Hotel was modern and the hardware was quite good, the only downside to this hotel was the fact that our room was looking into an indoor badminton court (weird right?) and early morning on our second day- they were hosting a tournament; and that woke us straight up with all the yelling. What sort of concept is this?

Hotel location is ok. Less than 10mins walk from metro. Would not stay again. Totally not worth the price. Water pressure for the shower is horrible. At half the price maybe I’d consider.

Choosing this place for my business trip was a great decision, no regrets! The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. Plus, there are convenience stores and fast food joints right downstairs, making it super easy to grab a quick bite when you're too tired to go far in the evening.

The room is really spacious with excellent natural light. Sunlight streams in during the day, making it bright and airy, and the windows can be opened for great ventilation 🌞. It has a great location. Extremely convenient as it is inside the main attraction area. The staff are very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the neighbour guests are quite loud but that’s outside of the hotel control

Location is perfect! Nothing much for eating around but just short walking to Shangxiajiu where I can find something to eat and also 2 malls which are walkable. There are free 4 drinks they give every single day and also green bean sweet soup for free picking up everyday. Thing I don’t like is they don’t change the sheet, I stayed 5 nights and they should change at least once.

It is very close to the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The hotel is very quiet and has free parking. The front desk also took the initiative to upgrade our room type for free. The attitude is very enthusiastic and cost-effective!

It would be cleaner without the carpet, and the front desk lady was very nice. The only problem was that the umbrella I left at the door was taken away by a foreigner, but it was resolved in the end.

Great location and spacious room but the receptionist is not as patient . At least smile at the customers . I needed help with calling SF and she couldn’t help me . Most of the guests here are from foreign countries so it’s important to be patient .

I am sorry to say that reception services are extremely poor. Receptionist looks like very unhappy and doesn’t know minimum manner how to talk to a client . May be management picked them from street . Their attitude towards clients really needs to improve. Management should change them . Breakfast are not worthy. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to several markets, including Beauty Market for hair and cosmetics, Yulong for clothes, and Tong Tong Market. The room was awful. Loud roof construction started early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep in. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room.
