The place smells very new and it has a 24hr dim sum shop next to it. The room and the bed was big spacious clean and comfortable. Decently close to the nearest train station (5 mins walk)
My only complaint was it was right next to a construction site so it noisy at 9am in the morning.
If it were not so noisy I would have rated it better.
But overall this room was very nice , very clean, spacious and If not for the construction sound I would love to stay longer.
At 'Some Duo,' the laundry service involved staff delivering clothes to your room, which was super convenient. At 'All Seasons,' it was entirely self-service.
There were many other subtle differences I won't go into, but the most bothersome issue for me was the soundproofing.
Before checking in, I specifically requested a quiet room, and the front desk agent confirmed this with me during check-in, even assigning me what she believed was a relatively quiet room.
Unfortunately, the room's soundproofing was disastrous! I could clearly hear everything: the washing machine's end-of-cycle music from the nearby laundry room, the clanging of zippers and clothes against the drum of items being washed, the sound of water draining from the sink upstairs, and even the flushing of toilets!!!
And for some reason, there was a constant smell of smoke in the bathroom. I'm not sure which interconnected room it was wafting from, but it was awful!
I might stay at 'All Seasons' again in the future, but definitely not this particular location.
Cleanliness: Everything was okay, no major issues or strange odors.
Environment: The hotel is visible right outside the subway exit, which is incredibly convenient! Initially, I was worried about noise or poor sound insulation affecting my sleep, but it turned out not to be an issue at all; I fell asleep very quickly.
Service: The front desk staff and security guards were all very welcoming. Even food deliveries were brought to the door by a robot. Oh, and there were 4 complimentary bottles of mineral water!
I only have one suggestion: the hot water takes a little while to come through; you have to let the tap run for a bit before it gets hot.
