This hotel is my top choice when I'm in Science City for business. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xiangang subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, making getting around super efficient. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The environment is fantastic – not crowded at all, very quiet and comfortable, with lots of greenery around. As for the facilities, there's a massage chair in the room, but you have to scan a QR code to pay for it, which kind of defeats the purpose. It would be much better if it were complimentary.

Everything is clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, providing a wonderfully comfortable sleep that allows for great relaxation. The bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a stable hot water supply, making for a very pleasant washing experience. The public areas are neat and grand, and the corridors are quiet and peaceful, offering excellent privacy. The basic room amenities are complete, with well-placed lighting and power outlets that are very convenient for daily use. The facilities are very well-maintained, and I didn't encounter any issues throughout my stay. Overall, the living experience was exceptionally comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding!

Before checking in, I specifically requested not to be placed in an end room through the platform's notes, but that's exactly what I got. The TV and some of the furniture in the room were a bit old-fashioned, and I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. Since I needed internet for work, I asked the front desk to change my room.

After moving to a new room, maybe it was just bad luck, but while the Wi-Fi worked, I found that the showerhead in the bathroom was broken, the paint was peeling off the wall by the window, and the curtains were also damaged. I contacted the hotel staff, and they quickly sent maintenance to fix everything. Their speed and attitude in handling the issue were very good. Soon after, the hotel manager and supervisor came to check on the situation, communicated proactively, and after confirming the issues, moved me to another room again. Their service attitude was excellent.

Overall, during my stay, the hotel was quiet and clean. The room was also very spacious (a standout feature for this price point). The only downsides were that some facilities were a bit dated, and the Wi-Fi could occasionally be slow or disconnect. Considering the price, it offers good value for money compared to other hotels of similar star ratings. I would choose to stay here again.
