Room: My kids absolutely loved the themed room! It wasn't just about adding toys; even the bedding and bathroom had thoughtfully designed extensions, which made my little prince very happy.

Location: It's a bit out of the way, but perfect for business travelers. For families, it's a good spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. There are tennis courts nearby, and the hotel offers a good variety of dining options.

Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. This time, there was no hot pot for dinner, and the Vietnamese-themed dinner wasn't great value for money. The Western restaurant's food was decent. The executive lounge didn't have many offerings, but overall, the hotel's desserts were excellent.

Service: I appreciate the staff's dedication and hard work, but during our weekend stay, it felt like the hotel's training needs improvement, as new employees weren't very familiar with procedures. The front desk phone was unreachable around 11:00 AM for about ten minutes – no one answered, and we couldn't even book a table, possibly due to understaffing.

There was also a minor issue during check-in: the menu for the 'Grand Dining Hall' buffet in the Trip.com package didn't match the dishes available on-site. Trip.com needs to update this. I waited about half an hour to figure this out, but Manager Li at the front desk promptly handled the situation and followed up afterward. For that, I commend them. Sometimes, it's how issues are resolved that truly tests a hotel's management capabilities.

Our stay far exceeded expectations! The anniversary-themed decorations and custom cake were incredibly thoughtful, making the occasion feel truly special. The service team was highly efficient, responding to our needs promptly and attentively, showing great care in every detail. The cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities were all top-notch. It's an excellent choice for couples celebrating an anniversary.

Huge thanks to the front desk staff for the complimentary two-level upgrade to a Canton Tower view suite! They also provided welcome fruits, drinks, and snacks, and the mini-bar was free. Plus, they extended my check-out time – the service was truly excellent. The executive lounge food maintained a high standard, and it wasn't overly crowded, definitely better than other hotels in the same category. I'll definitely be back!

1. I was given an outdated executive lounge brochure that stated the lounge was closed. It turned out that was only the case a few days ago, and when I inquired, they told me it's actually open now.
2. I tried calling the front desk twice around 10 PM to request slippers, but no one answered.
3. They extended my check-out to 4 PM, so all the previous downsides aren't really downsides anymore!

This hotel is super luxurious and offers amazing value for money! The service was warm and attentive, and the room was spacious and bright. Waking up to the river view was such a pleasure. I only planned to stay one night, but it was so comfortable I extended my stay... haha! Plus, the buffet on the second floor is fantastic. Hotel guests get a discount, and the seafood selection is incredible. My husband even ate six French oysters! 😄

This is a decent business hotel located on the easternmost side of Pazhou. Getting around pretty much requires taking a taxi. The river view is nothing special, and it's even less impressive on a foggy day. The built-in VPN on the Wi-Fi is a pretty cool feature though.

The exhibition center is close by, the hotel is quiet, and there are many attractions nearby. I stayed comfortably during the Year of the Horse. The exhibition hall is so close I could practically stumble into it, and the hotel is so quiet I could hear my own heartbeat! The mattress was as soft as a cloud, and the pillow perfectly supported my neck. The cleaning lady even wiped the windows so thoroughly there wasn't a single fingerprint left. When the front desk handed me the room card, they winked, 'Going to the exhibition hall? A three-minute stroll, faster than waiting for the elevator! When you come back tonight, remember to look at the stars – with our high ceilings, even the clouds can't keep up with you.' When checking out, the guy at the front desk slipped me a packet of tea: 'Doing business during the Year of the Horse, have some tea to soothe your throat, your aura will be more stable than a painting of eight steeds!' This whole experience gets full marks from me!

The room was spacious with a fantastic view, overlooking the Canton Tower and the Pearl River by night. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were complete and high-end. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious and exquisite dishes. The quality was consistently high, and I was very satisfied.
