym and a laundry room, which is really convenient.
